As everyday life moves to the Internet, many factors and components have come up, with the "e" and e-loyalty not an exception. The authors focused on the transformation of loyalty to e-loyalty. It is important to understand the main differences between consumer loyalty models and e-loyalty models in order to promote business development not only in the traditional environment but also in the online environment. Such research methods as comparative analysis, analysis of the scientific literature, content analysis were used. The main focus of the research was on comparing loyalty models in the traditional and e-environment to find out the peculiarities and main features of the e-environment. New factors that influence loyalty in the Internet environment, but not in the real world, were highlighted as the main results. All the new influencing factors are related to the company’s operation directly in the Internet environment and technical capabilities, as well as online communication. As a result, factor groups influencing the primary and secondary e-loyalty were found . This is an important topic of the 21st century, enabling businesses to move online mode and change their strategy according to the e-environment

Students usually get difficulties in learning English subject. Especially for reading section. Teaching reading is not as simple as people think. They should have any more practice and should enlarge their knowledge to deliver reading materials especially at senior high school grade. Researcher found that the English teachers used interesting method that students can learn about reading text in a good condition.Based on the explanation above, the aim of this research is to know what method used in teaching reading applied by English teachers at tenth grade, and how the method is used in teaching reading. This study is a descriptive qualitative which observe tenth grade students of SMAN 1 Tulungagung. The data collected through three methods, they were observations, interview and the researcher himself. The result of this research is the English teachers used guided reading method to deliver the materials in teaching reading. In teaching and learning process, the English teachers gave guidance, direction and information continously from the English teachers to the students

[EN] The respectful approach of this intervention, which considered the historic fabric a genuine testimony of its authenticity and therefore safeguarded all the marks and traces of its stratification, sets an excellent example for other restoration works on façades of buildings and monuments. The use of traditional techniques and materials such as consolidation with lime wash guaranteed the compatibility and reversibility of the intervention. Girsa, V.; Hanzl, M.; Jerie, P.; Michoinová, D. (2010). Author Posting. © The Author(s), 2012. This is the author's version of the work. It is posted here by permission of John Wiley & Sons for personal use, not for redistribution. The definitive version was published in Journal of Fish Biology 81 (2012): 1646-1664, doi:10.1111/j.1095-8649.2012.03423.x.Auditory evoked potentials (AEPs) were used to measure the hearing range and auditory sensitivity of the American sand lance Ammodytes americanus. Responses to amplitude modulated tone pips indicated that the hearing range extended from 50 to 400 Hz. Sound pressure thresholds were lowest between 200 and 400 Hz. Particle acceleration thresholds showed an improved sensitivity notch at 200 Hz but not substantial differences between frequencies and only a slight improvement in hearing abilities at lower frequencies. The hearing range was similar to Pacific sand lance A. personatus and variations between species may be due to differences in threshold evaluation methods. AEPs were also recorded in response to pulsed sounds simulating humpback whale Megaptera novaeangliae foraging vocalizations termed ‘megapclicks’. Responses were generated with pulses containing significant energy below 400 Hz. No responses were recorded using pulses with peak energy above 400 Hz. These results show that A. americanus can detect the particle motion component of low frequency tones and pulse sounds, including those similar to the low frequency components of megapclicks. Ammodytes americanus hearing may be used to detect environmental cues and the pulsed signals of mysticete predators. We also thank the Mountlake Research Fund, the Provost’s Fund for Senior Thesis Research and the Horton Elmer Fund, all of which provided the support for this study through Princeton University. In everyday lives, we more and more use different technology products to make our lives easier and faster. We often do not realise that we are switching our lifestyles to the online platform - we do everything mostly online - meet and communicate with others, watch videos and listen to favourite songs, choose and buy different things. The main question is - can we trust everything that we see on the screen? Is the explanation of “trust” the same in real life and in online sphere? Authors of the paper compare the concept of “trust” in offline trade market with that in online trading. The following methods were used - literature study and analysis, consumer survey and statistical analysis. Consumer survey is already in the process and is to be continued during the next 2 years with the purpose to compare changes through years. Participants of the survey are the inhabitants of Latvia of different age groups, location, profession, etc. The authors have continued the survey to make it more complete and to find out new tendencies. It is possible to use the research results in both ways ‒ theoretical and practical in respect of choosing an effective communication with consumers, in creating a long-term relationship with them, and in regard to increasing the customer loyalty level and level of “trust”
