    A Quality Assurance Model for Training Government Teachers and Educational Officers of Educational Service Area Office

    This research aimed to construct a suitable quality assurance model for training government teachers and educational officers of the Educational Service Area Offices. The research was separated into 3 phases: phase 1 was to review textbooks and research and to explore some information and opinions from people working at the Educational Service Area Offices around the country, phase 2 was to create and improve a quality assurance model for training and training standards, and phase 3 was to assess the model used in 5 training projects. The results of the research showed that the suitable model for quality assurance of the training of government teachers and educational officers of the Educational Service Area Offices consisted of 7 steps as follows: 1) Making Awareness of Quality, 2) Setting Goals & Training Standards, 3) Quality Monitoring, 4) Quality Audit, 5) Quality Assessment, 6) Quality Accreditation, and 7) Reinforcement.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan isolat rizobakteri yang mampuberperan sebagai kandidat agen biokontrol dalam menghambat pertumbuhan koloni patogenP. palmivora secara in vitro. Disamping itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiapakah jenis rizobakteri indigenous dapat berperan sebagai kandidat agens pemacupertumbuhan tanamandengan isolat patogen P. palmivora. Penelitian dilaksanakan daribulan Oktober 2020 sampai bulan Mei 2021. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acaklengkap non factorial. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu jenis isolat rizobakteri indigenous sebanyak8 jenis isolat. Pengamatan yang dilakukan mencakup daya hambat pertumbuhan kolonipathogen, laju penghambatan, aktivitas enzim protease, kemampuan melarutkan fosfat,produksi IAA, produksi HCN, produksi dan produksi senyawa siderofor. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa kemampuan isolat rizobakteri indigenous GM 8/1 dan GM 7/10merupakan dua isolat yang memiliki daya hambat sanat tinggi. Sedangkan lajupenghambatan relative lebih tinggi diperoleh dari isolat GM 8/3. Sementara aktivitas enzimprotease tertinggi terdapat pada isolat GM 5/6 dan isolat GM 7/10. Kemampuan melarutkanfosfat tertinggi diperoleh pada isolat rizobakteri GM 7/10. Isolat rizobakteri yangmenghasilkan senyawa IAA lebih tinggi pada isolat GM 8/1, GM 8/3 dan GM 8/11. Produksisenyawa HCN diperoleh pada 3 isolat rizobakteri yaitu GM 5/6, GM 7/10 dan GM 8/8.Semua isolat mampu memproduksi senyawa siderofor

    The research aimed to study 1) the Current state, problem and method of academic administration of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 25. 2) to develop the model of academic administration of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 25. This research was conducted by 2 phases. 1) to study the current state, problem and method of academic administration of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 25. 2) involves develop the academic administration model of schools by studying about academic administration and academic method of 3 master schools by indepth-interview for academic administration draft, and evaluating the manual of academic administration model by experts. The sample consisted of 150 people ; 15 administrators, 15 academic teachers, 120 head teachers of each department.The sample group obtained by random sampling .The instrument were 1) questionnaire the discrimination was between 0.40-0.82, the whole reliability was at 0.93 2) the structured interview and assessment and 3) evaluation. The statistic used in data analyzed were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1. The current state academic administration of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 25,according to whole aspects and each aspect ; the analysis results revealed the highest in school curriculum development aspect at the percentage of 4.11, the lowest in1) measurement, evaluation and credit transference and 2) supervision at the percentage of 4.01. 2. The problem of administration of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 25,according to 5 opend end questionnaires reveled the addects were at rather low level such as lacking of working process planning, insufficient teachers, unclear vision and mission. 3. The academic administration method of 3 master of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 25, according to indepth-interview: the analysis results revealed the methods for 5 academic administration elements were 1) school curriculum development 2) teaching and learning processes 3) measurement, evaluation and credit transference 4) learning resources developing and promoting and 5) interval supervision. 4. The model of the academic administration of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 25, according to the school size is not different statistically significant in general. There are 5 aspects 1) principles and reason 2) objectives 3) procedure 4) assessment and 5) achievements condition. The result revealed that the model was appropriate and possible at high level
