    PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN DYE TUNGGAL DAN DYE CAMPURAN ANTOSIANIN-KLOROFIL TERHADAP EFISIENSI KERJA DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL (DSSC)

    Research on the performance of Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) using single dye, mixture of anthocyanin and chlorophyll has been done. The purpose of this study was to identification influence the type of dye to the working efficiency of DSSC. This research included in experimental research. The working electrode of DSSC was made of dyes from dragon fruit, red spinach, pandanus leaves, cassava leaves and made of TiO2 semiconductor that superimposed with doctor blade method on FTO glass. While the counter electrode was made of 2B pencil carbon-soot a candle flame. Measurements absorbance of each type of dye using spectrophotometer UV-Vis to determine the absorbance values of each type of dye, the highest absorbance at dye mixture from dragon fruit- pandanus leaves. Measurement of currents and voltages using a multimeter with a light source of the sun to determine the efficiency of DSSC, the best efficiency values obtained in DSSC that used dye mixture from dragon fruit-pandanus leaves is equel to 0,002829091% and red spinach-cassava leaves is equel to 0,002222504%. The usage of dye mixture can improve efficiency of DSSC

    This research aimed to produce magnetites from the residue of iron sand extract solution in HCl and the effect of silica encapsulation on the magnetite used XRD, SEM and FTIR characterization tools. The crystal size tended to increase in the magnetite encapsulated by silica (K (6%), L (9%), N (24%) and O (36%), because the perfect condensation and hydrolysis of the encapsulation material, while the M sample (12%) decreased the crystal size of 17.41 nm because the hydrolysis and condensation of the sample did not occur completely. The crystals in magnetite before and after being encapsulated with silica did not change. The transmittance of the typical functional groups of magnetite (Fe-O) and the typical functional groups of silica (Si-O-Si) tends to decrease after encapsulation with silica which caused the infrared absorbance of the molecules to increase high so that the presence of magnetite and silica is higher in the silica encapsulated sample The effect of variations in silica concentration on SEM characterization results is reduced agglomeration, particles that coincide and stick to the sample as the silica concentration increased with the smallest particle size found in the M sample (12%), namely the range of 10-50 nm. The residue of the iron sand extract solution with HCl can form nanomagnetites with an average particle size range below 100 nm

    This study aims to analyze the research trends of students' misconceptions of physics at the high school level and their diagnostic instruments. The research method used was literature study through bibliometric analysis. The research data were obtained from 25 articles selected through Publish or Perish on the Scopus database indicated from 2016 to 2020. The selected articles have the same type of diagnostic test instrument with several levels (Multiple-Tier) in high school students. The results of data analysis show that the publication of misconception articles of students at the high school level in the last five years has increased and increased, which means that misconceptions are still the focus of current research and the problem of misconceptions in physics is still common among high school students. The cause of the majority of students 'misconceptions in physics occurs due to internal factors in the form of incompatibility of students' preconceptions with the concept of scientists. The development of the Four-Tier test diagnostic instrument is a method to detect the misconceptions of physics that are often developed in research, because it is more effective and more accurate in identifying student misconceptions and the material that is often studied for misconceptions is mechanics. In addition, this study also reveals that Ida Kaniawati is the author who contributed the most to research misconceptions of physics and Taslidere's article (2016) is one of the most cited articles

    The study aims to develop the physics instructional toolkit based on scientific approach which is eligible for learning and to investigate whether the physics instructional toolkit based on scientific approach developed can improve soft skills and hard skills of senior high school students. The study was conducted through a research and development adapting the Borg & Gall model. The steps of the study consisted of pre-research and collecting information, planning, developing preliminary form of product, testing preliminary field, revising main product, testing main field, and revising operational product. The data collection techniques were interview, observation, test, and questionnaire. The data were analysed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using MANOVA at the 0.05 significance level.The results of the study are the physics instructional toolkit based on scientific approach developed is eligible for learning based on expert judgements and the result of testing field and there is a significant difference in the mean of soft skills and hard skills gain of Β students between those who learned through physics instructional toolkit based on scientific approach developed and those who learned by conventional instructional toolkit

    ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SERTA KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA SMA PADA MATERI HUKUM NEWTON

    This study aims to identify the level of critical thinking skills of high school students in Newton's Law material. To determine the level of learning independence of high school students. To determine the relationship between student learning independence and critical thinking skills of class XI high school students on Newton's Law material. The subjects of this study consisted of 20 high school students of class XI. The data collection research instruments used were critical thinking essay tests, independent learning questionnaires and interviews. The essay test is a question of describing critical thinking skills in Newton's law material. The essay test consists of 5 items given to the research subject. Then, interviews were conducted with 6 respondents who were randomly selected. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that the students 'critical thinking skills are in the sufficient category with an average presentation of 59%, while the students' learning independence is in the good category. Then based on the results of the analysis of the two variables using the Spearman rank test using SPSS, it was found that the two variables did not have a significant relationship. This is indicated by the r count value of 0.256 then compared with the r table value of 0.450. The correlation value is in the weak category

    This study aims to determine the effect of a conceptual problem solving (CPS) approach on students' physics representation and problem-solving abilities. The research design was a quasi experiment with a pretest-posstest nonquivalent group design. The study population was all students of Class XI MIA SMA Negeri 2 Palu. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Class XI MIA 1 as the experimental class and Class XI MIA 2 as the control class. Data analysis using t-test using SPSS 22.0 application at a significance level of 0.05 with the prerequisite test for normality and homogeneity. The results of the statistical test of representation ability obtained Sig. = 0,000 and problem-solving Sig. = 0.000 with criteria to accept Ho if Sig. > 0.05 and reject H0 if Sig. <0.05. Sig value. <0.05 so that Ho is rejected with the conclusion that there is an effect of the conceptual problem solving (CPS) approach on students' physics representation and problem-solving abilities

    This study aimed to see the effect of using learning models guided inquiry assisted by PhET simulations of students' science process skills at material on reflection and light refraction at SMP Negeri 4 Telaga. The research method used is experimental research with a quantitative approach and use study design One Group Pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques through tests essay. The collected data were processed and analyzed using the t test statistic, where the test results The hypothesis will be based on the minimum completeness criteria, namely 70. From the results of hypothesis testing obtained t arithmetic amounted to 5.08 and the t table for 1.71, so the value of t arithmetic greater than t table can It is concluded that H i is rejected, in this case H 0 is accepted. Based on the normalized gain results Also obtained a result of 0.721 this means it is in the high category. This matter shows that the use of guided inquiry learning model assisted by PhET Simulations have a positive effect on students' science process skills

    This study aimed to describe the process of students' metacognition in solving physics problems on linear motion. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XI IPA 5 SMA Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu. 6 respondents were selected from 34 students who represented high, medium and Β low category that consisted of 2 respondents each category. The selection of respondents was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected through observation, written essay tests and interviews. The research data were analyzed through a descriptive-qualitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis and conformity with metacognitive indicators, it showed that the high category students' metacognition fulfills all the problem-solving steps, so that the high category students are at the Reflective Use metacognitive level. Based on the results of the analysis and conformity with the metacognitive indicators, it showed that the students' metacognition in the medium and low categories have not fulfilled all the problem-solving steps, so that the middle and low category students are at the Aware Use metacognitive level

    This study aims to determine whether there was an effect of the Post Solution Posing Problem Posing learning model with the Buzz Group method on student learning outcomes. This research was a quasi-experimental design with an equivalent pretest-posttest group design. The population of this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sigi. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 28 students in class XI MIPA 1 as the experimental group and class XI MIPA 3 with 28 students as a control group. The instrument for learning physics was a multiple-choice test that has been validated. The test of physics learning outcomes obtained showed the average value of the experimental group was 14.79 with a standard deviation of 2.32. Meanwhile in the control class obtained an average value of 12.50 with a standard deviation of 2.54. The t-test hypothesis test (two parties) was obtained tcount = 3.45 and ttable = 2.00 at the real level = 0.05. It shows that tcount was outside the H0 acceptance area. So it can be concluded that there was an effect of the Post Solution Posing Problem Posing learning model with the Buzz Group method on student learning outcomes

    PENGEMBANGAN BUKU ELEKTRONIK FISIKA DASAR BERBASIS PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK PADA MATERI FLUIDA STATIS DAN DINAMIS

    This study aims to describe how the process of developing E-Book on Basic Physics material and to find out students' perceptions of E-Books based on scientific approaches on Static and Dynamic Fluid materials. This research design uses a research and development design with a 4D model which consists of four stages; define, design, develop, and disseminate. The data were analysed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative. From 34 respondents in the 2019 class of physics education at Jambi University, more than 50% revealed that basic physics material is difficult to understand. In the Static and Dynamic Fluid material, it has a difficulty percentage of 58%. As many as 94% of students need additional teaching materials and have never used teaching materials based on a scientific approach in the process of basic physics courses. The results of the validation by the experts of materials and media indicated that the E-Book were feasible to be tested with agree criteria. The E-Book trial shows that the overall indicator given based on student perceptions was 52 in the very good category
