Potential Development Management of Students in Islam

This study aimed to investigate and describe the management of developing potential students based on Islamic views. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of the research were Madrasah supervisors, Madrasah headmasters, and the teachers. The results of the study showed that the development of potential students when referring to the objectives of national education in particular and development, in general, is to create "Total Man" by creating human beings who has complete characteristics, harmonious, and balanced in the development of all aspects of his personality. Humans as a whole are individuals who can reach all relationships with God, with the environment or natural surroundings, with other humans in a constructive social life and with themselves. Management of the development of potential students based on Islamic views stipulates that new education will end when someone dies. Physically, seeking knowledge will end when someone dies, but the process of seeking knowledge continues to an infinite limit

Pengaruh bimbingan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar PAI siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Jogorogo Kabupaten Ngawi

ABSTRAK Prestasi belajar dan bimbingan orang tua dua hal yang saling mempengaruhi. belajar merupakan perubahan perilaku secara relatif permanen dan secara potensial terjadi sebagai hasil praktek atau penguatan yang dilandasi oleh tujuan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Sedangkan prestasi belajar dapat diraih dari beberapa faktor. diantaranya faktor internal meliputi: aspek fisiologis, aspek psikologis, bakat siswa, minat siswa, motivasi siswa. Sedangkang faktor eksternalnya meliputi faktor keluarga, faktor sekolah dan faktor masyarakat. Dalam faktor keluarga itu peran pentingnya adalah bimbingan orang tua pada anaknya yang juga menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini. Pendidikan agama Islam adalah suatu proses kegiatan pembinaan atau mendidik kepada anak atau peserta didik untuk mencapai kedewasaan kepribadian yang sesuai dengan ajaran atau tuntunan muslim yaitu berdasarkan al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan besarnya pengaruh bimbingan orang tua dalam hal bimbingan belajar kepada anak terhadap prestasi belajar PAI Siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Jogorogo Kabupaten Ngawi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional, yaitu penelitian yang dituntut untuk menggunakan angka mulai dari pengambilan data hingga penampilan dari hasilnya dan tujuannya untuk menemukan ada tidaknya hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket/kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengetahui bimbingan belajar orang tua. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan ditunjukkan dengan Nilai (5.952) > (2,000) dan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 jadi Ho (ditolak) secara parsial X (Bimbingan orang tua) berpengaruh terhadap Y (Prestasi belajar) dengan searah. Dari katerangan tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya bimbingan belajar dari orang tua yang semakin baik berarti akan dapat menaikkan prestasi belajar siswa. Learning is a behavior changing which is relatively permanent and potentially happened as the practice or reinforcement that is influenced by some certain purpose to get them. More over, learning achievement may appears because some factors. There are internal faktor student interert, student motivation, moreover, ekternal faktor comprises family factor, school fakcor and Sosial faktor. Islamic education is a process of coaching or educating the children or learners to reach maturity in accordance with the teachings of the personality or the guidance of Muslims is based on al-Quran and as-Sunnah The aim of this research is to exsplain the influence parents guidance in study guidance to student abaout PAI learning achievement SMPN 1 grade VIII Jogorogo Kabupaten Ngawi. In this research, the researcher uses quantitative approach by using correlation research, it is a research that mush use number since collecting the data until showing the data, it also aims to find the relation among variables’ , the research uses questionnaire as an instrument research that used to know parents guidance. Simple linier regression analysis is used as the way to analyze in this research. The result of simple linier regression shows there are significance influence that indicates by value (5,952) > (2,000) and significance value is 0,000 < 0,05. Pengaruh Selebgram Endorsement Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Minat Beli Di Online Shop Pada Masa Pandemi (Studi kasus pada Infusionmalang_Catalouge)

Abstrack This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of celebrity endorsements and product quality on buying interest on Instagram online shop.  The object of this research is the followers of Infusionmalang_catalogue  with a total sample of 99 respondents who have an interest in buying at Infusionmalang_catalogue . The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.  Characteristics of respondents were taken from Followers Infusionmalang_catalogue  who have an average age of 18-30 years with the status of workers and students. This study aimed to analyze: 1) The effect of the image on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin Syari’ah. 2) The effect of service quality on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin Syari’ah. 3) Effect of trust on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin yari’ah. 4) The effect of the image, quality and trust services together on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin Syari'ah. PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF TERHADAP KINERJA SISWA

Artikel ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kemampuan kognitif dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik. Artikel ini menjelaskan peran variabel hubungan guru-siswa dan penilaian pembelajaran dalam mendorong munculnya motivasi belajar siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 135 guru kelas 5 dan 6 di 17 sekolah dasar di wilayah Polonia Medan, Indonesia. Analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap asosiasi belajar dan evaluasi kinerja siswa melalui motivasi belajar dan kemampuan kognitif dengan korelasi yang signifikan (p &lt; 0,05). Hasil dari artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa merupakan perantara yang mempengaruhi kemampuan kognitif dan kinerja akademik siswa di kelas.Artikel ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kemampuan kognitif dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik. RANTAI NILAI BERAS IR64 DI KECAMATAN WANAREJA KABUPATEN CILACAP

This research aimed to describe the supply chain of IR64 Rice Variety, to analyze the supply chain management of IR64 Rice Variety, and to analyze the value chain of the rice variety in Wanareja Sub-District of Cilacap Regency. The research method used was survey with non-random Purposive Sampling technique. The number of respondents were 15 farmers, 5 retailers, 5 merchant collectors and 5 wholesalers of IR64 rice variety. The research was conducted for six months, starting from July 2017 until January 2018.The results showed that the commerce agents of IR64 rice variety trading in Wanareja sub-district were farmers, merchant collectors, wholesalers and retailers. The chamber of commerce is divided into three types: the first channels, the second channels and the third channels. The function of supply chain of IR64 rice variety included role of the trading agents like IR64 rice variety farmers who run a role as merchantmen in the process of producing and selling IR64 rice variety. Meanwhile merchant collectors, wholesalers and retailers run their roles in storaging, purchasing and selling the rice variety. The farmer's marketing efficiency was 18% and the added value was IDR 10.486.100, for one harvest season. While the merchant collector's marketing efficiency was 95.56%, marketing margin was IDR 24 per kg of rice and distribution of marketing margin was 97.42%. The wholesalers' marketing efficiency was 94.54%, marketing margin was IDR 120, - per kg of rice and distribution of marketing margin is 98.70%. The retailer's marketing efficiency is 94.92%, marketing margin IDR 420, - per kg of rice and 95.78% marketing margin distribution. The value added of merchant collectors, wholesalers and retailers were IDR 1.402.000, -; IDR 4.840.400, - and IDR 938.000, -. The analysis of value chain of IR64 rice variety in Wanareja Sub-district of Cilacap Regency showed that value of marketing efficiency, marketing margin, marketing distribution and value added obtained by farmers, merchant collectors, wholesalers and retailers were efficient and profitable

The Interplay Between Academic Procrastination and Research Anxiety Toward Research Courses of Rural-College EFL Students

This current research aimed to investigate the relationship between EFL learners’ academic procrastination and their anxiety toward research courses across types, levels, gender, and grades. It involved sixty-seven EFL learners as participants of the correlational study employing the Research Anxiety Rating Scale (RARS) and Procrastination Assessment Scale – Students (PASS). The results revealed a strong correlation between library anxiety and writing test, writing preparation and examination, and writing supervision. On the other hand, negative correlations included preparation for exams and library anxiety, research writing and research competence, procrastination in the test, and reading exercises. The findings also revealed that learners tended to be anxious toward research courses and rationales toward procrastination. In terms of research anxiety across gender, female learners dominated males. Surprisingly, male learners outperformed females in academic procrastination. In terms of the grade difference, junior EFL learners outperformed senior learners in procrastination and anxiety
