Análisis comparativo del comportamiento kinésico de las presentadoras de magazine en la televisión generalista

El presente trabajo hace un estudio comparativo de la comunicación no verbal de las presentadoras de televisión Susana Griso, Ana Rosa Quintana y Mariló Montero en sus respectivos magazines de mañana: ‘Espejo Público’, ‘El programa de Ana Rosa’ y ‘La mañana de La 1’, en la temporada 2012-2013. A través de la metodología del análisis de contenido se ha conseguido obtener unos patrones de comportamiento kinésico distintos para cada una de las tres presentadoras. Asimismo, también se ha establecido una comparativa acerca de la eficacia de su comunicación no verbal vinculándolo a los datos de ‘share’ de cada espacio televisivo.This paper makes a comparative study of the non-verbal communication of three television hosts: Susana Griso, Ana Rosa Quintana and Marilo Montero in their respective morning magazine TV shows: 'Espejo Público” (Public mirror), 'El Programa de Ana Rosa” (Ana Rosa’s program) and 'Las Mañanas de la 1” (The morning of Channel 1), over the 2012-2013 season. Through content analysis methodology, it has been possible to get several kinesic behaviour patterns for each of the three hosts. Besides, a comparison about the effectiveness of their non-verbal communication has also been established by linking them to 'share' data of each TV show

Acciones legislativas implementadas en México en materia de derechos políticos de las personas con discapacidad (2000-2011).

En el siglo XVIII surgieron los pactos fundamentales, instaurados en las nociones filosóficas del derecho natural y del contrato social, que sentaron los principios de organización de la sociedad política y del Estado: la igualdad de los individuos, la primacía de la ley y la soberanía democrática. Con ello surgieron los Estados liberales, para los cuales, la igualdad frente a la ley y la igualdad de derechos son los principios fundamentales, inscritos en la norma constitucional. En pleno siglo XXI, tales principios no han trascendido uniformemente entre la sociedad. Algunos derechos aún no se garantizan para todos los individuos, como los derechos políticos, los cuales están vinculados a la formación del Estado democrático – representativo. Los derechos políticos se definen como el conjunto de condiciones que posibilitan al ciudadano participar en la vida política, y representan los instrumentos que posee para participar, configurar y decidir en la vida política del Estado (Bolilla III, 2009)

Bacillus thuringiensis Toxins: Functional Characterization and Mechanism of Action

Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt)-based products are the most successful microbial insecticides to date. This entomopathogenic bacterium produces different kinds of proteins whose specific toxicity has been shown against a wide range of insect orders, nematodes, mites, protozoa, and human cancer cells. Some of these proteins are accumulated in parasporal crystals during the sporulation phase (Cry and Cyt proteins), whereas other proteins are secreted in the vegetative phase of growth (Vip and Sip toxins). Currently, insecticidal proteins belonging to different groups (Cry and Vip3 proteins) are widely used to control insect pests and vectors both in formulated sprays and in transgenic crops (the so-called Bt crops). Despite the extensive use of these proteins in insect pest control, especially Cry and Vip3, their mode of action is not completely understood

From the Manifest Motive to the Real Demand of the Patient in the Psychological Consultation [Del motivo manifiesto a la demanda real del paciente en la consulta psicológica]

AbtractSometimes it is confusing to determine why you go to a psychological consultation; for the interviewer, it is extremely important to be clear about the manifest and latent motives, as well as the expectations of treatment with a psychoanalytic approach. It is a qualitative study, with a descriptive-explanatory design, which includes the analysis of semi-structured interviews. Twenty medical records of patients who attended the Centers for Psychological Intervention (CISP) in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico; in order to identify the manifest motive and latent motives, as well as treatment expectations and disease awareness. A relationship between these will be established, and their relevance of knowing them will be demonstrated so that later it can be used in an effective therapeutic process.ResumenEn ocasiones resulta confuso determinar por qué se acude a una consulta psicológica; para el entrevistador es de suma relevancia tener claros los motivos manifiestos y la­tentes, así como las expectativas del tratamiento con orien­tación psicoanalítica. TRPC1/5-CaV3 Complex Mediates Leptin-Induced Excitability in Hypothalamic Neurons

Leptin regulates hypothalamic POMC+ (pro-opiomelanocortin) neurons by inducing TRPC (Transient Receptor Potential Cation) channel-mediate membrane depolarization. The role of TRPC channels in POMC neuron excitability is clearly established; however, it remains unknown whether their activity alone is sufficient to trigger excitability. Here we show that the right-shift voltage induced by the leptin-induced TRPC channel-mediated depolarization of the resting membrane potential brings T-type channels into the active window current range, resulting in an increase of the steady state T-type calcium current from 40 to 70% resulting in increased intrinsic excitability of POMC neurons. We assessed the role and timing of T-type channels on excitability and leptin-induced depolarization in vitro in cultured mouse POMC neurons. The involvement of TRPC channels in the leptin-induced excitability of POMC neurons was corroborated by using the TRPC channel inhibitor 2APB, which precluded the effect of leptin. We demonstrate T-type currents are indispensable for both processes, as treatment with NNC-55-0396 prevented the membrane depolarization and rheobase changes induced by leptin. Furthermore, co-immunoprecipitation experiments suggest that TRPC1/5 channels and CaV3.1 and CaV3.2 channels co-exist in complex. The functional relevance of this complex was corroborated using intracellular Ca2+ chelators; intracellular BAPTA (but not EGTA) application was sufficient to preclude POMC neuron excitability. However, leptin-induced depolarization still occurred in the presence of either BAPTA or EGTA suggesting that the calcium entry necessary to self-activate the TRPC1/5 complex is not blocked by the presence of BAPTA in hypothalamic neurons. Our study establishes T-type channels as integral part of the signaling cascade induced by leptin, modulating POMC neuron excitability. Leptin activation of TRPC channels existing in a macromolecular complex with T-type channels recruits the latter by locally induced membrane depolarization, further depolarizing POMC neurons, triggering action potentials and excitability.Fil: Perissinotti, Paula Patricia. Impacto en el mercado de acciones colombiano con la implementación del MILA

Colombia en los últimos gobiernos ha generado una importante confianza en los inversionistas extranjeros, lo cual se ha vuelto casi una política de estado que ha incrementado de forma notoria e importante la participación de quienes realizan inversión extranjera directa como de quienes realizan inversiones de portafolio, siendo jugadores relevantes en el mercado financiero local. Estos cambios han llegado no solo a inversionistas institucionales sino que adicionalmente de forma acertada han contribuido al incremento de la participación de las personas naturales en el mercado. Estos avances hicieron posible facilitar la primera integración bursátil en Latinoamérica denominada Mercado Integrado Latinoamericano “MILA”, de esta forma la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia se convirtió en pionera en este aspecto junto con los mercados de Chile y Perú, buscando una mayor notoriedad en mercados internacionales tan importantes en la región como Brasil y México. Desde el año 2008, se inició este proceso con la firma de un acuerdo de entendimiento, logrando la integración de los tres mercados con sus respectivas Bolsas, reglamentaciones y operaciones, que en su desarrollo no sería nada fácil. Sin embargo, la buena voluntad de los gobiernos y la disposición de los entes regulatorios, permitieron la integración sin poner en riesgo los controles operativos y de supervisión de cada país, y así se pudo iniciar operaciones integradas en Mayo de 2011. Colombia dentro de la integración ha generado una mayor visibilidad internacional, logrando que los inversionistas extranjeros vean a nuestro país como una opción segura y con altas expectativas de crecimiento y desarrollo, adicionalmente ha sido el país con mayores ventajas y beneficios de cara a los inversionistas.Colombia in recent Governments has generated an important confidence among foreign investors, which has become almost a State policy that has increased signnificantly and notoriously the participation of those people who make foreign direct investment and portfolio investment, being relevant players in the local financial market. These advances made it possible the integration of first stock market in Latin America called "The Latin America Integrated Market MILA", in this way the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia is became a pioneer in this aspect together with the markets of Chile and Peru, seeking a greater visibility in such important international markets in the region such as Brazil and Mexico. Since 2008, began this process with the signing of an understanding agreement, achieving the integration of the three markets with their respective bags, regulations and operations, that its development would be nothing easy. However, the goodwill of the Governments and the provision of regulatory authorities, allowed the integration without compromising the monitoring and operating controls of each country, and allowed to start operations in May 2011. Enhancing the Thermal Stability of Polypropylene by Blending with Low Amounts of Natural Antioxidants

This article may be used for non-commercial purposes in accordance with Wiley Terms and Conditions for Self-Archiving."[EN] Natural antioxidants are added in very low amounts to protect a polypropylene (PP) matrix against thermo-oxidative degradation during processing. Thus, PP is melt-blended with caffeic, chlorogenic, trans-ferrulic, and p-coumaric acids, and also with flavone and 3-hydroxyflavone at 0.1 wt% with respect to the PP matrix. Neat PP and PP blended with three traditional antioxidants are prepared for comparison. A complete structural, thermal, and mechanical characterization is conducted. Ferrulic acid and particularly caffeic acid increases the thermal stability, showing also the highest activation energy. The structural changes of PP-based films due to the polymer thermal degradation at high temperature (i.e., 400 degrees C) followed by FTIR reveal that antioxidants effectively delay the thermal degradation process. The wettability and the mechanical performance are also studied to get information regarding the industrial application of such films. While caffeic acid provides a more flexible material, ferrulic acid provides higher water resistance. Mujeres latinoamericanas inmigrantes en España: experiencias de racismo y asimilación

Desde los campos de los estudios de género y la antropología, este estudio interdisciplinar analiza las experiencias racistas vividas por mujeres latinoamericanas inmigrantes en España, las cuales influyen en la adherencia de los sujetos a técnicas de asimilación cultural. La asimilación es una estrategia de aculturación donde los sujetos rechazan la cultura de origen en el intento de incorporarse por completo a la cultura de la sociedad de acogida. Alejarse de la cultura latinoamericana a través de prácticas y discursos es una forma de protegerse contra el racismo sistemático vivido en el territorio europeo, así como una manera de acercarse al privilegio de la blanquitud autóctona. La metodología empleada ha sido cualitativa, aplicada a través de un análisis interseccional y con perspectiva de género de entrevistas semiestructuradas e individuales realizadas a diez mujeres latinoamericanas inmigrantes en España. Como conclusión, por una parte, se verifica que los discursos de integración producidos por las instituciones europeas han sido incorporados por los sujetos inmigrantes, siendo muchas veces interpretados como un deber de asimilación o adaptación que implicaría la renuncia de la cultura del país de origen. Por otra parte, también se reconoce que, de forma simultánea, las mujeres realizan múltiples procesos de agencia y empoderamiento durante sus trayectorias migratorias

Propuesta de diseño de superficies como método de estimulación visual para niños menores de un año

Investigación enfocada en el análisis y exploración de una aplicación del Diseño de superficies, que no esté orientado a lo decorativo. En este proyecto se recopila información bibliográfica sobre fundamentos del diseño y métodos de estimulación. Al mismo tiempo, una serie de entrevistas con especialistas en el área de pediatría, motion graphics y semiótica. Todo con el fin de producir una pieza gráfica (vídeo) de aproximadamente 4 minutos, en la que se apliquen todos los términos recopilados en la investigación.Tesis de final de carrera, para optar al título de Licenciado en Diseño Gráfic
