Fractal Structure of Optical Anisotropy Mueller-Matrices Images of Biological Layers
The basic crystal optical mechanisms of formation of polarizable singularity images of polycrystalline networks of body fluid films with slight phase fluctuations were determined. Coordinate allocation of L - states is conditioned by the interaction of laser radiation with the substance of optically active proteins; C -states form on account of the phase modulation of orderly acicular protein crystals. On this basis the new Mueller-matrices method of diagnostics and differentiation of the changes of birefringence of body fluid films was developed and nosology differentiation was carried out for the first time. The results of the comparative study of the diagnostic effectiveness of the use of statistic, correlation, and fractal analysis of allocation of the characteristic meanings of the phase Mueller-matrices images in the differentiation of the polycrystalline film structure changes of body fluids were given
Potato plant growth acceleration and yield increase after treatment with an amino acid growth stimulant
An increase in the productivity of potato plants and natural resistance of tubers to
external influences during growth, while preserving the qualitatively new properties of tubers in
the process of low-temperature preservation, can be achieved through the effect of bioactive
compounds on the metabolism of potato plantsn our work, we used a regulator derived from the
hydrolysis of natural collagen down to low molecular weight fractions and pure glycine. The
evidence of its effectiveness is based on shortening the growing season and increasing plant
productivity as well as the content of bioactive and nutrient compounds in their storage organs,
reducing losses during low-temperature preservation caused by natural biological processes,
physiological diseases and damage by microorganisms. The paper deals with issues related to the
growth and development of potato plants and their storage organs until the growing season is over
and a possible increase of potato productivity after the planting material was treated with an
amino acid growth regulator

A 6f-scheme of Fourier holography with resonant architecture is considered, which implements memory replenishment with new information that contradicts the previously recorded. It is shown that the low-frequency attenuation due to the nonlinearity of the exposure characteristics of holographic recording media in the initial reference holographic image recorded in a narrow filtering range corresponding to the degradation in the correlation plane of the global maximum of the autocorrelation function below the lateral maxima leads to the response instability β an intermittent mode. It is shown that the intermittent mode corresponds to the restructuring of the autocorrelation function of a composite standard recorded in holograms from one range of values of the approximation model parameters to another. It is shown that the correlation length of the composite image recorded in holograms is an order parameter of the system; its rapid change precedes the loss of response stability and the transition to an unstable regime with intermittency. Environmental and Technological Aspects of Converter Slag Utilization in Sintering and Blast-Furnace Production
The paper presents calculation results for predictive conditions of blast furnace operation with the use of converter slag in the iron ore portion of the blast furnace burden. It shows that addition of converter slag in the sinter and blast-furnace burden without correction of the operating conditions is not reasonable as it significantly worsens parameters of blast furnace operation. Long-term operation of blast furnaces with addition of converter slag in the burden will be accompanied by gradual accumulation of phosphorus in metal and will lead to increasing problems regarding phosphorus removal at the converter production stage. The use of converter slag makes it possible to increase the consumption of non-fluxed pellets without changing the sinter basicity and improve parameters of blast-furnace smelting. The problem of efficient and continuous use of converter slag in blast furnaces can be solved by the complex analysis of this problem: evaluation of economic feasibility of its use as a fluxing agent; feasibility study of this issue for the βblast-furnace production β converter productionβ complex; analysis of environmental problems during operation at the factory and in the region.

A new small-scale vacuum system βMVU TM-Magna 3Mβ developed at JSC βResearch Institute of Pre-cision Machine Manufacturingβ is described. Its assembly and working conditions are considered. This sys-tem was used for magnetron sputtering multilayer metallic films.
