    TERRITORIAL SUBJECTS DEVELOPMENT PLANNING SYSTEM MODIFICATION FOR IMPROVING LIFE QUALITY OF THE POPULATION

    Abstract. The article outlines directions for improving the national planning system based on the criterion oflife quality of the population. A methodology for coordinating the national strategy and planning documents of state subjects is proposed, the main advantage of which is choosing and structuring a set of complex criteria that evaluate the compliance of the planning documents developed at the regional and municipal levels with the national strategy. The methodological tools of the study include comparative, systematic, retrospective-historical approaches, oriented to objective reflection of reality, albeit from different epistemological points of view. The proposed methodology will allow to ensure the balanced development of state subjects, coordinate the activities of the authorities at various levelsof the hierarchy.Keywords: life quality of the population, regional planning, management, indicative plannin

    The effect of physical activity on positive body image in adolescent girls

    Background. Our study was purposed to trace the dynamics in the body image of adolescent girls engaged in sport fencing. Positive body image is considered to be essential for mental health in adolescence and adulthood. Objective. Physical activity and sports may affect the   body image. But participation in aesthetic sports (figure skating, gymnastics) leads to less positive body image among girls. However, little is known about the effect of non-aesthetic sports on the   positiveе body image. Responses from our respondents indicate that non-aesthetic sports such as fencing may enlarge body acceptance, body functionality appraisal, and positive constitution appraisal. Also important, is that physical activity in fencing made body image more realistic. Design. The study involved 83 adolescent girls aged 12-16 years. An experimental group included 38 adolescent girls who started fencing classes. The control group consisted of 45 girls of the same age who did not do sports or dance. Girls were examined on the day they begin their sports and 9 months after their start. We use “Measurements by M. Feldenkraiz” and the psychosemantic instrument “My body” by K. N. Belogai. Also, the interview gave us information about participants’ height, weight as well as attitudes towards their bodies, their lifestyles, and their body compliance with internal and external beauty standards.    Results. In the beginning, adolescent girls had mostly negative body images: they did not evaluate its functionality, activity, and did not accept their body. But Student’s t-test for the dependent samples showed that among girls who practiced fencing for nine months, body acceptance, appraisal of body functionality and activity increased significantly, and the gap between perceived body proportions and the real ones decreased. Initially, girls appraised their bodies and limbs as longer than they actually were. Conclusion. Fencing classes for 9 months changed girls’ body image to more realistic and subjectively acceptable. The findings suggest that integration of physical activity of functional sports in everyday life or therapy might be one route to facilitate positive body image development. This may support wellbeing among adolescents

The work actualizes the importance of information technology in the training of highly qualified competitive specialists capable of implementing professional activities at a high level. The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of implementing information technologies in teaching humanitarian disciplines. Smart boards, multimedia installations, document cameras, electronic textbooks, electronic educational platforms and others were used as information technologies used in the teaching of the humanities.     Russian Students’ Ideas About the Quality of Life: Transformation Under the COVID-19 Pandemic

    The paper views change in Russian university students’ ideas about the quality of life during the pandemic. This empirical longitudinal study involved 107 first-year students of Kemerovo State University. To identify their ideas about the quality of life, R. S. Eliot’s Quality of Life Index was used in the Russian language adaptation by N. E. Vodopyanova. The students were surveyed at the beginning of the online learning mode (April 2020), after 8 months of online classes, and upon switching back from online learning (September 2021). The initial sampling demonstrated the students’ average extent of satisfaction with their quality of life during the lockdown. Among the problems they reported a poor ability to organize their own time, to act in difficult and changing circumstances, to control emotions. The students’ satisfaction with personal relations and studies, in general, remained high. In the autumn of 2020, a significant decrease in most indicators under study was found in the surveyed group. In September 2021, the students showed positive trends in the parameters in question

The authors determine the notion of transnational cluster initiatives and allocate their peculiar features as compared to traditional clusters. The authors analyze statistical information about economic security of developed and developing countries of the world and build a model of economic security of modern economic system before and after creation of innovational network of transnational cluster initiatives. The advantage of forming transnational clusters for national economy consists in expansion of international innovational and technological cooperation and use of world practice of commercialization of technologies which covers the whole innovational cycle – from fundamental research to realization of final products in the world market, including marketing of science-intensive goods and services.peer-reviewe

    At present, informatization of education is gradually gaining increased applicability in the process of education development. Due to the accelerated rate of science and technologies development, versatile specialists implementing new types of technologies, flexible to tendencies and up-to-date information, who come to their own conclusions and qualified to absorb new skills are appeared to be in-demand in modern society. Educational robotics is a developing field of national domestic education which provides a solid foundation for systems thinking, integration of computer science, mathematics, and natural sciences into engineering creativity. Informatization of education gained through the fulfillment of intellectual and creative children’ potential revealed by means of robotics and resulted in motivation, individualization, social engagement. The present issue is considered from the point of view of extracurricular activities established with due regard to theoretical and methodological background of information technologies accomplishment in the global educational field and experimentally determined advantages of robotics development in children’ health care and recreation system. The present survey embodies observation, practical results, analysis aimed at the development of creative activity, inventive skills. It allows us empirically prove the effectiveness of the implementation of robotics classes in the form of hobby clubs in children’ health care and recreation system. The data obtained reflect receptive audience of youngsters being interested in robotics-related classes which has become an integral part of children’ health care and recreation system. The children were excited while visiting the robotics-related classes throughout the children's recreation camp shift. During classes they tried their best in learning and put their knowledge into practice, as a consequence, different, types of robots have been developed. Robotics-related classes as an integral part of children’ health care and recreation system facilitate inventive and creative skills development.En la actualidad, la informatización de la educación está ganando gradualmente una mayor aplicabilidad en el proceso de desarrollo de la educación. Debido a la velocidad acelerada del desarrollo de la ciencia y las tecnologías, los especialistas versátiles que implementan nuevos tipos de tecnologías, flexibles a las tendencias e información actualizada, que llegan a sus propias conclusiones y están calificados para absorber nuevas habilidades, parecen estar en demanda en la sociedad moderna. La robótica educativa es un campo en desarrollo de la educación doméstica nacional que proporciona una base sólida para el pensamiento de sistemas, la integración de la informática, las matemáticas y las ciencias naturales en la creatividad de ingeniería. La informatización de la educación obtenida a través del cumplimiento del potencial intelectual y creativo de los niños se reveló mediante la robótica y resultó en motivación, individualización, compromiso social. El tema actual se considera desde el punto de vista de las actividades extracurriculares establecidas teniendo en cuenta los antecedentes teóricos y metodológicos del logro de las tecnologías de la información en el campo educativo global y las ventajas determinadas experimentalmente del desarrollo robótico en el sistema de recreación y cuidado de la salud de los niños. La presente encuesta incluye observación, resultados prácticos, análisis dirigidos al desarrollo de la actividad creativa, habilidades inventivas. Nos permite probar empíricamente la efectividad de la implementación de clases de robótica en forma de clubes de pasatiempos en el sistema de cuidado de la salud y recreación de los niños. Los datos obtenidos reflejan una audiencia receptiva de jóvenes interesados en clases relacionadas con la robótica, que se ha convertido en una parte integral del sistema de cuidado de la salud y recreación de los niños. Los niños estaban emocionados mientras visitaban las clases relacionadas con la robótica en todo el turno de campamento de recreación para niños. Durante las clases, hicieron todo lo posible por aprender y pusieron en práctica sus conocimientos. Como consecuencia, se han desarrollado diferentes tipos de robots. Las clases relacionadas con la robótica como parte integral del sistema de recreación y cuidado de la salud de los niños facilitan el desarrollo de habilidades inventivas y creativas.В настоящее время в процессе развития системы образования становится актуальной проблема информатизации образования. В связи с высокими темпами развития науки и техники, в современном обществе возникает острая потребность в специалистах, способных работать с новыми видами технологий, быстро ориентироваться в обстановке и изучении актуального материала, обладающих вариативностью, способных мыслить самостоятельно и быстро усваивать новые знания. Образовательная робототехника является развивающимся направлением развития отечественного образования, закладывающий прочные основы системного мышления, интеграции информатики, математики, естественных наук с развитием инженерного творчества. Информатизация образования через раскрытие интеллектуального и творческого потенциала детей с использованием возможностей робототехники. обеспечивающей мотивацию, индивидуализацию, социализацию. Теоретико-методологическая база применения информационных технологий в мировом образовательном пространстве и доказательства опытно-экспериментальным путем преимущества развития робототехники в системе отдыха и оздоровления детей позволяет рассмотреть данную проблему во внеучебной деятельности. Основу исследования составляют методы наблюдения, упражнения, анализа, направленные на развитие творческой активности, изобретательских навыков, экспериментальные методы позволяют нам эмпирическим путем доказать эффективность внедрения в систему отдыха и оздоровления детей занятий по робототехнике на уровне хобби-клубов. На основе полученных данных можно сделать вывод о том, что робототехника вызвала огромный интерес у подрастающего поколения в системе отдыха и оздоровления детей. Ребята были заинтересованы посещением хобби-клуба по робототехнике на протяжении всей лагерной смены, пытались как можно больше узнать и применить полученные знания на практике, что характеризовалось созданием новых интересных и, довольно, сложных видов роботов. Занятия по робототехнике в системе отдыха и оздоровления детей дает положительный результат, способствует развитию творческих и изобретательских навыко

    The Semantic and Etymological Peculiarities of the Verbs of Blame

    The article deals with the semantic analysis of the verbs of blame (brawl, castigate, condemn, curse, damn, lecture, rate, rebuke, reprehend, reprimand, reproach, reprobate, reprove, row, strafe, swear, trounce) in the perspective of semantics, as well as etymology. In accordance with the dominant cross-disciplinary approach to the linguistic research, the semantics of the verbs under study is analyzed in correlation with the relevant extra-linguistic data. It reveals the necessity of using some data of cognitive linguistics together with etymological methods of semantic analysis. The complex of cognitive and etymological methods helps to determine the functioning of the verbs in different kinds of discourse, and to find the closest equivalent in the Russian language
