    KARAKTER PEMIMPIN AMANAH DALAM ALQUR’AN (KAJIAN TEMATIK TAFSIR AL-MUNIR)

    ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berjudul, “Karakter Pemimpin Amanah Dalam Al-Qur’an (Kajian Tematik Tafsir Al-Munir)”. Al-Qur’an banyak menyebutkan tentang karakter pemimpin Amanah, namun tidak merumuskannya dalam satu surah khusus. Maka untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang bagaimana karakter pemimpin Amanah yang seharusnya, perlu diadakan kajian yang mendalam terhadap ayatayat berkaitan dan penafsiran yang kontemporer pula. Tafsir al-Munir karya Wahbah Zuhaili merupakan sebuah tafsir kontemporer yang cara penafsirannya relevan dengan problematika kontemporer, dengan tanpa meninggalkan tradisi klasik. Maka dari itu penulis mengajukan dua rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: pertama, Bagaimana penafsiran ayat ayat tentang pemimpin amanah dalam tafsir Al-munir? Kedua, Bagaimana karakter pemimpin amanah dalam Al-Qur’an menurut tafsir Al-Munir? Jenis penelitian ini adalah library research dan menggunakan metode tafsir maudhu’i. Hasil dari penelitian adalah, pertama: menunjukkan bahwa bentuk penafsiran Wahbah Zuhaili menggunakan metode tafsir tahlili dengan corak penafsiran adabi ijtima’iy serta nuansa fiqh kehidupan tentang persoalan sosial kemasyarakatan, dan persoalan hukum diantara ummat dimasa modern. Pada ayat-ayat tersebut beliau menjelaskan bahwa Khalifah Allah hendaknya menjalankan perintah-perintah Allah terhadap sesama umat manusia dan tidak membuat kerusakan dimuka bumi, Imam atau pemimpin hendaknya menyeru manusia kepada agama tauhid dan meninggalkan kesyirikan dan membela agama Allah. Kedua: karakter pemimpin Amanah dalam tafsir al-Munir adalah : al-wilayah (muslim mukalaf), al-‘adalah, (adil) ‘alim (kompetensi keilmuan yang mumpuni), hakim (bijaksana), karakter kepribadian yang kuat, dan kapasitas fisik yang memadai.     EFEK EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN MENGKUDU (MORINDA CITRIFOLIA) TERHADAP SPLENOMEGALI PADA MENCIT BALB/C YANG DIINFEKSI PLASMODIUM BERGHEI

    Pendahuluan: Demam malaria merupakan penyakit yang masih menjadi masalah di negara berkembang. Plasmodium berghei adalah Parasit intraseluler fakultatif, maka sistem imunitas yang berperan yaitu sistem seluler. Morinda citrifolia merupakan tanaman obat tradisional yang mengandung banyak senyawa aktif yang dapat menurunkan indek splenomegali. Membuktikan efek ekstrak etanol morinda citrifolia terhadap splenomegali pada mencit Balb/c yang diinfeksi Plasmodium berghei. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan rangcangan the post test only control group design pada hewan coba mencit balb/c yang terdiri dari 24 ekor mencit jantan, dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. (K) merupakan kelompok kontrol di beri Aquadest, dan kelompok perlakuan (P1,P2,P3) yang diberi ekstrak morinda citrifolia dengan dosis bertingkat (0,64 mg/kgBb/hari, 1,28 mg/kgBb/hari, 2,56 mg/kgBb/hari). Proses perlakuan diberikan selama 14 hari dan pada hari ke-6 diinfeksi dengan Plasmodium berghei sebanyak 0,1 ml x 106 secara intraperitoneal. Hari ke-14 dilakukan pembedahan isolasi limpa dilanjutkan pemeriksaan indek limpa. Data diperoleh dari penghitungan indek limpa. Uji beda untuk indek splenomegali menggunakan One Way ANOVA yang diteruskan dengan Post Hoct Test. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Ekstrak etanol Morinda citrifolia dapat menurunkan indek limpa, antara kontrol dengan perlakuan P1,P2 dan P3 mempunyai perbedaan yang signifikan, akan tetapi antar perlakuan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan: Ekstrak etanol Morinda citrifolia berbagai dosis dapat menurunkan indek splenomegali pada mencit Babl/c yang diinfeksi Plasmodium berghei

The objectives of this research are to explore the 3A components of tourism, analyze SWOT, identify the young people who visit, and understand the reasons for the large number of heartbroken people who choose Pantai Bahagia as their healing destination. The results show that Pantai Bahagia has a diversity of tourist attractions, adequate supporting facilities, and good accessibility. In addition, this article explains why Pantai Bahagia was chosen as a place to overcome heartbreak, by illustrating that the beach provides an opportunity for introspection, reflection, and the creation of new memories in an atmosphere that supports the healing process

    Centrifuge is a tool used to separate the liquid according to specific gravity, this tool is used in the laboratory to separate samples such as blood, urine, and others. The main component of Centrifuge is an DC motor that serves to rotate the sample with centrifugal force with the density and time specified. Centrifuge that the author made using microcontroller At Mega 328p and consists of DC motor components, motor drivers, 20x4 lcd, speed sensor, buzzer and keypad. Sensors used are optocoupler sensors that function to determine the speed of the motor, motor drivers are used to adjust the speed of the motor according to the wishes of the user, LCD function to display the speed of the motor and timer, buzzer will sound when the process of separation of the sample has been completed, keypad as input speed, timer and also check the temperature on the motor. Centrifuge is using blood samples, On the motor there are sensors used to determine the speed of the motor. When the speed has been reached, the motor driver will work to control the motor to stay in accordance with the desired speed

    The cholesterol-lowering activity of Averrhoa bilimbi L. leaves ethyl acetate fraction in hypercholesterolemic model

    Averrhoa bilimbi L. is used widely as spices and traditional medicine, which contained several chemical compounds such as alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, and tannin. The aim of this study is to discover the best dose of ethyl acetate fraction from A.bilimbi leaves, which have pharmacology activity on total cholesterol and triglycerides in the hypercholesterolemic model. Thirty adult male white mice were divided into six groups; each group was containing five animals. Five groups were given high-fat diet foods and PTU induced the animals to obtain hypercholesterolemia with a frequency of 1 time a day orally for 14 days, while the normal group was given vehicle (Na CMC 5%) and standard feed. On the 15th day the normal group was given vehicle (Na CMC 5%), negative control group was given high-fat feed, positive control group was given atorvastatin dose 0.26 mg/kg BW, and another group was given ethyl acetate fraction of A.bilimbi leaves dose 200, 400, and 800 mg/kg BW orally. All animal were treated until the 28th day. On day 29, the bloods were taken to determine the total cholesterol and trygliceride levels using clinical photometer 5010 v5+. The data was statistically analyzed using a one-way ANOVA followed by the Duncan Multiple Range Test.. This study indicates that administration of ethyl acetate fraction from A.bilimbi leaves can affect the total cholesterol levels and triglycerides in hypercholesterolemic mice (P<0.05). Ethyl acetate fraction dose 200 mg/kg BW shows the best activity in decreasing total cholesterol levels and triglycerides on mice hypercholesterolemic model (P<0.05)

    The Success Factors in Measuring the Millennial Generation’s Energy-Saving Behavior Toward the Smart Campus

    The millennial generation has a pivotal role in leading the industrial digital revolution. Energy-saving behavior and millennials’ awareness of energy consumption for educational context become crucial in performing a smart campus. This study tries to identify the success factors in measuring the millennial generation’s energy-saving Behavior toward the smart campus. The measurement model considers two significant constructs, including energy-saving attitudes with energy-saving education (organizational saving climate); energy-saving education and environment knowledge (personal saving climate); and energy-saving information publicity as sub-indicators, and construct energy-saving Behavior viz sub-indicators Behavior regarding energy and behavior control. In order to determine the preference level of each indicator and sub-indicator, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy-AHP) approach was executed by disseminating the questionnaire to 100 respondents from energy practitioners, students, and academicians in Indonesia. The calculation reveals that the energy-saving behavior construct has a higher priority value (0.94) than the energy-saving attitude (0.06). Meanwhile, energy-saving education and environment knowledge (personal saving climate) have been analyzed at the cutting-edge sub-indicator, followed by energy-saving information publicity and education (organizational saving climate). In addition, the sub-indicator for behaviors regarding energy becomes more demanding compared to behavioral control. As a novelty, the priority analysis of this Model aids the management of the campus and government in developing smart campus policies and governance. This Model can be used as a guideline for the management level to execute the smart campus practices. Thus, the effectiveness and optimization of smart campus transformation can be cultivated and accelerated. Besides, the potential coming of risks can be avoidable

    Smart Performance Measurement Tool in Measuring The Readiness of Lean Higher Education Institution

    The development of autonomy University drives management innovation to increase the alternative sources of income with the purpose of the efficiency improvement and productivity of the institution. One of a management model that leads to increase productivity through cost reduction is Lean service. The implementation of Lean Higher Education Institution (LHEI) requires total involvement of organization maneuver, including social culture, infrastructure, and leadership support. Therefore, the readiness of the institution in welcoming Lean concepts becomes significant. This article tried to develop a prototype of an intelligent performance measurement tool by analyzing the readiness indicators using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This tool provided the classification of organizational readiness into five performances level. The measurement performed as a Decision Support System (DSS) to recommend University management level in making a decision and correcting action towards the optimal execution of Lean service. As a case study, this prototype system has been tested with Black Box and User Acceptance Test (UAT) in Indonesia Islamic Higher Education Institution. The finding reveals that the prototype system can be used as a performance measurement tool in measuring the readiness of Lean's service in Islamic Higher Education Institution

    EVALUASI PERBANDINGAN PERFORMANSI LVQ 1, LVQ 2, DAN LVQ 3 DALAM KLASIFIKASI JENIS KELAMIN MENGGUNAKAN TULANG TENGKORAK

    Klasifikasi merupakan teknik pengelompokkan data sesuai dengan karakteristik data yang telah ditentukan. Hasil performansi akurasi dapat menjadi ukuran keakuratan metode yang digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi. Teknik pengambilan data yang tidak sesuai  dapat mengurangi hasil akurasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) 1, 2, dan 3 untuk melihat keakuratan metode klasifikasi dengan menggunakan teknik  pengambilan data sampling. Data yang digunakan merupakan data pengukuran tulang tengkorak laki-laki dan perempuan yang berjumlah 2524 data. Pada LVQ 1 mendapatkan akurasi terbaik yaitu 91.39% dengan learning rate 0.1, 0.4, 0.7, 0.9. LVQ 2 mendapatkan akurasi terbaik 77.05% dengan learning rate 0.9 dan window 0.2. LVQ 3 mendapatkan akurasi terbaik yaitu 80.04% dengan learning rate 0.7, window 0.1, dan epsilon 0.3. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa LVQ 1 lebih tepat untuk diterapkan terhadap multi-fitur pada dataset William W. Howells Craniometric dibandingkan LVQ 2 dan LVQ 3
