Los barrios de una ciudad forman un paisaje comparativo de buenas y malas reputaciones. Se trata de estudiar cómo viven la relación con su barrio los que habitan en uno con 'mala fama'; las distintas estrategias que usan para evitar ser percibidos como 'el malo'; y algunas consecuencias de esas estrategias de vinculación con el espacio inmediato.Hiri bateko auzuneak entzute on eta txarreko paisaia konparatiboa osatzen dute. On the improvement of the low energy neutrino factory

The low energy neutrino factory has been proposed as a very sensitive setup for future searches for CP violation and matter effects. Here we study how its performance is affected when the experimental specifications of the setup are varied. Most notably, we have considered the addition of the 'platinum' nu_{mu} -> nu_{e} channel. We find that, whilst theoretically the extra channel provides very useful complementary information and helps to lift degeneracies, its practical usefulness is lost when considering realistic background levels. Conversely, an increase in statistics in the 'golden' nu_{e} -> nu_{mu} channel and, to some extent, an improvement in the energy resolution, lead to an important increase in the performance of the facility, given the rich energy dependence of the 'golden' channel at these energies. We show that a low energy neutrino factory with a baseline of 1300 km, muon energy of 4.5 GeV, and either a 20 kton totally active scintillating detector or 100 kton liquid argon detector, can have outstanding sensitivity to the neutrino oscillation parameters theta13, delta and the mass hierarchy. For our estimated exposure of 2.8 x 10^{23} kton x decays per muon polarity, the low energy neutrino factory has sensitivity to theta13 and delta for sin^{2}(2theta13) > 10^{-4} and to the mass hierarchy for sin^{2}(2theta13) > 10^{-3}.Comment: 13 pages, 8 eps figures. Phraseological units, traditionally described by means of different properties, such as idiomaticity, fixedness and non-compositionality, are also subject to variation. Far from coming into conflict with the key phraseological characteristic (fixedness), variation reinforces its identity through various categories consistent across different phraseological types, different registers and different languages. This paper sets out to find a definition of phraseological variation and to establish a general framework of this phenomenon. This opens up a field full of possibilities for managers, responsibles for the content and for advertisers, who have at their disposal a captive audience never before considered who may rebel against the interference of their public space. This article researches the characteristics, possibilities and the impact produced by the launch of two media channels in Madrid and Barcelona Underground and city buses in some Spanish cities.Las posibilidades del desarrollo de las tecnologías de la información han hecho posible la unión de dos ámbitos tan dispares como los medios de transporte y los medios de comunicación. Ya es posible disfrutar de un canal de televisión sentados en el asiento de los transportes públicos, algo impensable hace veinte años. Efectos del alcohol etílico sobre el sistema osteoarticular

En el presente trabajo se estudia la osteoartropatía que presentan 25 pacientes alcohólicos crónicos, valorándola tanto a nivel clínico como radiológico. Se observa en ellos que existen alteraciones metabólicas y neuroló- gicas que pueden justificar esta osteoartropatía. Sin embargo, en algunos casos no se ha podido demostrar alteración neurológica por lo que habría que justificar la osteoartropatía únicamente por vía metabólica. No parece existir relación entre el grado de lesión neurológica y/o metabólica y la lesión radiológica, ni tampoco se relaciona ésta con la cantidad de alcohol consumido.25 patients with chronic alcoholism are colected by the authors. They studied the osteoarthropathy from a clinical and radiological point of view. Some metabolic and neurologic alterations have been found, that it justify this osteoarthropathy. However, in some cases they couldn't prove neurologic alterations and by that, it would have to justify the osteoarthropathy only for the metabolic findings. There are not relation between the grade of neurologic and/or metabolic injury and the radiologic alteration, as well as the relation with quantity of alcohol consumed

Manejo del pulgón amarillo (Melanaphis sacchari) en sorgo, con insecticidas biológicos y sintéticos en Masaya, Nicaragua

With the objective of providing alternatives to sorghum producers on the management of yellow aphid (Melanaphis sacchari, Zehnter), a trial was established from September to December 2018 at San José farm, Nindirí, Masaya, where alternatives of formulated microbial and botanical origin, including synthetics, were evaluated. The products were: M.A® 17.5 SP (Beauveria bassiana + Metarrhizium anisopliae, (Pirex®6% EC) chrysanthemum extracts + potassium soap, (Biocontrol limonene® 90 EC) lemon extracts, (TASK® 25 WG) Thiamethoxam, (TARGET® 24 SC) Sulfoxaflor, compared to the absolute control which consisted of water application. The variables evaluated were: number of M. sacchari (winged adults) per plant, yield in kg/ha per treatment evaluated, partial budget analysis, dominance analysis and marginal rate of return using the CIMMYT methodology. The results obtained show that the Thiametoxan treatment has greater control of winged adults of M. sacchari, the treatment that exerts less damage on Coccinella sp and Chrysoperla sp was B. bassiana + M. anisopliae. Thiamethoxam, Sulfoxaflor and Chrysanthemum + potassium soap have the highest commercial returns and the highest net benefits, while Thiamethoxan is the treatment with the highest marginal rate of return.Con el objetivo de brindar alternativas a productores de sorgo sobre el manejo del pulgón amarillo (Melanaphis sacchari, Zehnter), se estableció un ensayo de septiembre a diciembre de 2018 en la finca San José, Nindirí, Masaya, donde se evaluaron alternativas de origen microbianos y botánicos formulados, incluyendo sintéticos. Los productos fueron: M.A® 17.5 SP (Beauveria bassiana + Metarrhizium anisopliae, (Pirex®6% EC) extractos de crisantemo + jabón potásico, (Biocontrol limoneno® 90 EC) extractos de limón, (TASK® 25 WG) Tiamethoxam, (TARGET® 24 SC) Sulfoxaflor, en comparación con el testigo absoluto que consistió en aplicación de agua. Las variables evaluadas fueron: Numero de M. sacchari (adultos alados) por planta, rendimiento en kg/ha por tratamiento evaluado, análisis de presupuesto parcial, análisis de dominancia y tasa de retorno marginal mediante la metodología CIMMYT. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que el tratamiento Thiametoxan tiene mayor control de adultos alados de M. Sacchari, el tratamiento que ejerce menos daño en Coccinela sp y Chrysoperla sp fue B. bassiana + M. anisopliae. Thiametoxam, Sulfoxaflor y Crisantemo+jabón potásico presentan los mayores rendimientos comerciales y los mayores beneficios netos, mientas que Thiametoxan es el tratamiento con mayor tasa de retorno margina
