    Psychoeducational Teaching in Islamic Religious Education Learning: A Solution to Overcoming Toxic Culture Among Students

    The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject teachers in overcoming toxic culture that develops in the student environment, providing positive values to students by guiding students towards academic success, personal growth, and future readiness. This study focuses on the methods used by PAI teachers to overcome Toxic Culture and how the application of PAI Psychoeducation Teaching as an effort to overcome toxic culture is considered important to prevent toxic culture in students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations and surveys. The subjects of this research were 3 PAI teachers and students at SMK Karsa Mulya. The results of this study indicate that Psychoeducational Teaching conducted by PAI teachers is very effective (94.93%) as an effort to overcome toxic culture in students. The methods used were dialogical methods and project-based learning methods, while the aspects of psychoeducational teaching implementation included group counseling sessions, integration of teaching materials with social issues, and evaluation and feedback

    Learning Strategy to Read The Qur\u27an Online Using The At-Tibyan Method

    This research aims to describe the implementation of the At-Tibyan method in read the Al-Qur’an online at Graha Qur’an Wadi Mubarak, as well as the strategies and factors that support or inhbiting  read the Al-Qur’an online using the At-Tibyan method. The research methodology employed is qualitative research, with 7 participants involved. Data analysis follows the Miles Huberman analysis approach, involving data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The research findings indicate that the At-Tibyan method used in read the Al-Qur’an online at Graha Qur’an Wadi Mubarak involves preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages, and is supported by factors such as qualified instructors and active participant involvement. However, challenges such as poor internet connectivity and limited participant engagement are also encountered

    Kiai Leadership Strategy in Building Organizational Commitment in Pesantren

    This research aims to analyze the strategy of kiai in building organizational commitment in Pesantren Al Islam Kemuja Bangka and Pesantren Daarul Abror Kace Bangka. These strategic steps included how kiai laid the foundation of its organization, established closeness with subordinates, built togetherness, and appreciated subordinates\u27 performance. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study type. To obtain research data, researchers used in-depth interviews, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis began with data condensation, presentation and ended with drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study showed that kiais\u27 strategies n building organizational commitment in two pesantren were different and closely related to their leadership type. In detail, the Pesantren Al Islam Bangka was led by a spiritual kiai, so that in building the commitment of the caregiver organization began with orienting the mission of the pesantren to da\u27wah, approaching subordinates through inspiring examples, building togetherness through close and warm communication, and appreciating subordinates with an emotionally and spiritually supportive attitude. While at Pesantren Daarul Abror Bangka, it was led by visionary kiai who build the commitment of caregiver organizations by formulating the mission of the pesantren according to the wishes of subordinates, establishing relationships by creating commensurate organizational value, building togetherness through solid teamwork, and appreciating subordinates with full delegation of authority.

    Implementation of the Islamic Program to Increase the Religiosity of Students

    This study aims to analyse the implementation of Islamic programs to increase students\u27 religious values at SMP Negeri 4 Pallangga. The problem underlying this study is the importance of instilling religious values ​​early on through religious programs in the school environment. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a field research type. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, while the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. This study shows that the Islamic religious education program at SMP Negeri 4 Pallangga has succeeded in increasing students\u27 religiosity through structured religious activities, such as congregational prayers, religious lectures, and religious competitions. These activities also shape students\u27 religious character, increasing discipline, concern, and mutual respect. In addition, religious activities strengthen social relationships between students, creating a harmonious environment. Support from teachers, students, and parents and regular evaluation of this program ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of program implementation

    This research aims to analyze program factors, implementation, evaluation and barriers to curriculum integration between Ma\u27had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah and the Faculty of Islamic Religion (FAI) Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (UMSU) in the Integrated Undergraduate Program. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research findings show; 1) The curriculum integration program between Ma\u27had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah and FAI UMSU in the Integrated Undergraduate Program is a strategic collaboration to provide service diplomas to students, as well as facilitate students to continue higher education and improve the quality of Islamic education. 2) Implementation of curriculum integration between Ma\u27had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah and FAI UMSU in the Integrated Undergraduate Program is carried out through three aspects, namely integration of lecture schedules, integration of courses, and integration of assessments. 3) Evaluation of curriculum integration between Ma\u27had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah and FAI UMSU in the Integrated Undergraduate Program is carried out every semester. This program is able to provide positive impacts such as stability in student numbers, increasing student interest in learning, increasing the number of students with various abilities. 4) Obstacles in implementing curriculum integration between Ma\u27had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah include; lack of communication and coordination, time and cost constraints, delays and division of focus, curriculum changes, and students\u27 perceptions of the value of knowledge

    Quality Management of Islamic Homeschooling Services at Ahsani Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Bandung City

    This research aims to analyze the quality management of Islamic Homeschooling services at PKBM Ahsani, Bandung City. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was conducted through interviews with PKBM leaders, teachers, and staff, direct observation of the learning process, and study of documents related to policies and curriculum. Qualitative data analysis through thematic analysis was conducted. This research found that first, PKBM Ahsani Bandung which provided Islamic Homeschooling services, needed to pay attention to the learning outcomes implemented, and paid attention to the quality of human resources, especially in terms of character and high creative ability. Service quality management was mandatory for PKBM considering the high desire of parents to obtain a good educational environment for their children. Second, The Blended Learning Learning Model was the choice of PKBM Ahsani in providing Islamic Homeschooling services because it was considered effective for the implementation of Islamic Homeschooling student equality education programs. Islamic Homeschooling could develop their own curriculum and had flexibility in Islamic Homeschooling time management so that the vision of Islamic Homeschooling could be achieved

    Fostering Student Discipline Through a Persuasive Approach

    This research aims to identify the factors causing students\u27 lack of discipline, understand the implementation of a persuasive approach in fostering student discipline, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing a persuasive approach to fostering student discipline. The type of research is qualitative. There are three informants. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research findings are as follows: The causes of students\u27 lack of discipline include a lack of respect from students, their environment, and the crucial role of the family in shaping students\u27 character; The implementation of the persuasive approach in fostering student discipline was carried out according to the plan agreed upon by the madrasah principal and teachers, resulting in students displaying disciplined behavior, adhering to rules, and engaging in positive activities; Supporting factors for the persuasive approach include teachers\u27 understanding of the persuasive approach itself and the cooperation of all teachers. The inhibiting factor in student discipline is the inconsistency in understanding among school members regarding the persuasive approach. The research location is at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadi\u27ien, Sumber Makmur, Kampar Regency

    Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan Curriculum in Muhammadiyah Secondary School: An Analysis of Implementation and Development Material

    This study aims to analyze the implementation and development of the Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK) curriculum at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative method with a focus on evaluating curriculum implementation and material development. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of curriculum documents. The results of the study show that although the implementation of the Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) curriculum at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta has been going well, there are several challenges that need to be overcome, such as limited time in the implementation of classroom learning and the need to innovate teaching methods so that students are more interested. Not only that, the quality of teachers is a crucial fact in the implementation of the curriculum. This research provides insight into the importance of developing a curriculum that is adaptive to the changing times and student needs, as well as improving teacher competence in teaching Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah subjects

    Character Building Through Differentiated Learning of Islamic Religious Education in the Digital Era

    This study aims to explore the implementation of differentiated learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as a means of character development in the digital era at MI Al-Khoiriyah Banyuasin, South Sumatra. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach aimed at analyzing the processes and dynamics of implementing differentiated learning in building students\u27 character through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the digital era. This study employs a case study design to examine the implementation of differentiated learning in elementary schools. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals, and students, as well as document analysis, including lesson plans and student work. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman\u27s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that the implementation of differentiated learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), supported by digital technology, effectively enhances students\u27 character development. For example, through personalized learning tasks and digital platforms, students demonstrate improved discipline, responsibility, and collaboration skills, reflecting stronger character values. The use of digital media, such as educational apps and videos, enhances the understanding of religious values and fosters positive attitudes, such as discipline, empathy, and tolerance. This approach allows students to develop according to their potential, making character internalization more effective and relevant

    Decision Making Process in Accelerating Educational Transformation Management

    The aim of this research is to determine the decision-making process and management of educational transformation at the Mamba\u27ul \u27Ulum Islamic Institute, Surakarta. The research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, literature searches and documentation. Data was analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interaction analysis model, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data through triangulation of data sources. The research results show that the decision-making process at the Mamba\u27ul \u27Ulum Surakarta Islamic Institute goes through four stages: problem identification, situation analysis, problem formulation and decision. The management of educational transformation is based on the vision of becoming a world class Islamic Institute characterized by Islam rahmatan lil \u27alamin producing individuals with strong faith, lots of knowledge and good deeds by 2035. The educational transformation carried out is: First, the leadership style at IIM Surakarta has transformed to become more democratic. Second, the transformation of higher education governance conventional services to digital-based services. Third, financial management is transformed into outputs and outcomes based. Fourth, the learning method is transformed into blended learning. Fifth, the pattern of cooperation that tends to be formal in meeting accreditation demands is transforming into one based on outcomes and the principle of usefulness
