Thesis with the title: “Ushul Fiqh Application Toward The Chapter of Al-Baqarah based on As Sa’dy” is written by Kamaluddin for Master Degree in Syari’ah Islamiyyah, in Islamic Law Program. It has been known that Al Qur`anul Karim is the most important Syar’i statement which any general rule/guidance can be derived from this book in order to summarize law. Every Learner will not get any benefit in their study if they do not study or they do not pay attention toward the translation of verses in Al Qur’an, especially translation that focuses on Ushul Fiqh dimension. The benefit are including several examples of Ushul Fiqh which are easy to be used in practice. The ignorance toward ushul fiqh dimension will be a barrier for learners to understand ushul fiqh rule/regulation which is concluded from Al-Qur’an verses, in addition, this lack of attention will also hinder the lerners to understand the practical use of this ushul fiqh rule/regulation.As Syaikh ‘Abdur Rahman As Sa’dy – may Allah Subhanawataala bless him – is one of scholars (‘Ulama`) among other scholars who focuses on practical Ushul Fiqh’s rule/regulation from Al Quran, Where he mentions many rules / regulations in the chapter of albaqarah, therefore the author makes it as the title of this study. The aim of this study are: To understand ushul fiqh rule/regulation which is written by A Sa’dy – may Allah Subhanawataala bless him – in his translation toward Al Baqarah. To understand the practical use of As Sa’dy Ushul Fiqh – may Allah Subhanawataala bless him – through his translation toward Al Baqarah. To prove practical appropriateness of As Sa’dy Ushul Fiqh – may Allah Subhanawataala bless him – through his Ushul Fiqh theory which can be found in his book: Ar Risalah Al Lathifah and Al Qawa’id Al Hisan. The design of this study is deductive analysis explanatory, using logical approach. The result of this study as follows: As Sa’dy – may Allah Subhanawataala bless him – his translation of Al The Chapter of Baqarah has discussed the majority of Ushul Fiqh issues, which is around fifty Ushul Fiqh rules/regulations. He - may Allah Subhanawataala bless him – has already linked Ushul Fiqh rule/regulation with examples from Al Qur’an, which can provide benefit toward learners and scholars in order to provide more practical examples for clearer explanation. Ushul Fiqh practice of As Sa’dy – may Allah Subhanawataala bless him – also well-matched with his Ushul Fiqh theory in his book called: ArRisalah Al Lathifah and Al Qawa’id Al Hisan. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Kelas X MAN Poso Pesisir

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran AIR (Auditory Intellectually Repetition) terhadap  kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa  kelas X MAN Poso Pesisir. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen kuasi menggunakan desain Prates-Pascates yang tidak Ekuivalen (the non equivalen, Pretest-Postest Design). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam bentuk tes esai berjumlah 5 nomor soal. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh rerata skor pretest kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas kontrol adalah 5,40 dengan standar deviasi 2,09, untuk rerata skor posttest adalah 6,48 dengan standar deviasi 2,35. Untuk kelas eksperimen diperoleh rerata skor pretest 5,50 dengan standar deviasi 2,26, sedangkan untuk rerata skor posttest adalah 9,57 dengan standar deviasi 2,80. Analisis data tes dilakukan dengan teknik statistic uji-t dua pihak untuk menguji perbedaan rerata skor kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Diperoleh nilai hasil thitung = 4,92 dan ttabel = t0,975(51) = 2,02. Ini berarti bahwa nilai thitungberada di luar daerah penerimaan H0. Ciacia Language Maintenance through "House of Culture" Model

Local language maintenance has been remarkably attended recently following massive extinction of languages for having been rarely used and not transmitted well to younger generation. This paper reports the findings of a study related to a model which is evidently useful to preserve local language use among students with less comprehension to their local language. The developed model employs local short stories as tools for language perseverance by means of project making which requires students' active participation mingling with the language. The study indicates that local culture and tradition like short stories is apparently favorable to support and promote the use of local language among students. Thus, it is highly recommended that local culture and tradition be cultivated and developed to preserve language maintenance and involve language users directly and consciously towards language survival

Pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa guru SMK yang telah menggunakan PMM sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru-guru SMK, observasi terhadap penggunaan PMM dalam proses pembelajaran, dan analisis dokumen terkait penerapan PMM. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami persepsi dan pengalaman para guru dalam penerapan PMM dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kompetensi mengajar di SMK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan PMM secara signifikan meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SMK. PMM menyediakan akses yang lebih baik terhadap sumber daya pendidikan, pelatihan, dan kolaborasi antar guru. Para guru juga dapat berbagi pengalaman dan praktik terbaik, serta mendapatkan akses ke materi pembelajaran terbaru. Selain itu, PMM memungkinkan guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengajar teknik-teknik kejuruan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan di SMK, khususnya dalam penggunaan teknologi dan platform online untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi pihak terkait dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan PMM sebagai alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan guru

Dampak Globalisasi Media Televisi di Lingkungan Pedesaan

Adanya pengaruh globalisasi pada televisi memberikan dampak berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan masyarakat pedesaan,  baik pada aspek ekonomi, social, budaya dan teknologi dapat merubah pola kehidupan masyarakat kearah modernitas. Tujuan artikel ini menjelaskan  dampak globalisasi televisi di lingkungan pendesaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan dekriptif. Subjek penelitian yang telah dilibatkan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu kepala desa, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh pemuda, staf desa dan masyarakat lainnya.  Pengumpulan data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan observasi, interview, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan model analisis  interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak globalisasi televisi di lingkungan pedesaan telah mengalami akulturasi budaya modern seperti adanya perubahan pola kehidupan masyarakat desa yang biasanya anti menonton film, hidup penuh dengan kebudayaan lokal telah bergeser ke arah pola kehidupan konsumtif televisi mulai tingkat anak-anak berupa menonton film seperti anak-anak muda akrab dengan karakter seperti Batman, Superman, Popeye, Mighty Mouse, Tom and Jerry, Woody Woodpecker, dan banyak lainnya. Dalam nada yang sama, kartun Jepang seperti Dora Emon, Candy Candy, Sailoor Moon, Dragon Ball, dan Naruto Shippuden. Sementara orang dewasa termasuk orang tua konsumtif misalnya waktu menonton acara televisi di siang hari selama sekitar 3/4 jam dan di malam hari selama lebih dari 5 jam, tetapi mayoritas orang tua menontonnya pada waktu tertentu, khususnya di malam hari, Anak-anak dan remaja, di sisi lain, menghabiskan banyak waktu di depan televisi, terutama pada hari libur, hari Minggu, dan hari-hari biasa lainnya ketika mereka menonton televisi. Jadi dampak globalisasi televisi bagi masyarakat pedesaan telah membawa perubahan sosial dalam kehidupan masyarakat menjadi masyarakat konsumtif informasi televisi dan media massa lainnya.The influence of globalization on television has an impact on various aspects of the life of rural communities, both in economic, social, cultural and technological aspects can change the pattern of people's lives towards modernity. The purpose of this article is to explain the impact of television globalization in rural areas. The research method uses qualitative research, with a descriptive approach. Research subjects who have been involved in data collection are village heads, religious leaders, community leaders, youth leaders, village staff and other communities. Data collection has been done using observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis has been carried out using an interactive analysis model. The results show that the impact of television globalization in rural areas has experienced acculturation of modern culture such as a change in the pattern of life of rural people who are usually anti-movie, living full of local culture has shifted towards a television consumptive life pattern starting at the children's level in the form of watching films such as young children are familiar with characters such as Batman, Superman, Popeye, Mighty Mouse, Tom and Jerry, Woody Woodpecker, and many others. In the same vein, Japanese cartoons like Dora Emon, Candy Candy, Sailoor Moon, Dragon Ball, and Naruto Shippuden. While adults, including consumptive parents, for example, watching television shows during the day for about 3/4 hours and at night for more than 5 hours, but the majority of parents watch it at certain times, especially at night. , on the other hand, spend a lot of time in front of the television, especially on holidays, Sundays, and other ordinary days when they watch television. So the impact of television globalization for rural communities has brought social changes in people's lives into a consumer society of television information and other mass media.
