The culture and education are viewed as areas through which the process of the personality’s full development and formation takes place. This is the way how the human being, who is capable of the implementation and development of the experience accumulated by the mankind, is formed. The article proves the fact that education involves a person in a system of socially significant values; it forms the universal behavioural patterns and promotes the assimilation of human values. Taking into account the personality’s requests and social factors, it is extremely important for modern education to find optimal conditions for the harmonization of relations between the individual and the society, man and nature. This harmonization promotes the emergence and development of all physical and spiritual powers of the human being. Features mentioned above activate a new type of world perception and a system of values, which are impossible without understanding the ways of the modern man’s spiritual culture

The relevance of the European model modern sports management development in the European Union countries today is a factor in the competitiveness and sports survival in crisis and instability conditions. A document published by the Commission in 1998 highlighted that the traditional sport organization model in Europe had undergone major changes since the 1980s, leading to a gradual alignment of its high level with commercial interests and a reconceptualization around spectator sport. The goal of the European model formation in modern sports management should be the changes that will occur in the European Union countries, to promote the development of an atmosphere to competitiveness and self-realization of a person in the sports world. The European modern sports management model in the European Union countries combines all the sports management resources – administrative, economic, cultural, social, technological, which contribute to the model formation as a single integral sports development project. The purpose of the research is to investigate the theoretical and practical aspects of the European model in modern sports management in the European Union countries. Research objectives: 1) to reveal the pyramidal European sports structure; 2) determine the directions of European sports model formation; 3) justify the approaches and principles to the formation of the European sports model; 4) identify the priorities of the European sports model in modern society. Setting the goal led to the use of the following methods and techniques. The following methods are used to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the European modern sports management model in the European Union countries: 1) institutional – for the organization of institutes of the European dimension of sports and their organization at the level of the national state; 2) axiological – to measure the values of European sports and their transformation in sports organizations; 3) structural and functional – identifying the functions of sport organization leaders and their implementation for the transformation of the modern sport dimension; 4) behavioral – identifying the behavioral motives of sports managers and their relationships with subordinates to the organizing feedback purpose; 5) systemic – arrangement of separate sports organizations into a single entity that creates a system. It has been proven that “European sport” is a symbolic, political and scientific construction that gives practical results. European sports activity (through the sports movement), the harmonization work of European institutions, transnational sports exchanges, the circulation of European professional athletes and the sports media work created not only a community of European thought about sports, but also a certain vision of the European and its mental map territory. The practical significance of the study is that the European Union contributes to the European sports promotion, taking into account its specificity, structure, social and educational function

The implantation prospects of integrated reporting for enterprises in Ukraine

Problem statement. The purpose of the article is to analyze and evaluate the prospects for the development of in- tegrated reporting for Ukrainian enterprises. Research results. Today, enterprises begin to communicate less exclusively in the language of finance and busi- ness accounting. Entrepreneurship should be focused on behalf of a wider range of stakeholders, and transparency is a good practice. When comparing the Guidelines for the preparation of a management report prepared by GRI and the recommendations of international integrated reporting standards, we can conclude that the requirements for the main sections of the reports are identical. Countries of the world in which official regulation took place much earlier and the process of forming the rules and conditions for the preparation and publication of integrated reports was completed now have the corresponding result of the dissemination of the trend and the need for the pub- lication of integrated reports. Conclusions. Enterprises that are ready to move to a new level of quality of their reporting should review their accounting policies, which should be based on the transition from traditional business accounting to sustainable development accounting. The prospect of implementing integrated reporting is no longer on the agenda. This is a reality that not only acts, but also spreads exponentially. Now for 2019, compulsory reporting is intended only for large and medium-sized enterprises. Their number is 16653 enterprises. But, small enterprises with an appropriate estimate of the book value of assets from 350 thousand to 4 million Euros and net income from sales from 700 thou- sand to 8 million Euros in the near future will be obliged to form and publish reports on their sustainable develop- ment

The relevance of the study of the crisis of the metaphysical foundations of human existence is due to the fact that humanity is in a crisis of global development of the world associated with the Fourth Industrial Revolution 4.0, the technological development of the world, the demographic and environmental crisis, the epidemic of the coronavirus COVID-19. The purpose of the study is to conceptualize the socio-philosophical reflection of the crisis of the metaphysical foundations of human existence, which is a global problem of our time, which threatens our civilization, is associated with economic and social development, with many problems, including the problem of COVID-19. The objectives of the research are to identify the problems of the metaphysical dimensions of human existence and find ways that promise to lead to great achievements - to raise living standards, create new economic opportunities, solve anthropological, existential and ontological problems of human being associated with the real de-objectification of human existence, loss of the integrity of self-determination.The scientific novelty of the research is that it presents a solution to new problems of the crisis of the metaphysical foundations of human existence and ways to solve them

Digital paradigm of economy and management in the conditions of global human transformation

Modern paradigm of society digitalization, based on the introduction of digital economy and management, on new information and computer technologies is considered. The example of the European Union and Morocco in the context of cross-cultural analysis shows how to form a similar paradigm in order to bring the country to the level of an advanced one. At the heart of the digital economy and digital management is the introduction of innovations in various sectors of national economy. The European Union has focused on four key areas: 1) skills; 2) infrastructure; 3) public services; 4) digitalization of business, which contributes to the digital revolution. By increasing their capacity, countries have been able to steer the digital transformation of the world for the better by expanding international technological cooperation. At the same time, three main principles should be followed: 1) equal“playing field” in digital markets; 2) security in cyberspace; 3) freedom online. The example of Morocco as a developing country shows that the country has chosen a scenario for the development of digital technologies and this logic has led to the current development of modern ICT and to the absence of a gap in the mentioned sector. In order to remain competitive in 10 years (as Morocco does), it is necessary to begin digital transformation today and change must affect not only the IT system, but also the people and leaders, their consciousness and culture, the formation of algorithmic thinking in the organization, for which the state should regulate this sector and develop the infrastructure of organizations and advanced innovative thinking
