    The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of learning teams games tournament assisted by visual media and to describe students' mathematical reasoning abilities in terms of mathematical anxiety. This research method is a mix method. This research was conducted at SMP N 23 Semarang with 30 students of class VIII G as the experimental class and 30 students of class VIII H as the control class. Data were collected by using a written test technique and a mathematical anxiety scale. The results of this study indicate that the TGT model is effective for improving students' mathematical reasoning abilities and students' mathematical reasoning abilities in terms of mathematical anxiety, namely (1) Students with high mathematical anxiety have varied abilities, KMT students with category I mathematical reasoning abilities master all indicators, students KMT with category II mathematical reasoning abilities lacked mastery over the indicators of submitting conjectures, KMT students with category III mathematical reasoning abilities did not master all indicators, (2) Students with moderate mathematical anxiety had varied abilities, KMS students with category I mathematical reasoning abilities mastered all indicators, KMS students with category II mathematical reasoning abilities lacked mastery of indicators in proposing conjectures and drawing conclusions, KMS students with category III mathematical reasoning abilities only mastered indicators of finding patterns to make generalizations (3) Students with anxiety low mathematical scores have varied abilities, KMR students with category I mathematical reasoning abilities master all indicators, KMR students with category II mathematical reasoning abilities do not master the indicators of proposing conjectures, KMR students with category III mathematical reasoning abilities only master indicators of finding patterns to make generalizations

    ABSTRACT RAHMA ANGGITA Impact of Government Expenditure on Education and Economic Growth Against Human Development Index in ASEAN 2010-2014. Cooperative Economic Education, Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in 2016. This study aims to determine whether there is a two-way, one-way or no relationship between government spending in education and economic growth to human development in ASEAN ineks. The research data used in this study is shaped Panel from 2010-2014. by year. The analysis technique used is the regression analysis approach. The model used in this study is the selection of the best test Common Effects, Fixed Effects and Random Effects. The findings indicate a simultaneous relationship between government spending in education and economic growth in the human development index. Therefore, the need to improve the education sector expenditures and an increase in economic growth in the next year in order to establish the quality of community resources that are reliable, which in turn will increase productivity and support human development.     ABSTRAK Pendidikan di Indonesia masih kekurangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang unggul dan kurangnya penguatan peran di sektor pendidikan. Selanjutnya Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nadiem Makarim merancang terobosan baru yaitu kebijakan “Merdeka Belajar” sebagai kebijakan yang dapat membuat lompatan besar dalam aspek kualitas pendidikan. Merdeka Belajar akan berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bermakna untuk pendidikan di Indonesia, terutama dimulai pada pendidikan awal yaitu Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Dengan demikian, sekolah perlu implementasi Merdeka Belajar untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang Merdeka Belajar dan memberi penguatan peran guru pada kegiatan belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Merdeka Belajar dan mengidentifikasikan penguatan peran guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dalam implementasi Merdeka Belajar pada kegiatan Belajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi berupa foto-foto selama penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian yaitu 1 (satu) kepala sekolah dan 1 (satu) guru inti TK A PAUD Anak Ceria. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sekolah PAUD Anak Ceria meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan cara menerapkan Merdeka Belajar dan memberikan Kemerdekaan dalam berpikir serta Penguatan peran guru ini TK A PAUD Anak Ceria dalam implemetasi Merdeka Belajar terlihat pada kompetensi-kompetensi yang diterapkan pada kegiatan belajar. Kata Kunci: implementasi Merdeka Belajar, penguatan peran guru, pendidikan anak usia dini, kegiatan belajar. ABSTRACT Education in Indonesia still lacks superior human resources (HR) and lacks strengthening roles in the education sector. Furthermore, the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim, designed a new breakthrough, namely the " Independent of Learning" policy as a policy that can make big leaps in aspects of the quality of education. Independent Learning will have the potential to improve the quality of meaningful learning for education in Indonesia, especially starting in early education, namely Early Childhood Education (PAUD). Thus, schools need to implement Independent Learning to create a school environment that is independent of learning and strengthens the role of teachers in learning activities. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Independent Learning and identify the strengthening of the role of Early Childhood Education teachers in the implementation of Independent Learning in learning activities using a qualitative approach and qualitative descriptive methods. Methods of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation in the form of photographs during the study. The subjects in the study were 1 (one) principal and 1 (one) core teacher for Kindergarten A PAUD Anak Ceria. The results of the study show that the school of PAUD Anak Ceria improves the quality of human resources (HR) by implementing Independent Learning and providing independence in thinking and strengthening the role of this teacher. Kindergarten A PAUD Anak Ceria in implementing Independent Learning can be seen in the competencies that are applied to learning activities. .     This study aims to determine the effect of rope jumping games on gross motor skills in children. This study uses a Quasy Experiment research design with a One Group Pre-Post Design approach. The results of this study show the effect of jumping rope on gross motor development in children with pre-test and post-test data of jumping rope with p-value = 0.001.     ABSTRAK Nama : Rahma Aryanti Anggita Program Studi : Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam Judul : Partisipasi Anggota PKK dalam Kegiatan Pelatihan Peningkatan Keterampilan di Desa Pulau Rambai Kecamatan Kampar Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan masih rendahnya tingkat pendidikan di desa Pulau Rambai sehingga menyebabkan tidak begitu antusiasnya anggota PKK dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan, terlihat dari minimnya kesadaran anggota untuk menghadiri kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan, seperti dalam menghadiri rapat atau diskusi, memberikan sumbangan pemikiran, pengambilan manfaat maupun dalam evaluasi. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi anggota PKK dalam kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan di Desa Pulau Rambai Kecamatan Kampar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang memaparkan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fenomena yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat, terdiri dari ketua PKK Desa Pulau Rambai sebagai key informan, sedangkan informan pendukungnya yaitu anggota PKK Desa Pulau Rambai sebanyak 6 orang yang aktif. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 4 bentuk partisipasi, Partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan. Partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan, partisaipasi dalam pengambilan manfaat dan partisipasi dalam evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggota PKK dalam kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan belum maksimal. Hanya mereka yang mempunyai minat dan keinginan saja yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan, juga kurangnya komunikasi dari pengurus PKK yang merupakan salah satu penyebab tidak optimalnya keterlibatan anggota PKK dalam kegiatan PKK.     The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of liquidity, company size, business risk, and sales growth on capital structure at food and beverage companies. The population in this study were food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The technique used in sample selection was purposive sampling and obtained 190 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 24 test tool by testing descriptive statistics, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, f test, R2 test, t test, and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study state that liquidity have a negative effect on capital structure, company size have a negative effect on capital structure, business risk have a positive effect on capital structure, sales growth have no effect on capital structure

Methods of data collection using interview and observation techniques. While the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Customer complaints service PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP IV Station Great Semarang Tawang conducted on the Officer Customer Service on Stations. Complaints encountered by officers include the cancellation of tickets, refund cancellation tickets, antiran loket, service ptugas booth and the absence of locker facilities at the station. The station realizes that the customer's complaints are useful to improve the better service in the future

    GAMBARAN PEWARNAAN GIGI PADA MASYARAKAT USIA 30-50 TAHUN YANG MENGKONSUMSI TEH HITAM

    ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pewarnaan gigi dapat disebabkan oleh minuman berwarna seperti teh, kopi. Masyarakat Desa Pilangrejo RT 01 RW 01 mengonsumsi teh hitam dalam sehari bisa mencapai rata-rata 2-3 gelas. Mengakibatkan terlihatnya gambaran klinis berupa pewarnaan gigi pada sebagaian masyarakat. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan 60% masyarakat usia 30-50 tahun yang peneliti wawancarai sering mengkonsumsi teh hitam. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan mengkonsumsi teh hitam masyarakat usia 30-50 tahun dalam kategori banyak. Tujuan Penelitian: Diketahuinya gambaran pewarnaan gigi pada masyarakat usia 30-50 tahun yang mengonsumsi teh hitam di Desa Pilangrejo RT 01 RW 01 Nglipar Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan rancangan survey cross sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 38 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengukuran skor pewarnaan gigi dengan cara memfoto gigi responden kemudian diliat kategori skor giginya dan kebiasaan responden yang mengonsumsi teh hitam. Hasil: variabel pewarnaan gigi didapatkan bahwa 16 responden (42,1%) memiliki variabel pewarnaan gigi cukup. Hasil tabulasi silang antara pewarnaan gigi dengan jenis kelamin responden diketahui bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pewarnaan gigi baik dengan jenis kelamin perempuan 16 responden (42,1%) dan paling sedikit adalah responden laki-laki yang memiliki kriteria pengetahuan kurang sebesar 1 responden (2,6%). Kesimpulan: Pewarnaan gigi terbanyak berada dalam kategori noda ringan kuning sedang sebanyak 18 responden (47,4%). Kata Kunci: Teh Hitam, Pewarnaan Gig
