Novelas en Twitter: el fenómeno de la narrativa en 140 caracteres

Desde su nacimiento en 2006, Twitter ha sido el medio utilizado por un gran número de autores para presentar sus novelas o las grandes obras clásicas en formato de 140 caracteres. Desde una perspectiva puramente descriptiva, este trabajo busca abrir una puerta a futuros estudios con la presentación de diferentes ejemplos de la nueva narrativa digital a través del tiempo. Para ello, se ha seguido una tipología basada en los ejemplos más significativos de novelas publicadas a través de la conocida red social.Since its creation in 2006, Twitter has been the resource used by a great number of authors to present their novels or the Classic works in a 140 characters format. From a purely descriptive perspective, this work seeks the opening of a door to future studies with the presentation of different examples of this new digital narrative through the time. The Scope, Scale and Locational Preferences of Spanish Multinationals

This paper examines the relationship between firms’ heterogeneity and their multinational activity. We examine the scope and the scale of multinational firms following the insights of Yeaple’s (2009) model. The goal of the paper is to contribute to a better understanding of the activity of Spanish multinationals using a sample of Spanish multinational firms. Our dataset is built from two databases, SABI and ORBIS, both from the Bureau van Dijk. Our results confirm that more productive firms have a greater multinational activity in terms of both the scope (the number of foreign markets where they invest) and the scale (the volume of local sales by subsidiaries in foreign markets). The structure of Spanish multinational firms’ activity is also analysed from the perspective of host country characteristics (GDP, population, distance and language) using standard gravity equations. Country characteristics that are positively associated (GDP and common language) with the volume of multinational activity are negatively related to the productivity of firms that go abroad. This asymmetry also holds for bilateral characteristics as distance that appears negatively associated with the level of multinational activity

Einfluss der Bodenbearbeitung und des Säverfahrens auf die Spross- und Wurzelleistung unterschiedlicher Zwischenfrucht-Mischungen

Zusammenfassung Der Zwischenfruchtbau stellt für den ökologisch wirtschaftenden Betrieb eine wichtige Stellgröße im Management der Bodenfruchtbarkeit dar. Ein hoher Biomasse-Aufwuchs sowie eine intensive Durchwurzelung sind dabei maßgebliche Kenngrößen. Hierbei stellt sich die Frage welches Verfahren zur Bodenbearbeitung und Saat geeignet ist, um einen wirksamen Zwischenfruchtbestand zu etablieren. Im vorliegenden Parzellenversuch wurden sechs verschiedene Zwischenfruchtmischungen mit je zwei unterschiedlichen Bodenbearbeitungs- und Säverfahren kombiniert. Es wurde sowohl der Sprossertrag als auch die Wurzelmasse und -verteilung gemessen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen deutlich, dass die Bestellverfahren einen ertragswirksamen Einfluss auf die Zwischenfrüchte nehmen. Der Sprossertrag wurde maßgeblich vom Säverfahren beeinflusst. Die Grundbodenbearbeitung zeigte keinen signifikanten Effekt auf den Spross- und Wurzelertrag. Die Wurzelverteilung in die Tiefe war dagegen stark von der Bodenbearbeitung abhängig. Wechselwirkungen der Zwischenfruchtmischungen mit dem Bestellverfahren waren erkennbar, ließen sich aber nicht statistisch absichern
