    FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KOMPETENSI KERJA PESERTA DIDIK SMK PARIWISATA NEGERI DI HOTEL DAN RESTORAN KOTA BANDUNG

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kompetensi kerja yang penulis batasi kepada dua variabel yaitu motivasi kerja dan sikap kerja. Penelitian ini berlangsung di SMK Negeri 9 Bandung. Jumlah anggota sampel penelitian adalah 52 orang peserta didik dari 99 orang populasi yang telah melakukan prakerin, sampel pengujian instrumen dilakukan kepada peserta didik di luar sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode inferensial dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui angket, dokumentasi, dan tes. Data mentah yang diperoleh kemudian direduksi, dirangkum dan dikelompokkan sesuai kategori yang ada serta diuji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hipotesisnya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi kerja, meliputi ketertarikan terhadap pekerjaan dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dan ketekunan dalam melaksanakan praktik kerja, keuletan dalam bekerja dan ketajaman perhatian dalam bekerja, keinginan berprestasi dalam praktik kerja, dan kemandirian dalam mengikuti praktik kerja aspek yang berada pada kategori ‘baik’. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan sikap kerja terhadap kompetensi kerja, meliputi: kemampuan sikap kerja dalam menjaga benda/ peralatan yang dipercayakan, aspek disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerjasama, inisiatif. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan motivasi kerja dan sikap kerja terhadap kompetensi kerja. ; This study aims to determine the factors suspected to affect the job competencies that authors limit to two variables: motivation and work attitude. The study took place in SMK Negeri 9 Bandung. The number of members of the study sample was 52 students from 99 people who have done prakerin population, sample testing of instruments made to learners outside the sample. This study using inferential methods with quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and testing. The raw data obtained is then reduced, summarized and grouped by category of existing and tested for validity, reliability, and hypothesis. The study found that: (1) There is no significant effect between employee motivation to work competence, covering the interest in the work can be categorized as very good and perseverance in carrying out work practices, perseverance in work and alertness in a work, the desire to excel in working practices, and independence in following aspects work practices that are in the category of 'good'. (2) There is no significant effect of work attitudes toward work competencies, include: the ability to maintain the working attitude of objects / equipment entrusted, aspects of the discipline, responsibility, cooperation, initiative. (3) There is no significant effect of work motivation and attitude towards work competence

    Companies must be able to answer market challenges and take advantage of these challenges to become opportunities to survive in the future. If the company is unable to create advantages from the products it pro­du­ces, the likelihood that consumers will make brand transfers to the products they consume will be higher. The objectives of this study are To understand the great influence of Prior Experience and Variety seeking Buying Be­ha­vior on Brand Switching Behavior in Wardah's skincare product consumers. The research method used in this study is an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires of respondents who are consumers of Wardah skincare products in Bandung. The results of si­mul­taneously it was concluded that Prior Experience (X1) and Variety Seeking Buying behavior (X2) simul­taneously had a positive and significant effect on Brand Switching Behavior (Y) in wardah skincare consumers in Bandung City, because the value of F count ≥ F table (11.302 ≥ 3.090). So, the prior experience factors using Wardah skincare products, as well as the factor to what extent the level of consumers' desire to seek variations on other products are two factors out of the many factors that can influence consumers to do so. brand shift.

    This research was conducted and based on the lack of creativity and stimulus for the development of children's fine motor skills in daily activities, it is actually still difficult for group B students during the online learning period which needs guidance and parental participation in the implementation process due to online learning. Therefore, the study wanted a solution to develop children's fine motor skills with the aim of knowing the implementation of developing children's fine motor skills with origami paper folding activities carried out online learning. This research was carried out at Al Khosim Sindangkerta Kindergarten, namely for children aged 5-6 years group B, totaling 13 people consisting of 5 boys and 8 girls. The methodology in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation and data analysis using data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research that has been carried out in the field, results can be obtained by implementing activities through folding origami paper which can develop the fine motor skills of group B children carried out during online learning and obtain results with the goals to be achieved.Penelitian ini  dilakukan dan dilatarbelakangikurangnya kreativitas danstimulus perkembangan keterampilanmotorik halus anak dalamkegiatan sehari-hari, secara nyata masih  sulit dilakukan oleh anak didik kelompok Bdimasa pembelajaran daring yang mana perlu bimbingan dan peran serta orangtuadalam proses pelaksanaannya dikarenakan belajarnya secara daring. Maka dari itu penelitian ini memberikam solusi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anakdengan tujuan untuk mengetahuiimplementasimengembangkan keterampilanmotorik halus anak dengan kegiatan  melipat kertas origamiyang dilakukan secara pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Taman Kanak-kanak  Al Khosim Sindangkerta yaitu pada anakusia 5-6 tahunkelompok B yang berjumlah 13 orang yang terdiri dari 5 anak laki-laki dan 8 anak perempuan.Metodologi pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dilapangan dapat diperoleh hasil dengan melakukan implemetasi kegiatan melalui melipatkertasorigami yang dapat mengembangkan keterampilanmotorik halus  anak kelompok B  yang dilaksanakan dimasa pembelajaran daring dan memperoleh hasil dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai

    IDENTIFIKASI MORFOLOGI DAN KEKERABATAN SALAK DI JAWA TIMUR

    Salak has the scientific name Salacca zalacca including a low-growing family of palms. This seasonal fruit plant is a type of horticulture that has the potentioal to become an axport commodity in Indonesia. In East Java, especially in Lumajang, Madura and Kediri are areas that produce salak commodities. Morphological identification aims to obtain basic traits so that the appearance or phenotype of each accession can be distinguished quickly and easily, by estimating how much genetic diversity it has. This study aims to determine the morphological characters and to determine the salak kinship of Lumajang, Kediri and Madura. The result of phylogeny analysis of the Salacca zalacca kinship in East Java show that the results of the kinship analysis of the salak in the Lumajang, Kediri and Madura areas formed 2 large groups or cluster. So it can be concluded that the Salacca zalacca originating from the Lumajang, Kediri and Madura areas still come from the same ancestor. This can be seen from the value of kinship distance, the morphological identificaion equation. In addition, environmental factors can also affect the morphology of plants.     Proses Kreatif Penciptaan Tari Melaghong Wabah Karya Syaputri

    This study focuses on the creative process of creating the Melaghong Wabah dance by Syaputri which was inspired by the traditional ceremony of Ghatib Beghanyut. The Ghatib Beghanyut Traditional Ceremony is a ritual of rejecting reinforcements by the Siak community. It was this ceremony that inspired Syaputri to create the Melaghong Plague dance. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis method. Syahputri's creative potential was analyzed using Rhodes' 4P creativity concept which includes person, process, press, and product. By focusing on the creative process of creation, it can be explained that the creative person and the supporting or driving factors that can produce Melaghong Wabah dance products can be explained. Furthermore, to describe the process of creating the Melaghong Wabah dance, Hawkins' creation concept was used including exploration, improvisation, composition, and evaluation. The results showed that Syaputri's creative process was influenced by internal factors, namely experience in art and the desire to create Malay dance creations and external factors, namely support from the surrounding environment from parents, family, community and government which made her very enthusiastic to work. By carrying out these stages of the process, we finally produce a dance work, namely Melaghong Wabah which was inspired by the Ghatib Behanyut ceremony

    Kondisi nyata di lapangan (pendidikan) khususnya pada pendidikan anak usia dini hanya terfokus pada kemampuan CALISTUNG (membaca, menulis dan berhitung). Sehingga perkembangan anak kurang optimal salah satunya yaitu perkembangan kreatifitas. Kreativitas sangat penting untuk mewujudkan dirinya atau aktualisasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penggunaan metode bermain pembangunan dengan media balok dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini di PAUD Percontohan Plamboyan 3 Karawang dan mendeskripsikan hasil penggunaan metode bermain pembangunan dengan media balok  dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini di PAUD Percontohan Plamboyan 3 Karawang. Jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian terdapat dua (2) hasil penelitian ini yaitu proses penggunaan metode bermain pembangunan dengan media balok dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini di PAUD Percontohan Plamboyan 3 Karawang telah berjalan dengan baik, mulai dari proses persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Dan juga hasil penggunaan metode bermain pembangunan dengan media balok di PAUD Percontohan Plamboyan 3 Karawang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini

    Latar belakang : Stres akademik mahasiswa kedokteran di masa post pandemi COVID-19 disebabkan oleh berbagai macam faktor. Stres yang tidak diatasi dengan baik bisa menimbulkan akibat buruk bagi mahasiswa. Cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengurangi stres antara lain dengan spiritualitas dan aktivitas fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui spiritualitas dan aktivitas fisik sebagai faktor prediktor tingkat stres akademik di masa post pandemi COVID-19 pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian yaitu Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang angkatan 2020-2021 sebanyak 205 mahasiswa, terdiri dari 98 angkatan 2020 dan 107 angkatan 2021. Teknik sampling yang dipakai yaitu proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yaitu kuesioner DSES, LASRS, GPAQ dalam bentuk google form. Analisis data dengan uji regresi logistik menggunakan software SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi logistik didapatkan nilai p=0,035 (p0,05) untuk variabel aktivitas fisik. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel spiritualitas yang menjadi faktor prediktor tingkat stres akademik pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Nilai Exp(B) sebesar 2,445 maka mahasiswa dengan tingkat spiritualitas rendah lebih beresiko mengalami stres akademik sedang-berat sebesar 2,445 kali dibandingkan mahasiswa dengan tingkat spiritualitas tinggi, sedangkan variabel aktivitas fisik bukan faktor prediktor stres akademik. Kesimpulan : Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa spiritualitas merupakan faktor prediktor tingkat stres akademik di masa post pandemi COVID-19 pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Problems occurred at the existing highway transportation in the city of Pekanbaru in between Oplet, City Bus and Metro Trans because of the low level of mobility and accessibility in transportation such as the operating system, the frequency of arrival on the uncertain transportation, the operation of urban transport is still the old already as Oplet and City Bus, and not of route diversion transport routes new oplet intersecting route Trans Metro Pekanbaru.A common purpose is to research described by the management of transportation department of transportation Pekanbaru. This is cityhe methodology, qualitative study data collection techniques used is, documentation, interviews and observation.
