    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 orang peserta didik kelas VIII MTs Atsauri Foundation Kecamatan Sindangkerta Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengambilan data diperoleh dengan memberikan tes berbentuk uraian tentang materi SPLDV sebanyak tiga soal yang kemudian dianalisis kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik masih mengalami kesulitan menyelesaikan soal SPLDV, terlihat dari hasil tes yang didapatkan masih kurang maksimal. Hal itu disebabkan karena peserta didik masih mengalami kesulitan memahami konsep SPLDV, mengubah soal cerita kedalam bentuk matematika, menggunakan metode-metode dalam menentukan himpunan penyelesaian SPLDV dan kesulitan dalam memahami materi pendukung

    ABSTRAK Perbankan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian negara. Perbankan syariah berkembang dan salah satu konsep yang dipraktekkan adalah akad murabahah. Selain memberikan keuntungan disisi lain juga berpotensi menimbulkan persoalan pembiayaan bermasalah diantaranya wanprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan debitur melakukan wanprestasi dan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh BNI Syariah terhadap debitur wanprestasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan normatif sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dilakukan melalui penelusuran secara daring (internet), melalui buku, wawancara, makalah dan laporan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah adalah faktor lalai/wanprestasinya debitur, faktor kurang pahamnya debitur terhadap akad yang dibuat, faktor cacatnya akad dan faktor lainnya. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan melalui musyawarah, mediasi, negosiasi dan melalui jalur peradilan agama. BNI Syariah sesuai yang berlandaskan prinsip syariah Islam memberikan tuntunan bagi yang berselisih untuk saling berdamai, bermusyawarah. Apabila tidak disepakati maka ditunjuklah mediator sebagai penengah, apabila belum terdapat kesepakatan maka perkara dapat dibawa ke pengadilan agama untuk mencari jalan keluar terbaik. Berdasar hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan di lingkungan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Sharia Islamic bank growth and one of provided by them is a contract named murabahah. Not only give a provit, but also potentially give new financially problems, such as a brech of contract. This research aims to find out many factors that cause the debtor break the contract and how BNI Syariah solve it. This research is included in a library research with normative approach, while the used of data obtained from secondary data through internet, books, interviews, paper and research report. The result of the research show factors the cause of problems in murabahah contract finance are neglectful or debtor’s breach of contract, the debtor don’t understand about the contract, flawed contract and others. The way to finished it are with discussion, negotiation, and with religion court. In line with Islamic principles, BNI Syariah ask for those who have a problem to calm down and make a peace for next have a discussion. If it is disagreed, there will be a mediator.     Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran IPS di sekolah yang kurang efektif dan optimal dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir rasional artinya pembelajaran IPS di SMP sebagian besar baru menyentuh ranah kognitif, kurang menyentuh ranah afektif dan psikomotor. Materi pembelajaran masih cenderung bersifat hapalan dan sangat tergantung pada teks book/ buku paket, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi kurang bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji banding kondisi pembelajaran IPS cara lama dan untuk mengetahui efektif tidaknya pendekatan scientific dengan metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam berpikir rasional pada pembelajaran IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Kuasi Eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalen Control Group Design. Satu kelas dipilih sebagai kelas kontrol dengan metode Discovery dalam pembelajaran IPS dan satu kelas eksperimen dengan pendekatan scientific metode Problem Based Learning. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berbentuk hasil test (pretest dan postest) yang didukung oleh hasil observasi saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dan angket serta wawancara ketika pembelajaran selesai. Tekhnik uji instrumen menggunakan bantuan ANATES versi 4.10, dan tekhnik analisa data untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 20 dengan alat analisa : uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, analisa parametris dengan uji t, serta gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan scientific metode PBL dan Discovery secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir rasional siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS ---------- The research was determined by the ineffectiveness of the implementation of social studies teaching and learning in schools in developing rational thinking ability; in other words, the teaching and learning of social studies in junior secondary schools in majority touch upon only on the cognitive domain, leaving the affective and psychomotor domains remain untouched. The instructional materials tended to be more on memorization aspect and highly dependent upon texbook, resulting in less meaningful teaching and learning. Thus, the study reviewing appeals to improve the conventional teaching and learning of social studies and to find the effectivenes of scientific approach with problem based (PBL) learning in improving students’ rational thinking ability in the teaching and learning of social studies. The research adopted a quasi-exsperiment method with non-equivalent control group design. One class was selected as the control class treated with discovery learning method in social studies teaching and learning, and another designed as the exsperimental class treated with scientific approach with problem based learning. The data were in the forms of test results (pre-and post-tests), improved by the result of observation during teaching and learning and questionnaires as well as interview after the teaching and learning. The instrument test employed ANATES version 4.10, and data analysis technique to test the hypothesis of the research used SPSS version 20 with the following analysis tools: normality test, homogeneity test, parametric analysis using t-test, and gain test.     Prestasi belajar merupakan suatu ukuran yang dapat menunjukan kualitas pendidikan, karena itu kualitas hasil pendidikan bisa dilihat dari tinggi rendahnya prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya kebutuhan untuk meningkalkan prestasi belajar siswa di Kota Bandung, khususnya di SMP Darul Hikam Bandung nilai rata-rala UAS pada maia pelajaran ekonomi bisa dikatakan masih rendah karena masih dibawah angka enam. Pembelajaran dengan satu jenis media dan satu jenis sumber pembelajaran sampai saat ini dirasakan masih kurang dapat meningkalkan prestasi belajar siswa yang diukur dalam nilai akhir belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen, subjek 50 siswa kelas VIII. 25 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen adalah kelas VIII-5, dan 25 siswa kelas kontrol adalah kelas Vlll-4. Untuk analisa data digunakan teknik Paired sample t-test. Hasil pengolahan data dengan uji t pada taraf kepercayaan 95% menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar pada siswa kelompok eksperimen baik itu sebelum dan setelah dikenakan pembelajaran dengan multi media dan multi sumber. Dan juga tidak diperoleh perbedaan prestasi belajar yang signifikan antara siswa kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan multi media dan multi sumber pembelajaran dengan siswa pada kelompok kontrol yang hanya menggunakan satu media dan satu sumber pembelajaran. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar setiap pelaku dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama siswa. pendidik, dan orang tua siswa, agar dapat berperan serta secara optimal dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar, memperbaiki dan meningkatkan penguasaan guru agar lebih kreatif dalam pembuatan media-media pembelajaran dan penguasaan sumber-sumber pembelajaran, memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan

    An Overview of Islamic Law in the Mechanism of Individual Distribution if the Wife of the Heir is more than One

    This study aims to determine and analyze the mechanism of inheritance distribution if the wife of the heir is more than one in terms of Islamic law. The research approach method used in the preparation of this thesis is a normative juridical research method. This research specification uses descriptive analysis. The type of data used is secondary data from legal materials in the form of the Qur'an and Hadith, the Civil Code, the Marriage Law, and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Collecting data by studying documents or library materials that are collected and processed systematically. The results of this study indicate that: first, the acquisition of inheritance rights for wives or wives is contained in the Qur'an letter An-Nisa' verse 12 and in the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 180. After removing part of the joint property, the rest is distributed to the heirs. If the heir leaves children, the wife's share is 1/8 and if the heir does not leave children, the wife's share is of the inheritance. Second: The concept of marriage in Indonesia based on Act No. 16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Act No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage contains elements of monogamy, but the court can grant permission on fair conditions, the wife's consent, guarantees the necessities of life for the wife and children, and permit has permanent legal force. KHI explains that joint assets in each marriage are separate and independent and are calculated at the time of the second, third or fourth marriage contract

    PENGARUH FASILITAS BELAJAR DAN PERAN GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR ONLINE SISWA: Survei Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 Kelas X BDP SMK Pasundan 4 Bandung

    This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and the role of teachers on online learning outcomes in odd semester economic subjects in class X BDP SMK Pasundan 4 Bandung. The method used in this research is a survey. The subjects in this study used a sample of 56 students. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression calculation and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. From the results of research using descriptive analysis, it is obtained that the average score recapitulation of respondents regarding learning facilities is in the "undecided" category, indicated by an average weight of 3.11 with a percentage of 62.40%. This indicates that most of the students are hesitant about learning facilities according to the average respondent. Meanwhile, regarding online learning outcomes, students are in the "Strongly Agree" category, indicated by an average weight of 4.50 with a percentage of 89.20%. This indicates that most students strongly agree that students' online learning outcomes increase according to the average respondent. Based on the classical assumption test through the normality test that has been carried out, it is obtained a significant value of 0.200> 0.05, it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed. In the hypothesis test, multiple linear regression coefficients (Y= 1.638 – 0.513X1 + 0.577X2 + 0.347) which means that if learning facilities (variable X1) and the role of teachers (variable X2) increase, it will cause a tendency to increase student online learning outcomes (variable X2). Y) of 1.09. The contribution of the influence given by the learning facilities variable to students' online learning outcomes is 34.5% and the teacher's role variable to students' online learning outcomes is 35.8%, the percentage is calculated based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 70.3%, while the rest amounted to 29.7% influenced by external factors that were not examined by the researcher, and the conclusion was acceptable. As the end of the research, the author conveys suggestions for schools for learning facilities and teachers to use adequate learning facilities in the ongoing teaching and learning process, specifically on learning facilities and the role of teachers in general so as to improve student online learning outcomes

    Novriadhy et al, 2019. Stakeholder Perspective in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir District Concerning Household Waste Management. pp. 347-353. Households are the biggest waste producers. Therefore, household waste management must be done carefully and efficiently - especially for the New Autonomous Region - so as not to consume all resources that needed for development. This research was carried out in PALI District with the aim to identify the needs in waste management based on cross-sectoral stakeholder perspectives. Research informants came from local government units, nongovernment organizations, waste management practitioners, and small business groups. Data collected through FGD, observation and literature search. The data is processed with a qualitative approach and interpreted by the input-process-output method. The results showed three key factors needed for waste management i.e. the existence of the compost market, the availability of environmental cadres, and an environmental management working group that could synergize programs/activities from various stakeholders whereas the supporting factors were the funding method, regulatory enforcement, and adequate facilities-infrastructure. The research concluded that there is a need to change community behavior and work culture
