Curs 2019/2020The aim of this work is based on the development of a business plan focused on the creation of a new company which activity will be the commercialisation of football sports equipment in the province of Castellón. This idea arose from the need that a teenager had to buy some football boots when looking for a shop he could not find one that could satisfy his needs. From this need, Futdream was born, differentiating itself from the rest of the competitors by trying to offer the best personalized and professional service in the sale of quality football articles, thereby establishing itself in the sector. So a business plan has been established to serve as a starting point for this idea and at the same time analyse its financial viability. To begin with, a brief summary of the company will be given, as well as its mission, vision, values and competitive strategy. Afterwards, the type of business model will be established through its definition by the Canvas model. In turn, we will try to identify which factors can influence the way the company will develop by analysing the general environment through the PESTEL analysis and, on the other hand, the specific environment through Porter's 5 competitive forces model. A SWOT diagnosis will then be carried out to support the analysis of these factors. In order to define which is the path to follow by Futdream with the objective of positioning itself as the leading brand in the provincial sector, a Marketing Plan will be established to guide the actions to be implemented in order to achieve the objectives. Furthermore, a Human Resources Plan will be established through which it is expected to complete the work team. Finally, by establishing the economic-financial plan we will be able to know up to what point this project is viable and it will allow us to know what economic amount we will destine to each action to act this way in consequence towards the correct development of the same one

    Automatic camera pose initialization, using scale, rotation and luminance invariant natural feature tracking

    The solution to the camera registration and tracking problem serves Augmented Reality, in order to provide an enhancement to the user’s cognitive perception of the real world and his/her situational awareness. By analyzing the five most representative tracking and feature detection techniques, we have concluded that the Camera Pose Initialization (CPI) problem, a relevant sub-problem in the overall camera tracking problem, is still far from being solved using straightforward and non-intrusive methods. The assessed techniques often use user inputs (i.e. mouse clicking) or auxiliary artifacts (i.e. fiducial markers) to solve the CPI problem. This paper presents a novel approach to real-time scale, rotation and luminance invariant natural feature tracking, in order to solve the CPI problem using totally automatic procedures. The technique is applicable for the case of planar objects with arbitrary topologies and natural textures, and can be used in Augmented Reality. We also present a heuristic method for feature clustering, which has revealed to be efficient and reliable. The presented work uses this novel feature detection technique as a baseline for a real-time and robust planar texture tracking algorithm, which combines optical flow, backprojection and template matching techniques. In this function the speech is rendered clear without the need of a deeper meaning. Another issue is the role of the speech when located in a different communicative context and with a different intention. Making this distinction is a useful and necessary exercise. The various levels of construction of the platonic text provide a clarification in this regard

    Desenvolvimento e otimização de método fast-GC×GC-TOFMS para análise de geoquímica orgânica ambiental

    A utilização da técnica de GC×GC-TOFMS possibilitou a caracterização abrangente em nível molecular dos compostos orgânicos de uma amostra de testemunho de sedimento de lagoa costeira, sendo agrupados entre as classes: hopanoides, esteroides, esterenos, olefinas, álcoois, n-alcanos e cetonas. O estudo partiu de análises em triplicata da amostra por um método convencional com coluna 1D de 30 m e da aplicação de um planejamento fatorial 2² com ponto central em um conjunto de métodos fast com coluna 1D de 10 m para a técnica de GC×GC-TOFMS para a avaliação das variáveis referentes ao espectrômetro de massas (voltagem da fonte de ionização e taxa de aquisição). Foram aplicados testes estatísticos, como análise de variância, método de superfície de tendência e gráficos de Pareto avaliando-se como variáveis-resposta a relação sinal/ruído de íons diagnósticos e moleculares, bem como a concentração obtida para cada classe em seus respectivos ensaios. As análises realizadas pelo método convencional permitiram a obtenção dos valores de intervalo de confiança a 95% de confiança para a concentração total de cada uma das classes, bem como o cálculo do desvio padrão relativo (DPR%), em que os valores determinados não excederam 10%, além disso a determinação do valor p indicou que as 3 análises são estatisticamente equivalentes. A comparação das concentrações obtidas no método convencional com os métodos fast por análise de variância 1 fator indicou que os métodos utilizando 70 e 50 eV são estatisticamente equivalentes ao método convencional para todas as classes analisadas. O comparativo entre os métodos fast pelos gráficos de pareto usando a relação S/N como resposta indicou que somente a variável voltagem foi significativa para a obtenção de melhores relações S/N dos íons diagnósticos para a classe de esteroides, o que não foi observado tanto para as demais classes, quanto para a relação S/N do íon molecular. Já pelo método da superfície de tendência foi observado que as relações S/N tanto de íons diagnósticos quanto moleculares há uma indicação da condição experimental mais otimizada, correspondendo ao método de 70 eV e 300 espectros s-1 para grande parte das classes analisadas. O estudo proposto mostrou que mudança de um método convencional por um fast resultou na diminuição do tempo de análise de 60 para 20 min, mantendo-se a resolução cromatográfica em valores suficientemente bons para uma boa separação, além da indicação do método fast mais adequado e estatisticamente equivalente ao convencional, correspondendo ao método fast 70 eV e 300 espectros s-

    Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Instituto de Letras, Departamento de Línguas Estrangeiras e Tradução, 2019.Os jogos de tabuleiro, em especial os Role Playing Games (RPGs) de mesa, estão cada vez mais populares, seja como forma de entretenimento, seja como metodologia auxiliar para o aprendizado e a socialização de crianças e jovens. A localização de jogos de tabuleiro, além de reconhecer e adaptar os elementos culturais, também se preocupa em entregar um texto jogável e interativo para o jogador. O Dungeons and Dragons, RPG mais popular no Brasil e no mundo atualmente, é o objeto de estudo deste trabalho. Em sua quinta edição, a tradução do jogo apresenta problemas de inconsistência em seu vocabulário especializado, na comparação com as edições anteriores. Para tentar sanar este problemas, propomos, aqui, a retradução de dois trechos do Livro de Regras, Chapter 7 e a classe Wizard, e com base nessa pesquisa, organizamos um glossário para a padronização da terminologia empregada. A Linguística de Corpus foi a abordagem teórica e metodológica utilizada para identificar as Unidades de Tradução Especializadas problemáticas nas três edições pesquisadas: 3.5, 4.0 e tradução 5.0 dos jogadores. Com isso, esperamos ter contribuído para os estudos da Localização de jogos, bem como para os jogadores e futuros tradutores de materiais relacionados a esse RPG.Board games, especially Tabletop Role Playing Games (TTRPGs) are becoming more and more popular, both as a form of entertainment and as an ancilary methodology for children and teenagers to learn and socialize. The localization of board games not only recognizes cultural elements and adapts to the target culture, but is also concerned with delivering a playable and interactive text to the player. Currently, Dungeons and Dragons is the most popular RPG in Brazil and worldwide, and it is the subject of this study. In its fifth edition, the translation of the game presents consistency problems in the specialized vocabulary,compared to previous editions. To try to solve these problems, we propose a retranslation of two excerpts from the Player's Handbook, Chapter 7 and the class Wizard. Based on the research carried out, we put together a glossary for the standardization of the terminology used. Corpus Linguistics was the theoretical and methodological approach used to identify the problematic Specialized Translation Units in the three researched editions: 3.5, 4.0 and the 5.0 edition translated by fans.     Assessing Genetic Diversity of Asian-based Rubber Populations using SSR and Multivariate Statistics in the Philippines

    Assessing genetic diversity of rubber populations is important for the effective utilization of rubber genetic resources. Diversity indices such as number of alleles (Na), observed heterozygosity (Ho), gene diversity (GD), polymorphism information content (PIC) and power of discrimination (PD) along with multivariate statistics such as principal component analysis (PCA) and clustering analysis were used in the study. Twenty-two SSR markers had means 5.09 Na, 0.579 Ho, 0.677 GD, 0.643 PIC and 0.785 PD for 63 rubber clones comprised of 34 Indonesian and 29 Malaysian clones. Malaysian subpopulation had 3.59 Na per clone greater than Indonesian subpopulation of 2.97 Na per clone. PCA detected 66.08% total variation for eight principal components (PCs). PC1, PC2 and PC3 contributed 13.24% variation (v) with 2.91 eigenvalue (e), 10.2% v with 2.24 e and 8.86% v with 1.95 e, respectively. Clustering analysis revealed 0.237 genetic similarity and ten clusters for all clones. Clusters will be the basis for making more genetically diverse hybrids while PC1 member clones will be the basis for considering genetically broad base parent. The high genetic diversity found in the Asian-based rubber populations and complementing results of multivariate statistics can optimize the selection and breeding of rubber genetic resources in the Philippines.     Before reaching commercial scale, a biotechnological process must be well characterized in terms of process conditions. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the culture conditions in limonene bio-transformation to limonene-1,2-diol by Colletotrichum nymphaeae. The results revealed that this bio-process was aerobic, suggesting that aeration is an important parameter to be considered on a larger scale (e.g. bio-reactors). Moreover, a single feeding of R-(+)-limonene (15 g.L-1) at the start of the bio-transformation resulted in the highest concentration (4.19 g.L-1) and yield (27.9%, w.w(-1)) of limonene-1,2-diol, indicating that fed-batch operation was not a good choice. In terms of biomass age, 72 h-old biomass performed better when compared to 24 or 48 h-old biomasses. Substrate induction test suggested that this bio-transformation is carried out by non-inducible enzymes. Three successive freeze-thawing processes did not present any observable change in the production, indicating that the biomass could be stored frozen. It was also evidenced that the use of resting cells was as efficient as growing cells, and, therefore, biomass recovery/re-suspension was unnecessary. Although feasible, the bio-transformation in an aqueous-hexadecane biphasic system was not indicated for this process, since lower concentration of diol was obtained.
