This paper speaks about the juridical discourses present in the sinodal decrets of Calahorra and La Calzada in the end of XIII th century. The objective of our work is to stress the relations between the episcopal institutions and their legislative practices. In the historical and political perspective, we have chosen a specific group of tematics: the clerical reformation and the question of their ordination; the sacramental life; the norms about the Jewish Communities; and, finally, the determinations about beneficial matter of the clergy

Relações de poder e normas jurídicas : os decretos conciliares da diocese de Calahorra e La Calzada sob o bispado de D. Almoravid (1287-1300)

O presente trabalho visa discutir os discursos jurídicos presentes nos decretos do sínodo de Calahorra e La Calzada do final do século XIII. Nosso objetivo é destacar as relações entre instituições episcopais e suas práticas legislativas. Dentro de uma perspectiva histórica, e priorizando as relações de poder, trataremos de diversas temáticas: a reforma do clero e sua ordenação; a vida sacramental; as normas para as relações com os judeus; por fim, as determinações sobre a administração dos bens do clero.This paper speaks about the juridical discourses present in the sinodal decrets of Calahorra and La Calzada in the end of XIII th century. Poderes, corpos e performances de gênero: feminilidades e masculinidades no Tratado en defensa de virtuosas mujeres de Diego de Valera

In this article, the objective is to discuss analytically the problems that involve the elaboration of a language centered on the multiplicity, hierarchy and asymmetry of gender discourse in Diego de Valera. The purpose is to scan the themes, the performances of the characters and the political-cultural perspectives present in the Tratado en defensa de virtuosas mujeres. The historicity indexes of the signification processes were prioritized with the intention of not interpreting the work in question in a monistic, static and descriptive way. Thus, we wanted to inquire about the discursive experiences based on gender guidelines, the vertebral aspects of the work and its “deviant” dimensions, that is, the multiple and complex historical-literary arrangements.Neste artigo, o objetivo é discutir analiticamente os problemas que envolvem a elaboração de uma linguagem centrada na multiplicidade, hierarquização e assimetrização do discurso de gênero em Diego de Valera. O propósito é esquadrinhar as temáticas, as performances das personagens e as perspectivas político-culturais presentes no Tratado en defensa de virtuosas mujeres. Os índices de historicidade dos processos de significação foram priorizados com o intento de não interpretar a obra em questão de forma monista, estática e descritiva. Assim, desejou-se indagar sobre as experiências discursivas baseadas nas diretrizes de gênero, os aspectos vertebrais da obra e suas dimensões “desviantes”, ou seja, os múltiplos e complexos arranjos histórico-literários

REPRESENTAÇÕES DA PENÍNSULA IBÉRICA MEDIEVAL NOS LIVROS DIDÁTICOS: OS (DES)COMPASSOS ENTRE A ESCOLA E A ACADEMIA?

O objetivo desse artigo é discutir como a Península Ibérica Medieval tem sido representada nos livros didáticos contemporâneos. Para tal, concentrei a análise nas perspectivas particulares de cinco obras produzidas para o ensino fundamental, procurando pensar criticamente as seções dedicadas à Idade Média, em geral, e as ligadas direta ou indiretamente à Península Ibérica Medieval, em particular. No fundo, desejo pensar também como os saberes acadêmicos e escolares se (des)articulam em textos voltados à princípio para um público das instituições escolares

The fresh-water discharge in Todos os Santos Bay (BA) an its significance to the general water circulation

Fresh water discharge into Todos os Santos Bay is assessed on the basis of measured and estimated river discharge data. The average mean fresh water discharge amounts to 111.1 m3s-1, and might be added to another 28.2 m3s-1 that falls directly on the bay area as rainfall. The mean river discharge represents only 0.08% of the spring tidal prism, calculated by the means of a through analysis of the depth area distribution
