Pengaruh Upah Terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Langsung Pada PT. Damatex Di Salatiga

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : ( a ) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Upah Pokok dan Upah Insentif Terhadap Produktifitas tenaga kerja langsung. ( b ) Untuk Mengetahui variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja, antara Upah pokok dan Upah Insentif. Hipotesa dalam penelitian ini adalah : ( a ) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara upah pokok dan upah insentif terhadap produktivitas tanaga kerja, ( b ) variabel upah insentif mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di banding dengan upah pokok. Dari hasil perhitungan dan analisa yang dilakukan untuk pembuktian terhadap hipotesa, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan dari seluruh penelitian yang sudah dilakukan sebagai berikut : Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Upah Pokok dan Upah Insentif, Hal ini dibuktikan dari : ( 1 ) Persamaan regresi Y = -0,633 + 0,00000009004X1 + 0,0000005109X2, Hasil F menyatakan bahwa Fhitung ( 30,350 ) > Ftabel ( 3,15 ), ( 2 ) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah Upah Insentif. Hal ini dibuktikan dari Hasil uji t yang menyatakan bahwa thitung = 4,109 > t tabel = 1,960 ( 3 ) koefisien determinasi, berdasarkan hasil tersebut setelah dihitung maka di dapatkan hasil R2 = 0,517 yang mempunyai arti bahwa 51,7 % variabel independen mempengaruhi volume penjualan secara bersama-sama sedangkan 48,3 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model

Kondisi sosial ekonomi dan politik yang terjadi turut serta dalam mempengaruhi perkembangan gerakan buruh. Gerakan buruh Indonesia berperan penting dalam proses dekolonisasi dan pembentukan bangsa. Perubahan sistem ekonomi kolonial menjadi ekonomi nasional merupakan program pemerintah Indonesia pasca pengakuan kedaulatan dari Belanda. Dalam rangka perjuangan pengembalian Irian Barat, pemerintah Indonesia membatalkan hasil Konferensi Meja Bundar dan melakukan nasionalisasi terhadap perusahaan-perusahan Belanda. Surabaya sebagai salah satu kota industri di Indonesia merupakan basis perjuangan gerakan buruh. Load Balancing Menggunakan Metode Bubble Sort pada Sistem Database dengan Multi Server

The increasing demand for the utilize services computer networks has increased the traffic on the network. In general, the server provides service round the clock without a break, so that problems such as breakdown of communication in the network is lost that must be avoided. This cases need for a bettersystem with high performance and reliable every time. Current server technology development will be fast but the memory access speed is slower than the increase in the consumption of bandwidth. This is one o f the factors causing the bottleneck experienced of server. With the load balancing can be provide abetter solution. The concept used to provide a server has the same service. Then, the load balancing will check the CPU USAge on each server. The server will perform selection based on the value of the smallest CPU Usage o f all existing servers. The application load balancing is placed before the user accessing ofserver with the object of distributing requests from the user to any of the servers that have been selected by the load balancer. Load balancing provides many benefits to systems that use it. The first, low cost, existing resources do not need to be replaced or discarded. Second, don't always need high end equipment. Third, easily developed when needed arose and a drastic decline in the quality o f service. Load balancing is also more secure, when a failure occurs on the server, load balancing application will redirect the user to the server is still available

Does Mind Mapping Matters in Engaging Students’ Creativity and Learning Achievement?

This study examines the implementation of Mind-Mapping Model in the classroom and its impacts on creativity and learning achievement of high school students. This paper includes Classroom Action Research which conducted in economics class in a Senior High School in East Java, Indonesia. The data were collected using documentation technique, in-depth interview, and comparing pre-test and post-test results. The findings revealed that the implementation of Mind-Mapping in economics class affects students creativity and learning achievement. There a noticeable change in students’ creativity which is shown by fluency releases creative new ideas easily and quickly, and flexibility in seeing things from another perspective and considering things from the opposite point of view.KeywordsMind Mapping, Students’ Creativity, Learning Achievemen

Intersepsi Radiasi Matahari pada Berbagai Macam Mulsa Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) Varietas Granola

Tanaman kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) adalah salah satu komoditas pertanian yang berpotensi sebagai pengganti bahan pangan pokok dan mempunyai nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Produksi tanaman kentang setiap tahunnya masih belum terpenuhi karena produksi yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan permintaan pasar. Salah satu kendala budidaya kentang di dataran tinggi adalah intensitas cahaya matahari yang rendah. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan memodifikasi lingkungan yang ada, yaitu dengan menggunakan mulsa. Kegunaan mulsa adalah untuk memodifikasi lingkungan iklim mikro di mana hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan intersepsi cahaya dan mampu menstabilkan suhu serta kelembaban. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Juni 2019 di desa Junggo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 7 perlakuan yang diulang 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mulsa plastik perak dan mulsa plastik hitam perak mampu memberikan pertumbuhan yang lebih baik terhadap luas daun, indeks luas daun, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, bobot segar umbi per tanaman, bobot segar umbi panen dan nilai intersepsi cahaya dibandingkan tanpa menggunakan mulsa. Perlakuan mulsa plastik perak mempunyai bobot segar umbi panen tertinggi sebesar 40,51 ton ha-1 atau 42,04% lebih besar dibandingkan dengan perlakuan kontrol

The Implementation of Role Playing Learning Model to Increase Student Learning Activities and Outcomes

This present research was conducted in the SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang. 45 students from XI class of Social Science 1 were recruited as the subject of this research. This research includes classroom action research consisting of two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. The data for student learning activities are collected by using observation sheets, meanwhile, the data for student learning activities to learning outcomes are collected by observing the score progress in the test cycle I and cycle II. The objective of this study are; 1) To describe and analyze the use of role-playing learning model in improving students activity of XI class SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang in economic subjects, and 2) To observe the student’s activity and poor students' in economic subjects after implementing the Role Playing learning model. In this research, student learning activities increased from 46.67% in the first cycle to 73.33% in the second cycle. Meanwhile, the learning outcomes increased from 73.3% to 77.8% in cycle II. It can be concluded that role-playing learning model increased the learning activity and outcome of the XI social science class 1 of SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang. Keywords: role-playing learning models, student learning activities, learning outcomes DOI: 10.17977/um013v1i22017p07

One example of activities related to technology and information in madrasah is e-learning. E-learning can improve learning outcomes, critical thinking skills, and motivation. E-learning applications have been found on the internet, including Schoology, Edmodo, Google Classroom, Rumah Belajar, Phet Colorado, Quizziz, and others. Quizziz is an application that supports the organization of test online. The use of the application in daily tests can help teachers reduce errors in assessment. The Quizzez application is also effectively used in class because it is simpler in its application. Era revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan era di mana kehidupan manusia selalu berkaitan dengan teknologi dan informasi.  Salah satu contoh kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan teknologi dan informasi di madrasah adalah pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring). Pembelajaran daring dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan motivasi belajar siswa.
