El presente trabajo está enmarcado en los pensamientos espacial y métrico propuestos por el MEN (2006). En él se presenta un taller relacionado con la construcción de una fórmula que permita hallar el área de figuras planas en unidades triangulares(utilizando como unidad de medida un triángulo equilátero de lado 1 centímetro). Develación del fenómeno psicosocial de la violencia de género hacia mujeres adolescentes

La presente investigación se enmarca en el flagelo de La Violencia de género en el contexto de la relación de pareja, lo cual es un fenómeno colectivo, una problemática social y de salud pública; asimismo, un hecho multicausal, multidimensional y multiefectos. En este sentido, existen elementos importantes que la sustentan como un hecho de vulneración de derechos en la ley 1257 de 2008, la cual busca atención desde los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible número 5 hacia la “igualdad de género” liderados por la ONU. El enfoque metodológico de la presente investigación es Mixto y se desarrolla a través del método inductivo con un grupo de Mujeres Adolescentes en un rango de edad entre los 16 y 19 Años, el cual está enmarcado en la sublínea de la investigación Salud Mental, Bienestar Y Calidad De Vida Comunitaria Y Cambio Social. De esta manera, se hará uso en la fase cuantitativa de la escala de índice de severidad de la violencia la cual arrojará el nivel de riesgo de la muestra y por ende favorecerá la identificación de la unidad de análisis con mayor afectación, para dar paso a fase cualitativa a través de la entrevista semiestructurada en la que bajo un marco interpretativo fenomenológico, con un interés de conocimiento práctico y dentro de un paradigma socio constructivista se recogerán datos acerca del fenómeno desde el discurso de la población para la comprensión del mismo. En el proceso de análisis de determinó una perspectiva ecosistémica en su organización para develar las dinámicas del fenómeno a partir de características del mismo, de la víctima y del victimario a la luz de las experiencias de las participantes, lo cual finalmente se discute y analiza a partir de la teoría e investigaciones frente al fenómeno. In this sense, there are important elements that support it as a fact of violation of rights in law 1257 of 2008, which seeks attention from the sustainable development goals number 5 towards "gender equality" led by the UN. The methodological approach of this research is mixed and is developed through the inductive method with a group of adolescent women in an age range between 16 and 19 years old, which is framed in the subline of the research Mental Health, Well-being and Quality of Community Life and Social Change. In this way, the quantitative phase will make use of the violence severity index scale which will show the risk level of the sample and therefore will favor the identification of the most affected unit of analysis, to give way to the qualitative phase through the semi-structured interview in which under a phenomenological interpretative framework, with an interest in practical knowledge and within a socioconstructivist paradigm, data will be collected about the phenomenon from the discourse of the population for the understanding of the same. In the process of analysis, an ecosystemic perspective was determined in its organization to reveal the dynamics of the phenomenon based on the characteristics of the phenomenon, the victim and the victimizer in light of the experiences of the participants, which is finally discussed and analyzed based on the theory and research on the phenomenon. Female subjectivity: a look at the girl that round me. Characterization of the rearing practices of the training pedagogues of the degree in childhood education

El presente artículo es producto de una exploración investigativa que se encuentra en curso, adelantada por el semillero de investigación Leidy Tabares -LETA-, adscrito al Proyecto curricular de la Licenciatura en Pedagogía Infantil de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José Caldas, dicha investigación pretende describir y analizar el proceso de configuración de las subjetividades de las licenciadas en formación durante su infancia, trabajado con un grupo poblacional que comprende estudiantes entre 3° y 8° nivel, desde el enfoque de género, a partir del relato de vida sobre sus prácticas de crianza y/o socialización, desde las cuales éstas (mujeres hoy) fueron integradas y/o constituidas. Protein Carbonylation As a Biomarker of Heavy Metal, Cd and Pb, Damage in Paspalum fasciculatum Willd. ex Flüggé

Heavy metal tolerant plants have phytoremediation potential for the recovery of contaminated soils, and the characterization of their metabolic adaptation processes is an important starting point to elucidate their tolerance mechanisms at molecular, biochemical and physiological levels. In this research, the effects of Cd and Pb on growth and protein carbonylation in tissues of Paspalum fasciculatum exposed to 30 and 50 mg·Kg-1 Cd and Pb respectively were determined. P. fasciculatum seedlings exposed to metals grew more than controls until 60 days of cultivation and limited their oxidative effects to a reduced protein group. Carbonyl indexes in leaf and root proteins reached a significant increase concerning their controls in plants exposed 30 days to Cd and 60 days to Pb. From the combined approach of Western Blot with Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and protein analysis by Matrix Asisted Laser Desorption/Ionisation - Time Of Flight (MALDI-TOF/TOF) mass spectrometry, chloroplastic proteins were identified into the main oxidative stress-inducible proteins to Cd and Pb, such as subunits α, γ of ATP synthetase, Chlorophyll CP26 binding protein, fructose-bisphosphate aldolase and long-chain ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase (RuBisCO LSU). Cd generated damage in the photosynthetic machinery of the leaves of P. fasciculatum into the first 30 days of treatment; five of the oxidized proteins are involved in photosynthesis processes. Moreover, there was a proteolytic fragmentation of the RuBisCO LSU. Results showed that intrinsic tolerance of P. fasciculatum to these metals reached 60 days in our conditions, along with the bioaccumulating appreciable quantities of metals in their roots

The Role of Microglia in Glioblastoma

Glioblastoma (GB), the most aggressive malignant glioma, is made up of a large percentage of glioma-associated microglia/macrophages (GAM), suggesting that immune cells play an important role in the pathophysiology of GB. Under physiological conditions, microglia, the phagocytes of the central nervous system (CNS), are involved in various processes such as neurogenesis or axonal growth, and the progression of different conditions such as Alzheimer's disease. Through immunohistochemical studies, markers that enhance GB invasiveness have been shown to be expressed in the peritumoral area of the brain, such as Transforming Growth Factor alpha (TGF-alpha), Stromal Sell-Derived Factor 1 (SDF1/CXCL12), Sphingosine-1-Phosphate (S1P) and Neurotrophic Factor Derived from the Glial cell line (GDNF), contributing to the increase in tumor mass. Similarly, it has also been described 17 biomarkers that are present in hypoxic periarteriolar HSC niches in bone marrow and in hypoxic periarteriolar GSC niches in glioblastoma. Interestingly, microglia plays an important role in the microenvironment that supports GB progression, being one of the most important focal points in the study of therapeutic targets for the development of new drugs. In this review, we describe the altered signaling pathways in microglia in the context of GB. We also show how microglia interact with glioblastoma cells and the epigenetic mechanisms involved. Regarding the interactions between microglia and neurogenic niches, some authors indicate that glioblastoma stem cells (GSC) are similar to neural stem cells (NSC), common stem cells in the subventricular zone (SVZ), suggesting that this could be the origin of GB. Understanding the similarities between SVZ and the tumor microenvironment could be important to clarify some mechanisms involved in GB malignancy and to support the discovering of new therapeutic targets for the development of more effective glioblastoma treatments

Experiencias de una Viaje: Estudiantes proyecto: "Patrimonio y nueva Cultura Industrial"

Este artículo es un relato del viaje que realizó un grupo de estudiantes de 9º semestre de la Facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad Santo Tomás seccional Tunja, auxiliares del proyecto de investigación Patrimonio ynueva cultura industrial, por los departamentos de Santander y Antioquia, con motivo de la visita de arquitectos alemanes del INIK, Institut für neue Industriekultur de Alemania, a Colombia, con el fin de observar directamente la presencia de Alemania en la cultura industrial colombiana. A manera de diario, se relatan las experiencias del viaje y los hallazgos, ilustrando así las vivencias del grupo, las cuales son base para la continuación de la investigación

La sostenibilidad en el diseño de moda nace a partir de la necesidad de análisis y visibilización de los procesos construidos a partir de acuerdos sociales innovadores y acciones colectivas, que han permitido generar un pensamiento reflexivo y desarrollar el sistema moda; igualmente, como se han construido desde una manera desmedida al afectar el entorno sociocultural, ambiental y económico, el negocio de la industria de la moda debe transformarse y reinventarse para reconciliarse con la tierra y con los seres humanos en general. Por consiguiente, este proyecto en curso tiene como propósito crear y generar conciencia a partir de la inquietud que surge desde la academia hasta la ética de la labor del diseñador de moda cuya labor se enfoca en varios frentes como comunicador, educador y facilitador

Evaluación del desempeño ejecutivo en agresores sexuales.

La conducta agresiva ha generado un campo de discusión amplio en el mundo debido a la dimensión de las consecuencias que tiene a nivel social, cultural y psicológico de los sujetos. Es evaluada como un factor que ocasiona en las víctimas problemas de salud físicos y mentales, incrementando los costos para los sistemas judiciales y de salud (Guerrero, Olavarría, Soares y Jaitman, 2015). En esta investigación se trabajará específicamente sobre agresión sexualtipificada en Colombia como un delito contra la libertad, integridad y formación sexual que en particular en Colombia entre los años 2014 a 2017 presentó los siguientes datos
