    Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya nilai hasil belajar siswa muatan IPA dan Bahasa Indonesia pada kelas V SD Negeri Wegil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media diorama tema 8 kelas V SD Negeri Wegil. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas V SD Negeri Wegil dengan subjek penelitian 33 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus, dan masing-masing siklus dilaksanakan dua pertemuan. Pada setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik tes, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pada tindakan pra siklus didapatkan persentase ketuntasan klasikal (27%) dengan nilai rata-rata 53 mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I. Pada siklus I didapatkan persentase ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa (79%) dengan nilai rata-rata 73. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal mencapai (100%) dengan nilai rata-rata 82. Sedangkan persentase ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa aspek keterampilan pada siklus I (82%) dan meningkat pada siklus II (90%). Sehingga hasil dari penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media diorama dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar tema 8 kelas V SD Negeri Wegil tahun ajaran 2022/2023

The proposed hypothesis in this research was negative correlation between karate martial art participation and aggression on children karatekas.     Assessment in leadership is an important part of the management function, namely controlling (supervision/assessment) to measure the progress and performance of the Principal. And the Principal's Leadership Assessment cannot be separated from the foundations of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. The results will have an influence on efforts to improve leadership in an education towards change, improvement, improvement, development and maintaining the achievements that have been achieved in the institution, so that it is a quality and superior educational institution. The study method and approach used in the research is through an approach approach, namely by conducting a literature review and field study. Data was collected through Interview, Observation and Documentation. The data were analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Management problems in school governance are problems that are often not in accordance with the complexity of environmental changes, both in terms of planning, coordination, implementation, direction and supervision (evaluation). The development of school principals carried out by the government (through the education office) has not yet given maximum results in improving the quality of education. This happens because the empowerment of all components in the school environment has not been optimal. However, the implementation of the assessment on the basis of religion, philosophy, psychology and socialism on the leadership of the Head of the DKI Jakarta Education Office is clearly visible in the supervision process, this can be seen in clearly written points (indicators), for example having noble character, being an example of noble character, honest attitude, commitment and integrity.Penilaian dalam kepemimpinan merupakan bagian penting dalam fungsi manajemen yaitu controlling (pengawasan/penilaian) untuk mengukur kinerja Kepala Sekolah. Dan Penilaian kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah tidak lepas dari aspek agama, filosofi, psikologi dan sosiologi. Hasil penilaian akan memberi pengaruh pada upaya perbaikan kepemimpinan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan untuk menuju perubahan, perbaikan, meningkatkan,mengembangkan dan memepertahankan capaian yang telah diraih dalam lembaga tersebut, sehingga terlahir lembaga pendidikan yang unggul dan berkualitas. Metode dan pendekatan kajian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kualitatif, yakni dengan melakukan kajian pustaka dan kajian lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Wawancara, Observasi dan Dokumentasi (WOD). Data tersebut dianalisis melalui proses data reduction, data display dan conclusion.Permasalahan manajemen dalam tata kelola sekolah merupakan permasalahan seringkali belum sejalan dengan kompleksitas perubahan lingkungan, baik dari sisi perencanaan, koordinasi, pelaksanaan, pengarahan dan pengawasan (evaluasi). Pembinaan Kepala Sekolah yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah (melaui dinas pendidikan) saat ini belum memberikan hasil maksimal dalam peningkatan kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Hal ini terjadi karena belum optimalnya pemberdayaan dari seluruh komponen yang ada dalam lingkungan sekolah. Namun pelaksanaan penilaian dengan landasan agama, filsafat, Psikologi dan Sosial terhadap kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta secara nyata nampak dalam proses pengawasan atau penilaian, hal ini terlihat dalam butir penilaian (indikator) tertulis secara jelas, misalnya berakhlak mulia, menjadi teladan akhlak mulia, sikap jujur, komitmen dan integritas

    SITI HAWA DALAM PERSPEKTIF MUHAMMAD ASAD DAN CHRISTOPH BARTH

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui ayat-ayat yang membahas Siti Hawa dalam Alquran dan Alkitab, melaluipenafsiran Muh{ammad Asad dan Christoph Barth tentang Siti Hawa. Penelitianini juga berusahauntukmengetahui ‘ibrah kisah Hawa dalam pandangan kedua tokoh tersebut.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif. Jenis penelitiannya kualitatif, berbentuk library research. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan pendekatan metode komparatif yakni membandingkan pemikiran kedua tokoh untuk diketahui persamaan dan perbedaan penafsirannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam Alquran Hawa disebutkan dengan kata zawjahā dan zawjuka. Kata zawjahā terulang tiga kali, kata zawjuka terulang dua kali. Kisah Hawa dimuat dalam 21 ayat yang tersebar dalam enam surah dalam Alquran dan dalam Alkitab terdapat pada Kitab Kejadian: 2 dan 3. Selanjutnya, Asad dan Barth berbeda pendapat dalam materi penciptaan Hawa, tetapi keduanya sama-sama mengangkat suara dan hak perempuan yang dalam sejarahbiasanya dianggap sebagai makhluk kedua. Asad dan Barth memandang kisah kejatuhan Adam dan Hawa sebagai kesadaran manusia akan ketidakberdayaan totalnya dan sangat bergantung pada petunjuk Allah. Asad berpendapat bahwa Adam dan Hawa diampuni Allah. Namun ,‘ibrah dari kisahnya menunjukkan bahwa jika manusia mengikuti godaan setan maka ia akan sengsara. Adapun Barth memandang bahwa akibat perbuatan mereka harus dibayar dengan hukuman, namun ia tidak sepakat dengan paham laki-laki berkuasa atas perempuan dan adanya konsep “dosa warisan”

    Two-step synthesis of ca-based MgO hybrid adsorbent for pontential CO2 capturing application

    Carbon capture and storage (CCS) is one of the method in reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions into the atmosphere. CO2 capturing using calcium oxide (CaO) solid sorbents has been considered as an advanced concept for CO2 capture and recovery. However, the adsorption capacity of CaO decreases during repeated adsorption/desorption cycles. The stability of Ca-based sorbents during cyclic runs can be achieved via the incorporation of inert support materials. Among the available inert materials, MgO is most promising for CO2 due to high stability and a high Tammann temperature. Most of Ca- based MgO hybrid adsorbent synthesis methods sorbent come with its own limitations which are longer synthesis duration and complex or multistep methods. In this research, Ca-based MgO hybrid adsorbent was prepared via two-step method. Calcium acetate and magnesium nitrate as precursor had dissolved in water, follow by addition of ethanol. The mixture then became gelated and proceeded for calcination at 550oC and 650°C. The prepared sorbent was characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The XRD analysis of the Ca-based MgO hybrid adsorbent showed the existence of MgO,CaO and CaCO3. FTIR analysis showed existant of CaO bond and MgO bond. The morphology of the hybrid adsorbent was found to be spherical to granular shape and agglomerated. The Ca- based MgO hybrid adsorbent structural and morphological shows great potential for CO2 capturing capacity over multiple carbonation cycles for CO2 capturing application

    The aim of this research is to find out the correlation between karate martial art participation and aggression on children karatekas. Therefore, hypothesis was accepted. The higher the level of karate martial art participation, the lower the aggression. Conversely, the lower the level of karate martial art participation, the higher the aggression. The R Square (r2) of the result = 0,287, that means the effective contribution of karate martial art participation to aggression was 28,7 %
