    The Modern Approach To The Complex Therapy Of Demodicosis

    Demodicosis is one of the most common diseases of the skin. Despite the large number of scientific publications on this issue the question of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease still remains unresolved and the development of more effective methods of treatment and prevention has not only medical but also social significance as patients preserving the working ability have actually long enough to be on outpatient and even inpatient treatment. In addition the long existence of the rash on the face that is the "business card" leads to the secondary sometimes severe neurotic disorders that results in reducing abilities, isolation, unwillingness to be in a team, family, etc.We investigated the effect of complex therapy which had been conducted by means of antiparasitic, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory and desensitizing drugs in patients with demodicosis, as well as mandatory adjustment of changes in the hepato- panсreato-duodenal system. We examined 109 patients with demodicosis from 18 to 39 years old and 10 healthy individuals of the corresponding age and sex. It was established that the effectiveness of treatment of demodicosis based on the application of albendazole in the complex treatment along with immune-modulating therapy and hepatoprotection increased significantly. There has been a reliable rapid regression of clinical symptoms in most patients with demodicosis

    Запропоновано новий аналітико-числовий метод (скінченних тіл) розв’язку плоскої задачі теорії пружності для неопуклої багатокутної пластини у вигляді з’єднаних між собою двох прямо¬кутних пластин. Уявний поділ багатокутної пластини на прямокутні пластини дозволив явно врахувати основний напружений стан, який відповідає головним векторам сил і моментів, що діють на окремих сторонах пластин. Використано точні розв’язки бігармонічного рівняння і функцію напружень подано у вигляді ряду за неортогональними функціями. Задоволення крайових умов і умов ідеального спряження отриманих прямокутних пластин зведено до пошуку мінімуму узагальненої квадратичної форми. Теоретично встановлено числовий критерій збіжності методу. Показано, що точність задоволення крайових умов і умов ідеального спряження оцінюється одним числом – мінімумом квадратичної форми.The paper is devoted to presentation of the stress-strain state (SSS) of structurally inhomogeneous bearing structures in the form of interconnected rectangular plates. These bearing elements are widely used in construction and engineering designs. Determination of the stress state is an important scientific and practical problem. To find the SSS rectangular plates various analytical and numerical approaches have been developed. However, publications that describe a technique for solving boundary value problems for nonconvex polygon are not available. Convergence of the solution boundary-value problem for nonconvex polygonal plates by the method of Fourier series have been investigated. By the numerical calculations it was found that the computational process satisfy all boundary conditions with increasing members of the sum of Fourier series loses stability. However, the method of Fourier series gives a stable solution of the boundary value problem for a rectangular plate. The polygonal plate division on simple rectangular parts is offered. New analytical-numerical method (finite bodies) of solution of the plane problem for two interconnected rectangular plates is developed. Polygonal plate is divided rectangular plates conventionally. On the lines of division perfect contact conditions are taken into account, which provide equality of stresses, strains and displacements. Stressed state of each plate is presented as the sum of two components: the basic stress state, self-equilibrated stress state (as a series). General expression of the stress function of the basic stress state, which corresponds to the principal vector of forces and moments acting on separate sides of the plate has been built. Exact solutions of biharmonic equation are used and function self-equilibrated stress state is presented in a series of nonorthogonal functions. Components of displacement vector and the stress tensor are presented as series according to the constructed nonorthogonal functions. Determination of the coefficients row is based on the proposed method of satisfying all conditions of ideal contact and boundary conditions. For the first time the numerical convergence criterion method was established theoretically. It is shown that the accuracy of satisfaction of the boundary conditions and the conditions of perfect contact is measured by a single number – the minimum quadratic form

    Automatic Construction of Implicative Theories for Mathematical Domains

    Implication is a logical connective corresponding to the rule of causality "if ... then ...". Implications allow one to organize knowledge of some field of application in an intuitive and convenient manner. This thesis explores possibilities of automatic construction of all valid implications (implicative theory) in a given field. As the main method for constructing implicative theories a robust active learning technique called Attribute Exploration was used. Attribute Exploration extracts knowledge from existing data and offers a possibility of refining this knowledge via providing counter-examples. In frames of the project implicative theories were constructed automatically for two mathematical domains: algebraic identities and parametrically expressible functions. This goal was achieved thanks both pragmatical approach of Attribute Exploration and discoveries in respective fields of application. The two diverse application fields favourably illustrate different possible usage patterns of Attribute Exploration for automatic construction of implicative theories

    Розглянуто тривимірний напружено-деформований стан скінченного багатошарового циліндра, дослідження якого, шляхом відокремлення кутової змінної, зведено до розв’язання одновимірних крайових задач. Уперше побудовано власні функції для багатошарового циліндра з ненавантаженими торцями. Компоненти вектора переміщень і тензора напружень подано у вигляді рядів, які визначаються власними функціями. З використанням методу найменших квадратів, розв’язання крайових задач зведено до мінімізації узагальненої квадратичної форми. Вперше теоретично встановлені числові критерії збіжності методу і показано, що точність задоволення крайових умов оцінюється одним числом – мінімумом квадратичної форми.Multilayer elastic cylinders are widely used in construction and engineering designs. In the calculation of the stress-strain state (SSS ), the simplified two-dimensional model of cylindrical shells are used or axisymmetrical boundary value problems under static load, which depend only on one spatial variable are considered. However, publications that describe a technique for solving boundary value problems in three- dimensional setting are not available. Investigation of the three-dimensional boundary-value problems of elasticity theory for multilayer cylindrical bodies are significantly complicated by the need to satisfy many ( more than ten ) conditions of perfect contact of adjacent layers and the boundary conditions. The problem of justification the completeness of solution as the series, research on the convergence of the method, theorem proving the existence and uniqueness of the solution, installation error estimates the meet all conditions has not studied. These issues are discussed in the article. To solve the three-dimensional boundary value problems the representation of general solution of equations of elasticity theory in a cylindrical coordinate system in three harmonic functions has been used. Countable set of eigenfunctions with nonzero and zero eigenvalues has been built. Components of displacement vector and the stress tensor are presented as series that defined eigenfunctions. The resulting strain is identically zero satisfying the boundary conditions at the ends of the layers. An approximation SSS of each cylinder layer is approximated by the finite sum of eigenfunctions. Basing on the method of least squares the algorithm for numerical solution of boundary value problems for multilayer cylinder has been developed. Satisfaction of all conditions is reduced to minimizytion of the generalized quadratic form. The method of analytical calculation of the coefficients of the quadratic form that allows to find the value of unknown coefficients of the high accuracy and to improve the performance of the method has been proposed. For the first time the numerical convergence criterion method was established theoretically. It is shown that the accuracy of satisfaction of the boundary conditions and the conditions of perfect contact is measured by a single number - the minimum quadratic form

    Комп’ютерний метод розв’язання крайових задач теорії пружності з використанням неортогональних систем функцій

    A complete system of functions based on non-orthogonal sinuses and cosine was constructed. It has been proven that the continuous function can be approximated by a finite number of non-orthogonal functions in such a way that this amount does not enter the selected function of the non-orthogonal base. The numerical experiment confirmed the high accuracy of approximations of continuous functions by a small number of non-orthogonal functions. The flat problem of the theory of elasticity for the plate with variable elastic characteristics is considered. This equation is simplified when the characteristics of the material change insignificantly depending on the spatial coordinates. A new method of solving a boundary value problem has been developed for the fourth-order equation with variable coefficients. The proposed method is based on the separation of the stress state of the plate from an inhomogeneous material to the main and indignant state, the use of complete systems of non-orthogonal functions and a generalized quadratic form. A criterion under which the constructed approximate decision coincides with the exact solution was found. Доведено, що неперервну функцію можна апроксимувати скінченною кількістю неортогональних функцій таким чином, щоб в цю суму не входила одна вибрана функція неортогонального базису. Показано, що відомі ортогональні системи функцій є виродженим випадком неортогональних систем функцій. Числовим експериментом підтверджено високу точність апроксимацій неперервних функцій незначною кількістю неортогональних функцій. Розглянуто плоску задачу теорії пружності для пластини зі змінними пружними характеристиками. Спрощено це рівняння, коли характеристики матеріалу міняються незначно в залежності від просторових координат. Розроблено новий метод розв’язання крайової задачі для рівняння в частинних похідних четвертого порядку зі змінними коефіцієнтами. Запропонований метод заснований на поділі напруженого стану пластини з неоднорідного матеріалу на основний і збурений, використанні повних систем неортогональних функцій і узагальненої квадратичної форми. Встановлено критерії, за яких побудований наближений розв’язок збігається з точним розв’язком

    Development of X-ray fluorescence technique for the uranium determination in Mongolian coal, coal ash, and phosphate ore

    The results of the determination of uranium in Mongolian brown coal, coal ash, phosphate rock, and technological samples by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry are presented. Technological samples were produced from phosphates by chemical treatment. Powder geological samples and Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) were pressed as tablets. For chosen conditions of the sample preparation procedure analytical figures of merit were carefully studied, as exemplified by the rock and uranium ore Reference Materials. The variance of the total uncertainty is 2 % for uranium in the analyzed samples, and one is 7 % in the rock CRMs. The estimated values of the uranium detection limit for the CRMs are within the interval from 1 to 3 ppm. For the correction of the matrix effects the background standard method was used. Values of the uranium contents in the studied samples vary within the interval from 3.0 to 35.0 ppm. The comparison of the wavelength dispersive (WD) XRF results with the energy dispersive (ED) XRF results and the neutron activation analysis (NAA) was performed. It is demonstrated that the WDXRF have satisfactorily agreed with the EDXRF results and the NAA within the limits of the uncertainty. It is shown that the values of the relative discrepancies between the WDXRF and EDXRF results are in the range of 2.0-18.0 %, and between the WDXRF and the NAA results are in the range of 2.0-20.0 %. These values are less than 30 %, yielding the third category of the precision of the mineral raw material analysis

The non-interceptive bunch extension monitor for LINAC of SPIRAL2 facility is being developed at GANIL. The five bunch extension monitors are to be installed on the entrance of LINAC between superconducting cavities. The principle of monitor operation is based on registration of x-rays induced by ions of accelerator beam and emitted from thin tungsten wire. The monitor consists of two parts: system for wire insertion and positioning and x-ray detector based on microchannel plates. The prototype of detector has been developed and was tested using protons and heavy ions beams
