An important role in the defines system is assigned to the tonsils – lymph cells that have accumulated in the oral cavity and nasopharynx. Their function is to protect the body from various pathogenic microorganisms and produce lymphocytes. Tonsils can cause some dangerous diseases, so in some cases; doctors prescribe the removal of the tonsils for a child. Such a cardinal measure should be resorted to with caution, because the body loses part of the immune system forever, so specialists in the field of otolaryngology remove the tonsils only in cases where it is impossible to avoid it. If a child often has repeated infectious diseases of the throat, in particular, tonsillitis, doctors may advise removing the tonsils. However, scientists have different views on whether this surgical procedure is appropriate and whether it will not lead to a worsening of the situation. Heart rate turbulence: HRTO/HRTS indicators and innovative calculations of the precision cardiology model in data analysis software

Мета роботи – об'єктивізувати аналіз кількісних показників ЕКГ за допомогою створення формули для обрахунку показників турбулентності серцевого ритму (HRTO та HRTS) у програмних інструментах для аналізу даних і доведення клінічних можливостей застосування запропонованої моделі. Висновки. 1. Запропонований інноваційний підхід до обрахунків показників HRTO та HRTS у програмному забезпеченні для аналізу даних демонструє значний потенціал для покращення прогнозування стану пацієнтів і визначення кінцевих точок лікування в моделі прецизійної кардіології. 2. За несприятливого розподілу HRTO спостерігалася більша кількість ШЕ (p0,1), зіставлення змін 1-судинного пошкодження проти 2-3-судинного ураження коронарних артерій з HRTO демонструє відношення шансів 0,42 (p<0,05). 3. Кореляційний аналіз показав слабкий позитивний зв'язок між HRTO та HRTS. Objective of the study – to objectify the analysis of quantitative electrocardiogram indicators by creating and utilizing an individual formula for calculating heart rate turbulence (HRT) indicators (HRTO and HRTS) in data analysis software tools, as well as to demonstrate the clinical applicability of the proposed model of precision cardiology. Conclusions. 1.The proposed innovative approach to the calculation of HRTO and HRTS metrics in data analysis software demonstrates significant potential for improving patient status prediction and determining treatment endpoints in the model of precision cardiology. 2. In the case of an unfavorable HRTO distribution, there was a higher number of ventricular ectopic beats (p0.1), comparing the changes in single-vessel damage against 2-3 vessel coronary artery damage with HRTO shows an odds ratio of 0.42 (p<0.05). 3. At the same time, correlation analysis showed a weak positive relationship between HRTO and HRTS
