Defining Strategic Position and Busines Model of CV Energi Selaras Alam
Fuel –addictive industry is a growing industry in Indonesia. With potential market of 80 million vehicles in Indonesia where most modern car use a subsidized –low quality fuel, market opportunity of this industry is very big. Although this industry is very influenced by world oil price and government regulation about subsidized fuel. CV.Energy Selaras Alam is the new comer in this industry. Founded in 2011, this firm provides a low price and highly efficient octane booster product to the society. Along the decreased issue of subsidized fuel price, this firm difficult to maintain their sales growth and expand to broader market that leads to significant decrease on its profit. If this condition allowed for the next couple month, this will lead company to bankruptcy.To understanding company's condition better, this research use methods of observation, literature survey and interview. Resource analysis and value chain analysis are used for internal analysis. PESTEL, Porter's 5 forces, and strategic group are used for external analysis. By using interrelationship diagram, it known that the root cause of this company's issue is the un-clarity of its strategic positioning.To formulate the solution, SWOT, IFAS, EFAS and SFAS matrix used to find CV.ESA new strategic position. Alternative strategy is generated from TOWS Matrix, result 13 strategies. Every strategy is integrated and mapped back into a new business model to create more integrated result for this company. The conclusion from this proposed strategy is the new strategy of CV ESA will be based on cost focus strategic position. This new strategy proposed to diversify product and marketing channel that focus on car and motorcycle user and also local industry that located only in West Java. Action Plan is derived from business model formulation, and prepared for 3 year implementation Plan. The implementation plan of those strategies is suggested to adjust the number of marketing and sales armada. This armada will be focused on creating new alliances and partnership that will be a success foundation of strategy proposed. Strategic Implementation will be implemented in the next 3 years and will start in 2013. Turkey\u27s Double Standard Policy Towards Israel During the Presidency of Recep Tayyip Erdogan from 2019 to 2021
This research is entitled Turkey\u27s Double Standard Politics Against Israel in the Era of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan\u27s Government in 2019-2021. This study was conducted to find out the efforts made by the Turkish government in responding to its foreign relations with Israel based on its country\u27s national interests.
This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and the primary data in this study is Ms. Dina Sulaeman, she is a lecturer in International Relations at Padjadjaran University and is an expert or expert on matters relating to political and policy coverage in the Middle East region. While the secondary data in this study are books, international journals, archives or reports of someone who is related to the research. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification.

PEMBELAJARAN MUSIK TEKNOLOGI BAGI KELAS XI KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN SENI MUSIK DI SMK NEGERI 10 BANDUNG
Penelitian ini berjudul Pembelajaran “Musik Teknologi” bagi kelas XI Kompetensi
Keahlian Seni Musik di SMKN 10 Bandung. Kompetensi dasar dalam kurikulum 2013
yang harus dikuasai diantaranya mengoprasikan software Sibelius dan Cubase. Semakin
berkembangnya berbagai software sebagai implementasi dari teknologi musik menuntut
lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Hal yang diungkap
dan dideskripsikan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai materi pembelajaran, tahapan
pembelajaran dan hasil Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian
deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sehingga hasil penelitian dideskripsikan
secara terperinci. Temuan hasil penelitian ini adalah materi pembelajaran mencakup
pengetahuan seputar mueik teknologi, teknik mengoprasikan Sibelius dan langkah dalam
melakukan perekaman MIDI dan audio menggunakan Cubase. Tahapan pembelajarannya
terdiri dari pendahuluan, kegiatan inti (mengamati, menanya, mengumulak informasi,
mengasosiasi, menginformasikan) dan kegiatan penutup. adapun hasil pembelajaran Musik
teknologi diarahkan pada kompetensi afektif, psikomotor, dan kognitif yang mana kognitif
sebagai suplemen untuk menunjang proses materi pembelajaran. Hasil akhir pembelajaran
ini adalah siswa bisa membuat partitur dan MIDI menggunakan Sibelius, Lalu selanjutnya
memproduksi musik dengan mengolah audio dan MIDI melalui media Cubase.----------This research entitled Music Technology Learning for class XI Competence of Music
Arts Vocation at SMKN 10 Bandung. Basic competence in the 2013 curriculum that must
be mastered include Sibelius and Cubase software. The growing variety of software as the
implementation of music technology requires graduates of vocational high schools to
follow the development of the era. This research revealed and described about learning
materials, learning stages and learning outcomes. This research uses descriptive research
method of analysis with qualitative approach, so that the research result is described in
detail. The findings of this study are learning materials covering knowledge about music
technology, techniques to operate Sibelius and recording MIDI and audio using Cubase
step by step. The learning stages consist of the introduction, core activities (observing,
asking, gathering information, associating, informing) and closing activities. Learning
result of music technology is directed to the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive
competencies which is cognitive as a supplement to support the process of learning
materials. The end result of this learning is students can make the score and MIDI using
Sibelius, Then subsequently producing music by processing audio and MIDI through
Cubase media
Pengembangan Modul Berbasis E-Learning dengan Menggunakan CMS Joomla pada Mata Pelajaran Animasi 2D Kelas XI di SMKN 3 Surabaya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan modul berbasis e-learning dengan mengunakan CMS joomla sebagai media pembelajaran, respon peserta didik terhadap modul berbasis e-learning yang digunakan, dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan modul berbasis e-learning. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan kelas XI MM2 SMKN 3 Surabaya berjumlah 36 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, angket respon siswa, dan pemberian soal post-test setelah dilakukan treatment. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui validasi oleh ahli terhadap media pembelajaran modul berbasis e-learning sebesar 83,6%, validasi terhadap soal post-test sebesar 86,7% dan validasi RPP sebesar 85,3%. Semua hasil validasi memenuhi kriteria valid sehingga siap untuk diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil presentase rata-rata respon siswa menunjukan bahwa siswa memberikan respon positif dengan kategori baik dengan presentase 75,2% terhadap modul berbasis e-learning dengan CMS Joomla. Hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi pengetahuan setelah menggunakan modul berbasis e-learning dengan CMS Joomla pada mata pelajaran animasi 2D pada kelas XI MM2 SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya dinyatakan tuntas dengan ketuntasan kelas sebesar 91,67%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kelas yang menggunakan modul berbasis e-learning mendapat hasil yang baik dan media yang digunakan dapat membantu siswa belajar mandiri.

Melampaui Penanda Kebahasaan: Pencarian Mitos dalam Penafsiran Aḥmad bin ’Alī al-Būnī di Syams al-Ma’ārif al-Kubrā
Mystical interpretations that are often seen as irrational interpretations obscure the rationality and scientific values contained in these interpretations. The assessment of mystical interpretation as irrational interpretation is caused by the understanding that someone who interprets mystically is thought to have no capability in interpreting the Qur’an. Thus, this study aims to demonstrate Aḥmad ibn ‘Alī al-Būnī’s mystical reasoning when interpreting the Qur’an in Shams al-Ma’ārif al-Kubrā from the argument that mystical interpretation-although seemingly irrational-has its own scientific basis and logical flow to arrive at a mystical understanding of the Qur’an. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitative method with the semiotic theory offered by Roland Barthes, which he divides into denotation and connotation analysis as a knife of analysis. The study shows that al-Būnī’s scientific background plays an important role in shaping his understanding of the Qur’anic verses. The interpretation of the basmalah, for example, al-Būnī interpreted it as a symbol of security, guarding, conquest, blessing, help, and salvation that resulted from his understanding of the names of the all-protective Allah contained in the term. The above understanding was formed through al-Būnī’s scientific background which mastered the science of letters (ilm al-huruf) and the names of Allah (al-Asma’ al-Husna). As a result, there are practices on the basmalah, such as reciting the basmalah 20 times before going to bed to avoid theft, demonic interference, or disaster

Berkembangnya industri dan teknologi saat ini menimbulkan dampak negatif yang memberikan sumbangan besar terhadap terjadinya pemanasan global. Dengan adanya dampak negatif tersebut mendorong masyarakat untuk menerapkan green consumerism. Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat ini memberikan tantangan bagi perusahaan untuk menerapkan strategi green marketing dengan menciptakan green product seperti yang dilakukan oleh Philips dengan menjawab tantangan ini dengan menciptakan lampu Philips LED dengan tujuan meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya atas pesaing-pesaing yang ada melalui terbentuknya minat beli konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh green perceived value dan green perceived risk terhadap green trust, serta green perceived value, green perceived risk, dan green trust terhadap green purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan structural equation model (SEM) dengan software AMOS 21.0. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada responden yang berjumlah 100 responden sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan non probability sampling dengan menerapkan metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan green perceived value terhadap green trust dan green trust terhadap green purchase intention konsumen terhadap lampu Philips LED di Surabaya. Hasil lainnya adalah tidak adanya pengaruh dari green perceived risk terhadap green trust lampu Philips LED serta tidak ada pengaruh green perceived value dan green perceived risk secara langsung terhadap green purchase intention lampu Philips LED di Surabaya
KONTEKSTUALISASI PENAFSIRAN QS AL-NUR [24]; 31 (APLIKASI HERMENEUTIKA MA’NA CUM MAGHZA)
A verse of the Qur’an commends the covering of aurat to maintain honor for women is stated in QS al-Nur [24]: 31. However, there is a distortion of the main message which contradicts the verse with the emerging phenomena of jilboobs among women both teenagers and adults. The approach used in this study was qualitative with a literature review method. The hermeneutical approach of ma'na cum maghza was employed to interpret QS al-Nur [24]: 31. The study revealed that the historical significance of this verse is the ethics of socializing for women in its socio-cultural sphere. In addition, the verse QS. al-Nur [24]: 31 is also a proposition that prohibits the phenomenon of jilboobs. Meanwhile, its dynamic significance, first, not to see photo and watch video uploads of aurat expose as a ghadd al-bashr practice. Management and performance measurement in the public sector are inherently more complex compared to the business sector. Conflicting values such as politics and abstract performance targets make public sector performance management and measurement have distinctive points with different challenges as well. This study aims to describe the various challenges that occur in the context of developing management and performance measurement of the public sector in Indonesia after the implementation of The Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning Civil Servants. The researcher applied a literature study by conducting literature inclusion on two main bases, namely internal and external problems in management and public sector performance measurement.
