PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ASING DENGAN STRATEGI MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES

Sistem sekolah kita masih memusatkan pada bagaimana memutuskan apa yang harus dipelajari oleh anak-anak dan bagaimana mereka harus berpikir. Hal penting yang dilakukan adalah mengajarkan anak-anak cara belajar dan bagaimana cara berpikir. Terdapat tiga gaya belajar dan komunikasi yang berbeda, yaitu visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan berbagai postulat yang digunakan dalam cara pembelajaran bagi anak. Ketepatan penentuan tipe kecerdasan siswa harus dikuasai guru karena berpengaruh terhadap gaya penyampaian belajar dan proses belajar anak. Pembelajaran bahasa asing bagi anak dapat menggunakan ketiga tipe pembelajaran yang terbagi atas 8 jenis kecerdasan yaitu: Kecerdasan Linguistik, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Musik, Kinestetis, Visual-Spatial, Logis-Matematis dan Naturalis

PENGHENTIAN PENUNTUTAN DEMI KEPENTINGAN HUKUM

Hasil penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi wewenang Jaksa Penuntut Umum yang ditentukan oleh Undang-undang dan bagaimana Proses Penghentian Penuntutan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum. Pertama, Penuntut Umum mempunyai wewenang (Pasal 14 KUHAP): Menerima dan memeriksa berkas perkara penyidikan dari penyidik; mengadakan prapenuntutan apabila ada kekurangan pada penyidikan; memberikan perpanjangan penahanan, melakukan penahanan atau penahanan lanjutan.; membuat surat dakwaan; melimpahkan perkara ke pengadilan; melakukan penuntutan dan menutup perkara demi kepentingan hukum. Kedua, Penghentian penuntutan Demi Kepentingan Hukum dilakukan oleh jaksa penuntut umum yang didasarkan dengan: Perkara tidak mempunyai pembuktian yang cukup; perkara telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap; perkara sudah kadaluwarsa dan tersangka telah meninggal dunia; yang dituduhkan kepada terdakwa bukan merupakan tindak pidana kejahatan atau pelanggaran.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang bersifat kualitatif dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa wewenang jaksa penuntut umum yaitu meneliti berkas perkara apakah tersangka dapat dilimpahkan  pemeriksaan ke sidang pengadilan ataukah tidak, selanjutnya penghentian penuntutan demi kepentingan hukum oleh jaksa penuntut umum sangatlah adil karena jaksa penuntut umum telah meneliti berkas perkara tersebut. Se realiza una descripción del estado de la cuestión a partir del análisis del marco constitucional y legal relativo a la comunicación y se incorpora los aportes de la Auditoría de Frecuencias de Radio y Televisión, que a su vez actúan de marco socio-político para explicar la tensa relación entre gobierno, los periodistas, los medios, las organizaciones sociales y los políticos de oposición. Se hace un examen de las cuatro propuestas de Ley de Comunicación presentadas en los últimos meses de 2009 y del proceso legislativo para su aprobación

The Translation of English Plural Noun Into Indonesian

English and Indonesian have different set of rules in terms of grammar and one of the differences, which is the focus of this research paper, is formations of plural noun in English and Indonesian and its relation to how to translate English plural nouns into Indonesian from points of view of morphology, syntax, and semantics. English has formal feature to indicate plural noun while Indonesian does not. This paper is meant to provide explanations of English plural noun and Indonesian plural noun formations and to explain the ways on how to translate English plural nouns into Indonesian. Data were taken from two novels: English version One, Two, Buckle My Shoe by Agatha Christie and Indonesian version Satu, Dua, Pasang Gesper Sepatunya (Language switching) by Alex Tri Kentjono W. LETHAL CONCENTRATION 50% OF PATCHOULI OIL (Pogostemon cablin) TOWARDS ZEBRAFISH EMBRYO (Danio rerio)

Preface :Patchouli Oil requires toxicity testing for safety before we can use it widely. It causes side effects such as nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite in some people. Determination of lethal concentration 50% (LC50) in the early stages of zebrafish embryos development will provide an easier, faster and precise prediction of toxicity. At a certain dose, it can cause impairment and death toward organisms. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine LC50 of Patchouli Oil in carboximethyl cellulose emulsifier towards zebrafish embryo (Danio rerio).Method :Laboratory experimental study was using zebrafish embryos at 2 hours post fertilization. The total of 160 embryos were used and divided into 8 groups, i.e.; Negative control (KN) was given the embryonic fluid, positive control 1 was given 5000 ppm of patchouli oil (KP1), positive control was given 5000 ppm of CMC (KP2), and 5 treatment groups, i.e.; concentration of 10 ppm (P1), 30 ppm (P2), 60 ppm (P3), 90 ppm (P4) and 120 ppm (P5) of Patchouli oil which was emulsified in CMC. The study was conducted with 3 times repetition. Data collection was done by calculating total of embryo’s deaths for each treatment at 24-72 hours of exposure. Data were analyzed using Regression Probit Analysis.Results :Mortality in the group of KN was 1.6%, KP1 was 98.3% and KP2 was 0%. Meanwhile in the treatment group of P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5 respectively were 0%, 5%, 10%, 25%, and 50%.Conclusion :Based on these results, Lethal Concentration 50% of Patchouli Oil in CMC emulsifier towards zebrafish embryo is 120 ppm

The Ethiopian Well-Known Trademark Protection System and Its Implication on Foreign Direct Investment

Due to the ever increasing trans-border movement, internet connection and globalization, individuals in different corner of the world are becoming easily accustomed to international well-known marks even though the owners of such marks do not produce/supply goods/services within a particular territory. Be this as it may, coupled with the conventional registration and territorial based system that is pursued in respect of the protection of trademarks, the dynamic change of such interaction among the global community have opened a fertile ground for trademark squatters to register and exploit the international well-known marks of others. On the backdrop of this fact, this manuscript investigates the Ethiopian well-known trademark protection system in light of its capacity to promote the interest of the country, in particular in respect of its potential implication on the foreign direct investment flow of the country. The study has made use of primary and secondary sources of data and qualitative analysis to investigate the implication of the regime on the foreign direct investment flow of the country. The finding is that the existing international well-known trademark protection legal framework, which hangs up the special protection of such marks to a future international convention, apart from its potential threat on franchise business and foreign direct investment flow, it is deterring the country from benefiting out of employment opportunities and declaration fees which the country shall consider forth with.
