Son muchos los pintores de diferentes épocas y estilos artísticos los que han tratado en sus lienzos el tema del juego en general, y de los juegos tradicionales en particular, como por ejemplo:Fragonard, Chardin, Goya, Rembrandt, Sorolla, Hogarth, Matisse, Gauguín, Brueghel, Dalí, Picasso, etc. En este artículo, tras una revisión y análisis de las fuentes documentales e iconográficas sobre la historia de la pintura, se expone una recopilación de cuadros en los que se pueden reconocer juegos que se han practicado durante siglos, asociándolos al mundo de lafilatelia, o que han sido recordados en emisiones postales

La formación profesional como política pública de estabilidad

Beginning with the concept of governability, and of the different levels of governance, educational policy is considered to constitute the key stone on which democratic political systems of countries with developed and industrialized societies maintain, stabilize and empower themselves. And it is precisely from the growing levels of training of the citizens in these countries where said societies and States move toward some degrees of economic prosperity and social peace that, taken as a whole, permit the consoli- dation, stabilization and democratization of the systems. With that, this work seeks to move closer to the study of educational policy, specifically, through regulated and unregulated training paths. The thesis used in this report rests on the recognition of the determinant importance which educational policy has on the governability and participatory democratic strengthening of a political system, shaping itself as the strategic factor of public action. The progress of a country and its levels of economic development and social wellbeing are going to depend decisively and ultimately on how the variable named human capital is managed. A series of recommendations and guidelines which influence the improvement of those factors which aid good governance may be derived from an analysis of educational policy. This study will tackle the change of the paradigm experienced in said policy, which at the same time must frame itself in the theoretical concept of Sozialstaat and in the later evolution and crisis of the Welfare State

The transformations that archives are going through should have their reflection in the educational and social role that they play. In that sense, we proceed on the basis that every document can be pedagogically communicated, whatever its nature or the audience to which it is directed. On the other hand, through the content of archival documents, we become aware of great social changes that have taken place over time, especially those related to women’s history. To show that part of our history and raise awareness about the need to continue working for gender equality, we have developed a workshop for 2nd and 4th-year students from E.S.O. We use a participatory approach to show documents from the 16th to the 20th century, trying to capture their attention and promoting debate at all times

Patrimonio bibliográfico fuera de las bibliotecas: los fondos judiciales del Archivo Histórico Provincial de Córdoba

Often the printing shops resorted to the printing of small documents, which allowed them to remain active. Despite being abundant, many of these have not been preserved. The minor forms that we find in the archives present a double nature: bibliographic and archival. In the latter case, the forms must have a producer entity, functional origins, date, place of production and a substantive content. They must also respond to archival paradigms: the origin principle, the life cycle of documents and the continuity of documents. We collect the printed documents from the Rute Local Justice fund. These forms are produced for the most part by the Chancery of Granada, and addressed to the Judges and Justice of Rute. They are signed between 1778 and 1833. They are also short, from 1 to 8 pages, and the folio format predominates. They do not cater to literary tastes but to the development of the functions of an institution. Normally they do not have title proper, nor data of impression

Conjugative relaxases as drivers of protein and DNA translocation through Type IV Secretion Systems: biological and biotechnological implications

Este trabajo se ha centrado en el estudio de diferentes aspectos de la actividad integrasa de las relaxasas conjugativas. Hemos analizado la relación entre la capacidad de oligomerizar de las relaxasas en presencia de su ADN diana y de catalizar la integración del ADN, utilizando como modelo la relaxasa TrwC. También, hemos estudiado el posible papel biológico de esta reacción en la colonización de huéspedes no permisivos. Además, hemos analizado la habilidad de la relaxasa MobA del plásmido RSF1010 en mediar la transferencia de ADN a una célula eucariota a través del SST4 del patógeno B. henselae, así como de promover la integración de este ADN en el genoma eucariota. Finalmente, hemos estudiado el potencial uso biotecnológico de las relaxasas conjugativas como sistemas de envío de ADN y proteínas, fusionando la relaxasa TrwC a la proteína Cas12a. Hemos comprobado que la proteína de fusión es activa y funcional en la célula receptora procariota, tras ser translocada a través del SST4.This work has focused on the study of different aspects of the integrase activity of conjugative relaxases. We have analyzed the relationship between the ability of relaxases to oligomerize in the presence of their target DNA and to catalyze DNA integration, using the TrwC relaxase as a model. Also, we have studied the possible biological role of this reaction in the colonization of non-permissive hosts. Furthermore, we have analyzed the ability of the MobA relaxase from plasmid RSF1010 to mediate the transfer of DNA to a eukaryotic cell through the T4SS of the pathogen B. henselae, as well as to promote the integration of this DNA into the eukaryotic genome. Finally, we have studied the potential biotechnological use of conjugative relaxases as DNA and protein delivery systems, fusing the TrwC relaxase to the Cas12a protein. The investigation has been carried out in four schools which follow two different teaching methodologies. This has enabled us to analyze how the use of a certain teaching methodology or strategy influences the communicative competence in English and the ease with which the language is spoken. The analysis of the data gathered has led us to the proposal of improvements to make the teaching of English more effective
