With the emergence of the Keynesian model, the role of the state has increased through its economic policies, especially about its financial policies. This is due to the effectiveness of these policies in achieving the state’s economic target. The importance of its tools is embodied in public spending, which affects national economic activity in terms of consumption, savings, and investment. The fiscal policy defines the set of actions that the government can take, which are depicted in the following parts. The first part will be devoted to a theoretical model for a more complete discussion of budget and fiscal policy. The second part will be devoted to the study of the fiscal’s influence and tax policy on Moroccan economic growth through both an empirical and econometric study. In addition, through an applied study in which we rely on statistical studies. Using the VAR model and Eviews 10 software, We conclude that there is indeed an impact of fiscal policy and tax policy on Moroccan economic growth. Second, budget and tax policy can be catalysts for private investment and an increase in public spending by the state. If we take into account the results obtained from this research, we can make the following recommendations: The State must take into account financial and fiscal measures in the first place to increase investment and realize the budget and thus achieve economic growth Secondly, the State must be aware of the importance of budgetary and fiscal policies in achieving the major balances of the State. As we know, tax revenues represent an important resource for the state treasury, but it should not be forgotten that high tax revenues can lead to lower investments, whether private or public.   Keywords: Fiscal policy, Economic growth, Budget policy, VAR model, Morocco JEL Classification: H61 O11 O23 R28 Paper type: Empirical research  With the emergence of the Keynesian model, the role of the state has increased through its economic policies, especially about its financial policies. The development of communications and digital transmissions have pushed data encryption to grow quicklyto protect the information against any hacking or digital plagiarisms. Also, the matrix computation algorithmsdeveloped since the fifties exploit different types of structures more algebraically. In this work, we willpropose an encryption system based on the Vandermonde matrix, to secure the data in the form of images. Some orders will be advanced MatLab programming

This paper shows a new technic applicable for the digital devices that are the result of the finite’s effect precision in the chaotic dynamics used in the coupled technic and the chaotic map’s perturbation technics used for the generation of a Pseudo-Random Number Generator (PRNGs).The use of the pseudo- chaotic sequences coupled to the orbit perturbation method in the chaotic logistic map and the NewPiece-Wise Linear Chaotic Map (NPWLCM). The pseudo random number generator’s originality proposed from the perturbation of the chaotic recurrence. Furthermore the outputs of the binary sequences with NPWLCM are reconstructed conventionally with the Bernoulli’s sequences shifts map to change the shapes with the bitwise permetation then the results in simulation are shown in progress. After being perturbed, the chaotic system can generate the chaotic binary sequences in uniform distribution and the statistical properties invulnerable analysis. This generator also has many advantages in the possible useful applications of spread spectrum digitalimages, such as sensitive secret keys, random uniform distribution of pixels in Crypto system in secure and synchronize communication

Study of the Alamouti-OFDM system using ZP technique and training symbols in multi path selective fading channel

In this paper, we propose a modified Alamouti code matrix and it associated with zero padding orthogonal frequency division multiplexing known as (Alamouti- ZP OFDM). Which zero padding (or zeros samples) are adopted over the OFDM symbols that construct also the encoded symbols of the Alamouti matx. Training symbols are applied for the channel estimation. Furthermore, the ML decoding algorithm  is used to get output bits which the BER can be measured. Using the selective multi path fading as model for wireless channel to evaluate the performance provided by the system proposed. The performance of  the approach proposed is based on BER parameter. For that, the system  is simulated  in two profiles of paths number (3 paths, and 6 paths) have used, which the spread delays of these paths are taken (in millisecond and in microsecond) respectively. Different data stream are simulated and compared. And the BER performance are compared also for ifft lengths 512 and 1024 and the BER results presented for all parameters of (paths number, and spread delays). The simulation  results show that the system  presented performed good even the spread delays of multi path channel are great (microseconds or milliseconds) and even increased  the data simulated from  increasing the parallel of the data streams transmitted in the system study . So, the system could keen their effectiveness against of fading channel and ISI phenomenon.  And finaly, it is shown that increasing IFFT samples in the simulation process the improvements are more enhanced of the approach proposed

EU Dairy Sector: Impact of Luxemburg Reform, EU Enlargement and Trade Negotiations

The EU dairy sector is facing a period of significant changes that are due to three major decisions: the EU enlargement, the Luxembourg reform and on-going WTO negotiations. To evaluate the impact of such changes we developed a model of the EU and world dairy industry. The model is composed of two modules that interact: a milk and beef supply module and a dairy industry module. In this paper we present the model and focus on elements that are crucial for a better understanding of the impact of reforms: quota rents in the EU, evolution of production in the new member states and trade policy.agricultural policy, dairy industry, partial equilibrium model, International Relations/Trade, C21, Q13, Q18,

Key words: Burnout, infirmiers, soins de fin de vie, Tunisie
