Financing Budget Preparation Process in Autis State SLB, North Sumatra

SLB Negeri Autisme Sumatera Utara merupakan sekolah berkebutuhan khusus yang mempunyai program dan sasaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa di sekolah tersebut dimana penganggaran yang dilakukan belum matang dan tidak sesuai harapan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis bagaimana perencanaan anggaran di sekolah. Teknik analisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SLB Negeri Autisme Sumatera Utara dalam melaksanakan program harus merencanakan dan mempersiapkan anggaran dengan baik, agar tepat sasaran, pimpinan harus mengkaji ulang tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan yang ada saat merancang program kerja, menentukan prioritas pekerjaan agar anggaran disalurkan secara efektif, memperkirakan biaya-biaya yang ada sehingga anggaran tepat untuk disalurkan, menentukan pengalokasian dana, mengatur dana agar fleksibel, melakukan pengendalian atau pengawasan, perbaikan di kemudian hari jika terjadi ketidakefektifan dalam penyaluran anggaran

Peranan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan bagi Kepala Sekolah dalam Pengambilan Keputusan di Sekolah SMA W.R. Supratman 2 Medan

Sebagaimana lembaga pada umumnya, sekolah membagi kegiatan ini ke dalam bagian-bagian atau unit-unit tertentu yang mana terdapat peran-peran dari para pemangku jabatan di sekolah sebagai pihak yang menjalankan kegiatan tersebut sesuai posisinya masing-masing. Mulai dari guru, petugas TU, kepala sekolah dan jajaran yang ada memiliki andil dalam setiap kegiatan di sekolah. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut secara berkesinambungan membangun sekolah menjadi organisasi yang dapat mewujudkan visi dan misi yang dimilikinya dengan baik. Dari semua kegiatan yang ada di sekolah terdapat kegiatan yang menjadi kunci dari pencapaian keberhasilan sekolah. Pengambilan keputusan memungkinkan setiap kepala sekolah dapat mengetahui langkah apa yang semestinya dilakukan di masa yang akan datang terkait pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Penelitian kecil yang kami lakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi secara langsung, wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah W.R. Supratman 2 dan mengakses website sekolah W.R. Supratman 2 Medan. Pada observasi kami melihat beberapa instrumen yang bisa membantu kami dalam menyimpulkan bagaimana perananan sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan bagi kepala sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan didalam substansi manajemen sekolah.Dalam kegiatan pengambilan keputusan seorang kepala sekolah membutuhkan informasi. Karena dengan informasi maka akan ditempuh sebuah pemecahan masalah yang efektif dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada. Sistem informasi yang dikelola dengan baik dapat menjadi aset bagi sekolah yang menerapkannya. Kepala sekolah dapat memanfaatkan sistem informasi dalam memanaj sekolah mencapai tujuan serta visi misi yang ditetapkan dan kemajuan teknologi mutakhir diorientasikan kepada informasi

Pengaruh Gaya Belajar terhadap Nilai Bahasa Inggris Siswa

The learning style is an individual's tendency in how they receive and process information. This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between learning style variables and students' English language scores. The sample for this research consists of 55 students from the 10th grade of the PSPTV major at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Among the participants, 29 students (53%) exhibit a visual learning style, 16 students (29%) an auditory style, and 10 students (18%) a kinesthetic style. The normality test of the data reveals that the visual, auditory, kinesthetic learning styles, and English language scores have a normal distribution. Based on the F-test results, the obtained F-value is 8.378, while the critical F-value for 55 samples is 2.79. It is concluded that both simultaneously and partially, learning styles significantly influence English language scores. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted

Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Modal Intelektual, dan Perilaku Inovatif Terhadap Kinerja Pemimpin Jurusan di Universitas Negeri Medan

The  objective  of  this  research  is  to  obtain  information  concerning  the  effect of  organizational culture,  intellectual  capital,  innovative  behavior,  on Department  chairman’s  performance.  The research  was  carried  out  in  2005 with  sample  of  40,  selected  randomly  and the data  has  been analyzed by path  analysis  after  all  variables  put  into  the  correlation  matrix.    The finding of  the research  shows  that  Department  chairman’s  performance  is  affected directly by Organizational culture, Intellectual capital, and Innovative behavior. Based on those findings it could be concluded that any changing or variation which occurred at Department chairman’s performance might have been effected by Organizational  culture,  Intellectual  capital,  and  Innovative  behavior. Therefore,  in  managing Department chairman’s performance, organizational culture, intellectual capital, and innovative behavior should be put into strategic planning of human resources development at Universitas Negeri  Medan,  however other  variables  are  necessary  to  be  taken  into  account  by  next   performance   research

Analisis Transformasi Pendekatan Komunikasi Humas Sekolah pada Era Digitalisasi di SMA Swasta Deli Murni Bandar Baru

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pendekatan komunikasi Humas sekolah di era digitalisasi. Saat ini kita sudah memasuki era digital, namun dalam kenyataannya Humas sekolah belum mendigitalisasi sarana komunikasinya sehingga tidak diminati. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yakni penulis mendeskripsikan transformasi Humas Sekolah di era digital dengan referensi dari buku/artikel/studi kepustakaan dan membandingkan dengan Humas di SMA Deli Murni Baru. Hasil dari artikel ini ditemukan bahwa pendekatan Humas di era digital adalah mendayagunakan sarana komunikasi sekolah sehingga informasi yang disampaikan cepat diterima oleh orangtua, peserta didik dan masyarakat

Corn Processing with Design of Flaters Machinery and Diversification of Corn Processing with Andaliman Flavor (Zanthoxylum Acanthopodium) in Parsaoran Village, Sibisa, Toba Samosir Regency

The objectives to be achieved in PKM activities; developing corn farmers' businesses in Parsaoran Sibisa Village to become economically independent businesses through processing andaliman flavored corn chips, designing and building corn flattening machines, training on corn chips production, business management training and packaging. The specific target to be achieved through a corn flattening machine is to increase the effectiveness of the abundant corn production into andaliman corn chips, savory, sweet, spicy, able to manage business and packaging. The approach method used is the method of education, production training, business management training, design and assistance. The results of this service activity by providing knowledge, technology and business management, corn farmers are expected to be able to take advantage of their agricultural products which are processed into high-value corn chips products. Corn chips are a food diversification product that can support the development of rural agro-industry and increase the income value of corn farmers whose raw materials are easily available in Parsaoran Sibisa Village, Toba Samosir Regency

Persepsi Suami terhadap Kemitrasejajaran dalam Keluarga Etnis Simalungun di Kota Medan Sumatera Utara

Etnis Simalungun menganut sistem kekerabatan patrilineal, dominasi suami terhadap isteri masih kuat. Wanita yang mempunyai multi fungsi yaitu sebagai isteri, ibu pengasuh anak, dan berperan dalam pembangunan serta pencari nafkah keluarga, sangat mengharapkan adanya kemitrasejajaran dalam keluarga. Tanpa adanya kemitrasejajaran dalam keluarga, sulit bagi wanita yang sudah berkeluarga untuk mengembangkan multi fungsinya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji persepsi suami terhadap kemitrasejajaran dalam keluarga etnis Simalungun dimana ibu bekerja di sektor formal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Responden penelitian adalah suami yang beretnis Simalungun di kota Medan yang isterinya bekerja di sektor formal. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dilihat dari tiap aspek persepsi suami terhadap kemitrasejajaran menunjukkan pada setiap aspek atau indikator berada pada kategori tinggi. Jika ditelusuri dari ke enam aspek, ternyata nilai aspek hak atas kehidupan pribadi memiliki nilai kriteria tertinggi, diikuti aspek saling menghormati dan saling menghargai, aspek saling asih, asah dan asuh, aspek saling pengertian, penyesuaian diri dan toleransi, aspek tanggung jawab dalam membina keluarga, dan aspek kerja sama dalam membina keluarga

Model Development of Character Educational for the State University of Medan Students

This study aims to obtain a model of character education. This research was conducted at the State University of Medan in three stages. The first phase of the study in 2016 aimed to obtain a set of character education instrument valid and reliable. Subject test instruments in this study were students at State University of Medan in the Academic Year 2016/2017 of 50 people. Based on the results of testing instruments available instruments character education nationality valid as many as 30 items with reliability coefficient of 0.935, instrument character education fairness valid as many as 24 items with reliability coefficient of 0.923, instrument character education honor valid as many as 25 items with coefficients reliability of 0.919, instrument character education responsibilities are valid as many as 32 items with reliability coefficient of 0.947, instrument character education concerns are valid as many as 25 items with reliability coefficient of 0.938, and educational instruments character trustworthy valid as many as 27 items with coefficients reliability of 0.955

The Academic Supervision Model-Based Education Management in Improving Teacher Performance

The purpose of the study is to find out and get a model that is most excellent academic supervision in improving teacher performance Indonesian. The study was conducted at the Junior High School (SMP) State in two cities, namely Medan and Binjai 6 Schools as much as 3 school, or 9 School Junior High School with a number of Indonesian teachers as many as 61 people. This research includes Action Research School (ARS), because research is conducted to find the influence of academic supervision of certain models on teacher performance in learning Indonesian. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis to describe the research variable data. The research was conducted starting in May to September 2015. The findings show four models applied in the research, it turns Scientific Model Academic Supervision better than other models in improving performance Indonesian Teachers

Development of Academic Supervision Model which Based on Educational Management

This study aimed to obtain a model of academic supervision of the most well improve the performance of teachers in effective and efficient Indonesian instructional character-based. The study was conducted in the Public and Private Junior high school (SMP) in North Sumatra Province with a period of 3 years. The first phase of the study in 2013 was conducted in two districts/cities in North Sumatra Province, namely in Deli Serdang, involving 30 teachers of Indonesian in charge of the junior eight units, and in the High Cliff City involving thirty teachers field of study Indonesian in charge of the eight units SMP. This research including action research school (ARS), because the study was conducted to find the influence of academic supervision of the teacher's performance in Indonesian instructional. So, to capture performance data used teacher assessment tool capabilities, data analysis techniques used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the study variables to describe the data. The results of the research in Deli Serdang found that the application of the first cycle of academic supervision artistic model no teacher performance scores in good category, and the second cycle as much as 86.67% of teachers have performance scores in good category, while the remaining 13.33 % of teachers have the performance scores in the category quite well. Thus, the application of academic supervision artistic model can be used to improve the performance of teachers of Indonesian in junior high school in Deli Serdang. The results of the study at Tebing Tinggi found that the application of the first cycle of academic supervision of clinical models that have no teacher performance scores in good category, and the second cycle as much as 83.33% of teachers have performance scores in good category, while the remaining 16.67 teachers have the performance scores in the category quite well. Thus, the application of academic supervision of clinical models can be used to improve the performance of teachers of Indonesian in junior high school in the city of Tebing Tinggi
