    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan fisik pelayanan dan komunikasi karyawan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada supermarket di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilakukan pada tiga Supermarket terdiri dari Pante Pirak, Suzuya dan Matahari. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 143 orang pelanggan dari tiga supermarket tersebut yang diambil secara convinence sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian menemukan bahwa lingkungan fisik pelayanan dan komunikasi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Semakin baik lingkungan fisik pelayanan dan komunikasi karyawan semakin tinggi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Keberadaan kepuasan pelanggan dapat menjadi variabel mediasi (intervening variable) antara lingkungan fisik pelayanan dan komunikasi karyawan dengan loyalitas pelanggan.Kata Kunci:Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Lingkungan Fisik Pelayanan dan Komunikasi Karyawa

    Studi Karakteristik Alur Pejalan Kaki di Jalan Otto Iskandardinata di Kota Samarinda. Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. Akhirnya, lalu lintas pejalan kaki dinyatakan dengan cara yang mirip dengan kinerja lalu lintas kendaraan dengan kecepatan dan kepadatan yang saling berhubungan. Dalam penelitian ini berlangsung di Pejalan Kaki Otto Iskandardinata di Kota Samarinda. Dengan pertimbangan, Jalan Otto Iskandardinata adalah Area Pasar Sungai Dama adalah hubungan perdagangan aktif dan pusat kegiatan perdagangan di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pejalan kaki, bagaimana hubungan antara kecepatan (speed), arus (flow), kepadatan (density), dan ruang (space) di wilayah tersebut. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui apakah Level Layanan (LOS) masih dapat mengakomodasi jumlah pejalan kaki di sana. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan metode analitik. Metode survei menggunakan teknik manual dalam observasi dan pengumpulan data di lapangan. Dari hasil survei di lapangan diperoleh data tentang jumlah pejalan kaki dan waktu tempuh pejalan kaki. Sedangkan metode analitik menggunakan metode Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) 1985 untuk mendapatkan tingkat layanan pejalan kaki. Berdasarkan jumlah arus (ruang) dan area ruang pejalan kaki (ruang) pejalan kaki pada interval 10 menit terbesar dan dicocokkan dengan bidang pada arus C dengan arus 11.3636 dan ruang 2.0243, sedangkan tingkat layanan Segmen C sesuai dengan tingkat layanan "C" Ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pejalan kaki di Otto Iskandardinata Kota Samarinda di segmen C harus ditata ulang sehingga jalur ini sesuai dengan tingkat layanan yang diperluka

    PREFERENSI PEMILIK SWALAYAN TERHADAP PENGADAAN PRODUK MAKANAN BERLABEL HALAL (Studi Kasus di Kota Banda Aceh)

    The research aims to know (1) The influence of prices, products, halal and religious labels against the preference of self-service owners on packaged food products and (2) see if the Halal label becomes a major factor or not in influencing preference.  This research is a quantitative study. The population of research is a self-service owner in Banda ACEH that has business licenses. The sampling is a self-service owner of Islam and has a business license in the year 2015-2016, from that year net of 16 supermarkets used as sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Analytical techniques use classical assumption tests (test normality, multicolinearity, heteroskedastisity and multiple regression) using SPSS version 20. The results showed: (1) product (X1), Price (X2), halal label (X3) and religious (X4) have a significant influence on the preference of self-service owner. Each variable has a significance value (p) of < 0.05, where the significance values are X: 0.019, X2:0.017, X3:0.011 and X4:0.037. The factors together indicate significance to the preference with a significance value of 0.000 (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). (2) Halal Label is not a major factor that affects the preference of self-service owner. So the main factor is the product with a value of β: 0.358

    Utilization of industrial soil waste or secondary materials has encouraged in construction field for the production of concrete because it contribute to reducing the consumption of natural resources. Copper slag is one of the materials that is considered as a waste from PT. Smelting Gresik Company which could have a promising future in construction Industry as partial aggregates. Many researchers have already found it possible to use copper slag as a concrete aggregate. But not much research has been carried out in Indonesia concerning as a replacement for sand in concrete mixes. This paper presents the results of an experimental study on copper slag as a replacement for sand in concrete mixes for fc'18,675 MPa in Cylinder 15 cm x 30 cm by SNI 03-2834-2000 Standard. The effect of replacing fine aggregate by copper slag on the compressive strength is attempted in this work. The percentage replacement of sand by granulated copper slag were 0%, 10%, 20%,3 0% and 35%. The compressive strength was observed to increase by about 10-35% from normal concrete.     DESIGN OF A SECURITY VETTING FRAMEWORK FOR MOBILE SPBE APPLICATIONS BASED ON THE ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM

    The increasing number of mobile device users in Indonesia has encouraged the government to utilize mobile applications as an SPBE service function. The mobile SPBE application is a form of SPBE service in the form of application that can be operated on a mobile device. The mobile SPBE application can of course provide benefits to its users, however, there are security risks that need to be anticipated. So through BSSN Regulation Number 4 of 2021 it is mandated that every government agency must implement SPBE security and identify security requirements that have not been implemented in the mobile SPBE application. So the security vetting framework becomes important and necessary to identify and validate security requirements that have not been implemented. However, there is currently no such framework. Therefore, in this research, a framework design was proposed for vetting the security of the mobile SPBE application based on the Android operating system. The design of the security vetting framework adopts NIST SP 800-163r1 which is integrated with application security testing using automated tools and manual testing. Manual testing was carried out according to the OWASP MASTG standard taking into account API security testing based on OWASP API Security. Then the results of application security testing are used to validate the mobile SPBE application security requirements. Based on the simulation results of the framework design on a sample SPBE mobile ABC application owned by a local government in Indonesia, violations were found against several mobile SPBE application security requirements. Then based on the simulation results, the framework design can validate all mobile SPBE application security requirements and is expected to be a reference for government agencies to carry out security vetting for mobile SPBE applications

    Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang terkena dampak dari wabah pandemi COVID-19 pada akhir tahun 2019. Wabah tersebut membawa dampak yang cukup serius pada tatanan kesehatan, perekonomian, dan sosial di Indonesia. Salah satu permasalahan yang muncul akibat pandemi tersebut ialah membludaknya populasi pasien pada fasilitas kesehatan sehingga tidak dapat menampung pasien lagi, khususnya pada kota-kota besar seperti di Surabaya. Karena hal tersebut terjadi kebijakan pemerintahan untuk menggunakan bangunan umum sebagai fasilitas kesehatan untuk menampung jumlah pasien yang berlebih tersebut, seperti wisma atlet, hotel, dan bahkan sekolah. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis mencoba menghadirkan sistem pada suatu rancangan yang membuatnya dapat menyediakan fasilitas layanan kesehatan dalam kondisi darurat dengan pendekatan ephemeral architecture. Konsep sistem ephemeral pada rancangan akan dibuat pada bangunan tipe high-rise building dengan memanfaatkan serta menggunakan ruang dan fungsi pada koridor bangunan apartemen agar dapat menjadi suatu ruang yang lain pada waktu dan kondisi yang berbeda. Rancangan tetap memiliki fungsinya sendiri di awal dan tidak perlu menambah volume serta bentuk ruang yang baru, karena dengan adanya sistem ephemeral ini sebuah ruangan dapat digunakan dengan kondisi tertentu. Penerapan sistem ephemeral architecture ini perlu memperhatikan sistem sirkulasi dan penataan ruang pada rancangan agar terbentuk fleksibilitas dari sisi sirkulasi maupun fungsi pada ruang

    The objective of this study is to find out process of handling of importation through freight forwarder. This study used a descriptive qualitative research methodology. The data was collected from interview, observation, documentation and library study. Result of this study identified that process of handling of importation through freight forwarder is very far different from general process. Process of handling of importation at PT.Surya Cemerlang Logistik can be described briefly as follows: Forwading agent in exporter country appointed PT. Surya Cemerlang Logistik as a forwarding agent in importer country, and then forwading agent submitted House B/L to PT. Surya Cemerlang logistik, Forwading agent in shipper country delivered Master B/L to PT Surya Cemerlang logistik, if M B/L has been accepted, then PT. Surya Cemerlang logistik contacted shipping agent to ask the vessel arrival time, if there is no delay PT Surya Cemerlang logistik gives Delivery order to the consignee, and then preparing PIB (Notification of Imported Goods) until release of goods from customs and excise and process of shipment of goods to the consignee warehouse, and then PT Surya Cemerlang logistik issued bill to the consignee. The obstacles in process of importation through freight forwarder that is occurrence of the vessel delay, mistake in preparing PIB, a long proces in arrangement of goods release document. One solution carried out by PT. Surya Cemerlang Logistik as a freight forwarder company is replacing shipping line partners, readdressing manifest, earlier document arrangement when the goods arrived at the port. PT. Surya Cemerlang logistik has solved the obstacles mentioned above in order to attract customer’s interest in using service of handling of importation in this company.

    The aims of this study are to calculate the construction cost which is required in the implementation of method of precast and cast concrete construction in its place; calculate the required time in the construction method of precast and cast concrete in its place; analyze the quality of construction of precast and cast concrete method in its place and resulting in the K-250 of quality value. The selection of construction method is important in a construction project work because the right implementation method can provide maximum results, especially when it is viewed in terms of construction cost, time and quality. The construction of comparative cost selection method for In Situ and precast concrete materials uses Office of Highways Analysis 2010 Revision 3, implementation time uses S curve and construction quality uses questionnaire. Based on the result of construction cost plan of In Situ concrete construction of Rp. 109,790,340,000.00, the budget plan for the construction of precast concrete is Rp. 73.460.740.000.00. The calculation of the need for working time is In Situ concrete construction method needs 2 years 1 month and precast concrete construction method needs 1 year 8 months. The quality of precast concrete construction shows that the precast concrete surface is more neatly, better and more subtle than In Situ concrete. Field dimensions are safer and the quality of precast concrete is guaranteed as the sale of the product which is coupled with the concrete specified from the In Situ
