    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) model pembelajaran mana yang menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika lebih baik, model pembelajaran TAI, GI atau model pembelajaran langsung. (2) mana yang mempunyai prestasi belajar matematika lebih baik, siswa dengan kemandirian belajar tinggi, sedang, atau rendah,. (3) pada masing-masing model pembelajaran (NHT, GI dan pembelajaran langsung), mana yang mempunyai prestasi belajar matematika yang lebih baik, siswa dengan kemandirian belajar tinggi, sedang, atau rendah.(4) pada masing-masing kemandirian belajar (tinggi, sedang, atau rendah), model mana yang menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika lebih baik, model TAI, GI atau model pembelajaran langsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu dengan desain faktorial 3 3. Populasi pada penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri di kota Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan stratified claster random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 281 siswa: 94 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen1dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI, 94 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen 2 dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI, dan 93 siswa untuk kelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket kemandirian belajar dan tes prestasi belajar. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah anava dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran TAI menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika sama baik dengan model pembelajaran GI, model pembelajaran TAI dan GI menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran langsung. (2) prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan kemandirian belajar tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa dengan kemandirian belajar sedang dan rendah, prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan kemandirian belajar sedang lebih baik daripada siswa dengan kemandirian belajar rendah. (3) pada model pembelajaran TAI, siswa dengan kemandirian belajar tinggi, sedang, dan rendah memiliki prestasi belajar yang sama, pada model pembelajaran GI, siswa dengan kemandirian belajar tinggi dan sedang mempunyai prestasi belajar matematika yang sama, siswa dengan kemandirian belajar tinggi mempunyai prestasi belajar matematika lebih baik daripada siswa dengan kemandirian belajar rendah, siswa dengan kemandirian belajar sedang dan rendah mempunyai prestasi belajar matematika yang sama, xv pada model pembelajaran langsung, siswa dengan kemandirian belajar tinggi, sedang, dan rendah mempunyai prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. (4) pada siswa dengan kemandirian belajar tinggi, model pembelajaran TAI, GI dan pembelajaran langsung menghasilkan prestasi belajar yang sama, pada siswa dengan kemandirian sedang, model pembelajaran TAI menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang sama dengan model pembelajaran GI, model pembelajaran TAI menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran langsung, model pembelajaran GI menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang sama dengan model pembelajaran langsung, pada siswa dengan kemandirian belajar rendah, model pembelajaran TAI, GI dan langsung menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang sama.     This research aims to analyze the effect of provincial Minimum wage (UMP), PDRB, and investment in theindustrial sector of labor absorption on Java island in 2010-2016. Data used is a data panel consisting of datatime series 2010 – 2016 and cross section six provinces namely DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, INYogyakarta, East Java, and Banten. The Anaalisis tool used is a data regression panel i.e. Fixed Effect Model(FEM). The results showed that UMP has a significant effect on the labor absorption of the industrial sector onJava Island in 2010-2016. While the PDRB and investment have a positive and significant effect on the laborabsorption of industrial sectors in Java Island in 2010-2016. Through this research, the government expectsmore cautious and creating a conducive investment climate so that the value of PDRB is increasing

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penatausahaan aset tetap pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa, yang dilakukan pada BPKAD Kabupaten Sumbawa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa telah melakukan penatausahaan aset tetap melalui rangkaian kegiatan yaitu Pembukuan, Inventarisasi dan Pelaporan. Dalam pembukuan yang dilakukan yaitu Pengguna/Kuasa pengguna barang sudah melakukan pendaftaran dan pencatatan barang milik daerah menurut penggolongan dan kodefikasi inventaris barang milik daerah. Inventarisasi yang dilakukan yaitu untuk tanah dan bangunan minimal 1 kali dalam 5 tahun yang kemudian dimasukan dalam Buku Induk Inventaris. Untuk pelaksanaan pelaporan dilakukan menurut indikator penelitian yaitu Pengguna barang melaporkan Laporan barang semesteran ke Pengelola barang akan tetapi di Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa tidak melakukan penyusunan Laporan barang tahunan

    The Role of Self-compassion to Depression in Teenagers Mediated by Emotion Regulation

    Adolescence is a stage of development in life that is full of emotional turmoil, conflict, and stress, of which often lead to teenagers’ vulnerability to depression symptoms. A potential serious case if the depression symptoms are not treated well includes risk of suicidal ideation and  suicide behaviour. This research aims to investigate and test the role of self-compassion to depression symptoms in teenagers mediated by emotion regulation-cognitive reappraisal. Participants in this research were 627 teenagers (N=627) with an age range of 15-18 years old, including 508 girls (81%) and 119 boys (19%). Mediation analysis using Process by Andrew F. Hayes, model 4, shows that emotion regulation —cognitive reappraisal (p=0.001; p<0.05) mediates the role of self-compassion to depression symptoms in teenagers. Emotion regulation—cognitive reappraisal serves as a partial mediator to the role of self-compassion to depression symptoms. Teenagers with self-compassion treat themselves positively by realizing and accepting negative emotions that leads to reduction of these negative emotions. It improves the capability of cognitive reappraisal, that brings  new interpretation towards a more positive view for reducing depression symptoms

    Regeneration of Plantlets Through PLB (Protocorm-Like Body) Formation in Phalaenopsis âJoin Angle X Sogo Musadianâ

    Selection and regeneration of specific hybrids of Phalaenopsis typically takes a long time since this plant usually reproduces through seeds. This study was conducted to examine the best medium and explants for regeneration of Phalaenopsis âJoin Angle X Sogo Musadianâ. In vitro and in vivo roots and leaves were used as explants, which were cultured in half-strength Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with various combinations of plant growth regulators (TDZ, 2,4-D, NAA, BAP and IAA). The results showed that the in vitro roots produced the highest number of PLBs (49.3 PLBs) when they were cultured in medium containing 0.5 ppm NAA, 5 ppm BAP, and 0.5 ppm IAA. The in vitro leaf explants also regenerated PLBs, however, only two PLBs developed, i.e. when they were cultured in medium containing 1 ppm TDZ and 2 ppm 2,4-D. PLB germination into plantlets was performed by culturing each PLB on MS medium without plant growth regulators. Based on the results of the present study, it can be concluded that in vitro roots and half-strength MS medium supplemented with 0.5 ppm NAA, 5 ppm BAP, and 0.5 ppm IAA are the best explant and best medium respectively for plant regeneration through PLBs

    The lack of interaction between students and lecturers in learning causes information not to be conveyed optimally. Moreover, fold integral calculus is an abstract material. Therefore, learning innovations are applied that can support more independent learning and are able to visualize abstract material. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the geogebra-assisted electronic module in the fold integral calculus course. This research is classified as development research which refers to Sugiyono development model but is only limited to 7 stages. The stages carried out in the research, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing and product revision. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, user response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. Indicators of achievement of the results of this study are e-modules are declared suitable for use and students who get optimal learning outcomes are more than 70%. The results showed that the folding integral calculus e-module that was made was feasible to use. This is shown as much as 74% of students achieve optimal learning outcomes

    This research purpose to: (1) examine the contribution of interest in learning, prior knowledge and school environment to the learning achievement of Mathematics (2) examine the contribution of interest in learning the learning achievement of Mathematics (3) examine the contribution of prior knowledge on learning achievement in Mathematics (4) examine the contribution of the school environment to learn Mathematics results. This type of research is based on a quantitative approach. The study population of 120 students of class VIII SMP N 1 Susukan. The research sample is determined by the formula 92 students slovin. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The data collection technique with questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research data obtained are then tested prerequisite is the classic assumption test including normality test, linearity test, a test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The research data already qualified then continued with the prerequisite tested jointly test is the F test and partial test that the t test. In addition, from the data sought coefficient of determination to seek the relative contribution and effective. Results of research can be summed up as follows: (1) interest in learning, the ability of school early and simultaneously contribute to the learning achievement of Mathematics with(α = 5%). (2) there is no contribution Partially student interest towards mathematics learning achievement with(α = 5%). The amount of effective contribution is 0.109% and the relative contribution amounting to 0.322%. (3) Partially there is a contribution to the learning achievement prior knowledge of mathematics with(α = 5%). The effective contribution of 32.401%, while the relative contribution of 95.323%. (4) Partially, there are no environmental contribution to the learning achievement of school mathematics(α = 5%). Contributions are effective and relatively respectively 1.481% and 4.355%
