Lingüística, comunicación y transferencia de conocimiento a la sociedad: Un reto para el siglo XXI

The objective of this article is to describe the current tasks associated to expert knowledge transference to society. Experiences dealing with the movement that fight for the rights of citizens to understand the language of public administration are described. These experiences question the meaning of writing in the 21st c., particularly in the field of professional education in technology and law where the challenge is to acquire linguistic and communicative tools for public communication. We conclude that for transference consulting the issue is to design projects for the comprehension of texts and take responsibility for their results. From this perspective it is possible to formulate a linguistics of optimization.El objetivo del artículo es describir las tareas actuales del quehacer lingüístico vinculado con la transferencia de conocimiento experto a la sociedad. Para hacerlo, se exponen experiencias relacionadas con el movimiento que promueve el derecho de los ciudadanos a comprender el lenguaje de la administración pública. Dichas experiencias apuntan a problematizar el significado de escribir en el siglo XXI, especialmente en lo relativo a la formación profesional en los campos jurídico y tecnológico. Esta formación plantea el desafío de adquirir de herramientas lingüísticas y comunicativas para la divulgación. Se concluye que la asesoría de transferencia plantea el reto de configurar propuestas vinculadas a la comprensión de los textos escritos y asumir responsabilidad frente a los eventuales resultados. Desde esta perspectiva, es posible plantear una lingüística de la optimización

Interpolating sequences for H∞(BH)

We prove that under the extended Carleson’s condition, a sequence (xn) ⊂ BH is linear interpolating for H∞(BH) for an infinite dimensional Hilbert space H. En los tres primeros apartados, este artículo presenta el propósito y el contenido del Informe de la Comisión de modernización del lenguaje jurídico, elaborado por la Comisión interministerial constituida por acuerdo del Consejo de Ministros de 30 de diciembre de 2009. Más concretamente, este trabajo describe las principales aportaciones de uno (el más amplio) de los seis trabajos de campo que fundamentan dicho informe: el Informe sobre el lenguaje escrito, elaborado por el grupo de investigación Estudios de Discurso Académico y Profesional (EDAP) de la Universidad de Barcelona. En el último apartado se exponen los marcos teóricos y descriptivos empleados, el corpus en el que se basa, la metodología seguida y se muestran algunos ejemplos de los análisis desarrollados y de las principales contribuciones que supone este trabaj

El document forma part dels materials docents programats mitjançant l'ajut del Servei de Política Lingüística de la Universitat de València.La Intervenció Educativa en matèria d’Adaptació Social es centra en l'estudi, anàlisi i tècniques d’intervenció per a diferents subjectes que presenten conductes que comporten problemes socials, relacionals i dificultats conductuals de natura antisocial i/o delictiva, al llarg del seu desenvolupament evolutiu. Per això, el seu objectiu principal és que els estudiants puga obtenir coneixement (teòrics i pràctics), competències i habilitats instrumentals necessàries per aconseguir tant conèixer les causes, conseqüències i programes d'intervenció eficaç i eficient per tractar aquesta població, com els coneixements necessaris per a realitzar un projecte de tractament individualitzat i portar-lo a terme. Més a més, els coneixements teòrics es redueix als suposats que expliquen la conducta antisocial i/o delictiva, el seu manteniment i les seues claus per a dissenyar una acció educativa eficaç des dels models explicatius de la Pedagogia, la Psicologia i la Criminologia, perquè si l’alumnat sap cóm treballar amb els casos més representatius i complexos, aconseguirà les eines bàsiques per a treballar amb els casos menys complexes.The Educational Intervention in Social Adjustment is focused around the study, analysis and intervention to different subjects whose behaviors involved a social disagreement and relational behavioral problems the antisocial and/or criminal nature, along their evolutionary development. For that, the main objective is that students have knowledge (theoretical and practical) around competencies and instrumental skills to achieve knowing the causes as much as to know the consequences about effective and efficient intervention programs to treat these subjects, such as the necessary knowledge to make an individualized treatment project for carrying it to term. In the same way, the theoretical knowledge is reduced to the cases that are explaining antisocial or criminal behavior and its support; as well as the keys to design an effective educational intervention from the explanatory currents models in Pedagogy, Psychology and Criminology, because the essential idea implied is that, if we know how working with the most representative and complex cases, the student will get the basic tools to work with the easiest

Un cuaderno virtual para Ciencias Sociales

Esta experiencia se basa en la utilización de blogs para la mejora del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el ámbito de la Educación Secundaria y el desarrollo constructivista de conocimiento haciendo al alumno responsable de su propio aprendizaje dentro del marco establecido por las nuevas directrices del Programa Escuela 2.0. Esta herramienta oferta posibilidades innovadoras para la gestión efectiva del conocimiento. Un grupo de alumnos de 1º de ESO trabajan parte de la asignatura de Ciencias Sociales construyendo su propio blog digital, realizando actividades de investigación en Internet sobre los diferentes temas del curso.
