FORMATION OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH COMPETENCIES OF LAW STUDENTS

The practical activity of a lawyer involves a comprehensive analysis of various legal situations, the search for optimal ways to resolve them, the use of analogies, generalization, development and substantiation of new legal positions (including based on doctrinal sources), that is, it contains elements of the researcher's work. With this in mind, one of the important components in teaching legal students is the formation of their research competencies. The purpose of this study is to prepare proposals for improving approaches to the formation of scientific research competencies of students of legal specialties. During the research, formal legal, sociological and other methods of scientific knowledge were used. As a result of the study, proposals were substantiated for the formation of scientific research competencies of law students, based on the logic of scientific research in the field of law. These proposals imply consistent training of law students to work with facts of reality, scientific facts, scientific problems and scientific hypotheses, using appropriate methods of scientific knowledge.

CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS OF CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

The article deals with the current state of the construction industry for the period 2018-2020, and its significance for the economy of Ukraine is determined. The general trends of construction development in the modern transformational economic environment have been revealed here. The contribution and share of construction in the total GDP of the country are studied. The volumes of the construction production are analyzed, and after a deep review of indicators and rates dealing with construction products output, it is determined that the construction industry is developing steadily. The role of the state in creating a conducive investment climate in Ukraine is determined, and capital investments in construction are analyzed, and their share in the total capital is allocated. The sales volumes of building materials, the number of construction companies, and the population engaged in the construction sector are analyzed. The authors noted the necessity of normative regulation of construction activity, development, and implementation of state programs on development and support of the construction industry. The main problems of construction companies that have arisen after the introduction of a quarantine regime caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have received much attention. FORMATION OF SPECIAL COMPETENCIES OF LAW STUDENTS FOR WORK IN ECONOMIC FIELD

The aim of the research paper is to suggest the proposals on improving approaches to the formation of special competencies of law students for their preparedness to legal support of economic activity. The article focuses on the shortcomings of the legal education system, which lay in the lack of applied skills of the graduate students, as well as their insufficient ability to apply theoretical knowledge, which they acquired, in practice. One of the reasons for this state of training of future lawyers is the predominance of traditional forms of teaching specialized legal disciplines. The study concluded that the list of special competencies contained in The Standard of higher education of Ukraine on specialty «Law» was not sufficiently specific, because it does not focus on the competencies, directed specifically to work in economic field. Based on the analysis of the specialties of legal practice in economic field, a basic list of such special competencies is proposed. One of the ways of forming special competencies of law students using the method of analysis of video recording of the broadcast of trial proceedings on the example of the academic discipline «Economic Procedural Law» is illustrated in the paper.

У статті доведено доцільність розробки методологічного підходу до дослідження процесів цифрової трансформації бізнес-структур в ланцюзі цифрової трансформації підприємство – галузь, регіон – країна. Структуровано основні принципи, методи та способи забезпечення цифрової трансформації бізнес-структур, які спрямовані на вирішення таких фундаментальних проблем як: оцінювання стану цифрової трансформації бізнес-структур; визначення умов діяльності із забезпечення цифрової трансформації бізнесу; очікувані результати та характеристики бажаного стану діяльності підприємства (бажаної бізнес-моделі бізнесу) у результаті цифрової трансформації; та розробка заходів та механізмів, що сприятимуть підвищенню рівню цифрової трансформації бізнес-структур в стратегічній перспективі.В статье доказана целесообразность разработки методологического подхода к исследованию процессов цифровой трансформации бизнес-структур в цепи цифровой трансформации предприятие - отрасль, регион - страна. Структурировано основные принципы, методы и способы обеспечения цифровой трансформации бизнес-структур, которые направлены на решение таких фундаментальных проблем как: оценка состояния цифровой трансформации бизнес-структур; определение условий деятельности по обеспечению цифровой трансформации бизнеса; ожидаемые результаты и характеристики желаемого состояния деятельности предприятия (желаемой бизнес-модели бизнеса) в результате цифровой трансформации; и разработка мероприятий и механизмов, способствующих повышению уровня цифровой трансформации бизнес-структур в стратегической перспективе.The article proves the expediency of developing a methodological approach to the study of processes of digital transformation of business structures in the chain of digital transformation of the enterprise - industry, region - country. The basic principles, methods and methods of providing digital transformation of business structures are structured, aimed at solving such fundamental problems as: assessing the state of digital transformation of business structures; definition of conditions of activity for providing digital business transformation; expected results and characteristics of the desired state of activity of the enterprise (desirable business model of business) as a result of digital transformation; and developing measures and mechanisms that will enhance the digital transformation of business structures from a strategic perspective.The authors received no direct funding for this research

Будівельна галузь України: сучасний стан та її роль у забезпеченні сталого розвитку національної економіки

У статті визначено роль будівельної галузі в забезпеченні сталого розвитку національної економіки країни, розглянуто сучасний стан підприємств будівельної галузі, висвітлено фактори впливу зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, що впливають на галузеві особливості будівельних підприємств; визначено та детально охарактеризовано комплекс загроз, що включає в себе кожен з наведених факторів. Окреслена специфіка будівельної галузі при зростанні вимог до якості будівельних робіт і надзвичайно швидких темпів науково-технічного прогресу в цієї галузі. Проаналізовано, які регіони є лідерами за обсягами виконаних будівельних робіт. Визначено, що від інших галузей будівництво відрізняється своєю продукцією (будівлі, споруди), яка є нерухомою, великогабаритною, тобто створюється більшість основних виробничих і невиробничих фондів. У статті було проаналізовано зміни за останній час обсягу виконаних будівельних робіт за видами будівельної продукції та представлено динаміку обсягу капітальні інвестиції в будівництво Україні і структуру освоєних інвестицій в будівництві. Запропоновано надалі використати ці дані для моделі прогнозу стану будівничої галузі та її показників на майбутні періоди. Представлено інформацію щодо макроекономічних показників розвитку будівельних підприємств, систематизовано та виявлено, що ступінь зносу основних засобів збільшується, обсяги введення нових основних засобів зменшуються, рентабельність операційної діяльності підрядних підприємств постійно знижується. Запропоновано у подальших дослідженнях розробити теоретико-методичні засади моделювання сценаріїв розвитку будівельних підприємств з урахуванням галузевої специфіки забезпечення її всіма необхідними ресурсами: людськими, матеріальними, енергетичними, інформаційними.В статье определена роль строительной отрасли в обеспечении устойчивого развития национальной экономики страны, рассмотрено современное состояние предприятий строительной отрасли, освещены факторы влияния внешней и внутренней среды, влияющие на отраслевые особенности строительных предприятий; определен и подробно охарактеризован комплекс угроз, включающий в себя каждый из приведенных факторов. Обозначена специфика строительной отрасли при росте требований к качеству строительных работ и чрезвычайно быстрых темпов научно-технического прогресса в этой области. В статье проанализированы регионы, являющиеся лидерами по объемам выполненных строительных работ. Определено, что от других отраслей строительство отличается своей продукцией (здания, сооружения), которая является неподвижной, крупногабаритной, то есть создается большинство основных производственных и непроизводственных фондов. В статье были проанализированы изменения за последнее время объема выполненных строительных работ по видам строительной продукции и представлена динамика объема капитальные инвестиции в строительство Украины и структуру освоенных инвестиций в строительстве. Предложено в дальнейшем использовать эти данные для модели прогноза состояния строительной отрасли и ее показателей на будущие периоды. Представлена информация по макроэкономическим показателям развития строительных предприятий, систематизировано и выявлено, что степень износа основных средств увеличивается, объемы ввода новых основных средств уменьшаются, рентабельность операционной деятельности подрядных предприятий постоянно снижается. Предложено в дальнейших исследованиях разработать теоретико-методические основы моделирования сценариев развития строительных предприятий с учетом отраслевой специфики обеспечения ее всеми необходимыми ресурсами: людскими, материальными, энергетическими, информационными.The article defines the role of the construction industry in ensuring sustainable development of the national economy of the country, considers the current state of the enterprises of the construction industry, the factors of influence of the external and internal environment, which influence the branch features of construction enterprises are highlighted; A complex of threats has been defined and described in detail, including each of the following factors. The specifics of the construction industry are highlighted with the increasing requirements for the quality of construction works and the extremely rapid pace of scientific and technological progress in this field. The article analyzes which regions are leaders in the volume of completed construction work. It is determined that from other industries construction is distinguished by its products (buildings, constructions), which is immovable, large, that is, the majority of the main production and non-productive assets are created. The article analyzes the recent changes in the volume of construction works performed by types of construction products and presents the dynamics of capital investment in construction in Ukraine and the structure of investments in construction. It is proposed to further use this data for the model of the forecast of the state of the construction industry and its indicators for future periods. The information on macroeconomic indicators of development of construction enterprises is presented, it is systematized and found that the degree of depreciation of fixed assets increases, volumes of introduction of new fixed assets are reduced, the profitability of operational activity of subcontractors is constantly decreasing. It is suggested in further research to develop theoretical and methodical principles of modeling scenarios for the development of construction enterprises, taking into account the specifics of the sector, providing it with all the necessary resources: human, material, energy, information

Contemporary Dictionary of the Young Generation Dialect in Hranice

Contemporary Dictionary of the Young Generation Dialect in Hranice ABSTRACT Czech is an extraordinarily rich language, our largest dictionary has approximately 250,000 words and this number also includes many more belonging to dialect groups. However, some dialect words are still not recorded in dictionaries and their use is restricted to a very narrow range of users. This bachelor's thesis focuses on dialects, specifically in the town of Hranice in the Olomouc Region. Nowadays dialects are being transformed due to several factors. This paper aims to determine whether the meanings of specific dialect words are still familiar to the young generation in the Hranice dialect section and whether these are used in their everyday speech. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the dialect, the characteristics of the dialect of the area and a brief description of the history of Hranice and its surroundings. The practical part is based on data collected using a questionnaire. First, linguistic material was collected from respondents of different generations, aged from 24 to 65, who were born in Hranice and commonly use the local dialect. Using this linguistic material and the words captured in the Czech Language Atlas, a questionnaire was compiled and presented to the pupils of the Gymnasium and...Současný slovník nářečí mladé generace na Hranicku ABSTRAKT Čeština je velmi bohatý jazyk, náš největší slovník čítá přibližně 250 tisíc slov a toto číslo navíc zachycuje mnoho dalších slov patřících nářečním skupinám, avšak některá nářeční slova stále nejsou zaznamenána ve slovnících a jejich užívání je vázáno na velmi úzký okruh uživatelů. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nářečí v oblasti města Hranice v Olomouckém kraji. Nářečí jsou v dnešní době proměňována vlivem různých faktorů. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda jsou významy konkrétních nářečních slov stále známé u mladé generace v hranickém nářečním úseku a také zda jsou tyto dialektismy používané v jejich běžné mluvě. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se nářečí, charakteristiku dialektu dané oblasti a stručný popis historie Hranic a okolí. Praktická část je vyhotovena na základě dat, která byla získána pomocí dotazníku. Nejprve byl nashromážděn jazykový materiál od respondentů různých generací ve věku od 24 do 65 let, kteří se v Hranicích narodili a běžně užívají tamější dialekt. Pomocí tohoto jazykového materiálu a slov zachycených v Českém jazykovém atlase byl sestaven dotazník, který byl předložen žákům gymnázia a žákům pobývajícím v Domově mládeže Střední lesnické školy v Hranicích.
