Diversity and pluralism which exist in Indonesian has established a wide range of cultures and philosophy of life Indonesian. Therefore the founders of this country. Has thought and formulate how to unite cultures and philosophy of life is variegated into a single unit. Pancasila with the motto unity in diversity. Before religion enfered Indonesia, former Indonesian society has adapted a system of cult, some of which are animism and dynamism. Flow belief system is not only used in Indonesia alone, but almost the entire world community earlier.     Attosecond electron spectroscopy using a novel interferometric pump-probe technique

    We present an interferometric pump-probe technique for the characterization of attosecond electron wave packets (WPs) that uses a free WP as a reference to measure a bound WP. We demonstrate our method by exciting helium atoms using an attosecond pulse with a bandwidth centered near the ionization threshold, thus creating both a bound and a free WP simultaneously. After a variable delay, the bound WP is ionized by a few-cycle infrared laser precisely synchronized to the original attosecond pulse. By measuring the delay-dependent photoelectron spectrum we obtain an interferogram that contains both quantum beats as well as multi-path interference. Analysis of the interferogram allows us to determine the bound WP components with a spectral resolution much better than the inverse of the attosecond pulse duration.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figure

    The battle against fungi:lessons in antifungal stewardship from COVID 19 times

    The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the detrimental effect of secondary pathogens in patients with a primary viral insult. In addition to superinfections with bacterial pathogens, invasive fungal infections were increasingly reported. The diagnosis of pulmonary fungal infections has always been challenging; however, it became even more problematic in the setting of COVID-19, particularly regarding the interpretation of radiological findings and mycology test results in patients with these infections. Moreover, prolonged hospitalization in ICU, coupled with underlying host factors. such as preexisting immunosuppression, use of immunomodulatory agents, and pulmonary compromise, caused additional vulnerability to fungal infections in this patient population. In addition, the heavy workload, redeployment of untrained staff, and inconsistent supply of gloves, gowns, and masks during the COVID-19 outbreak made it harder for healthcare workers to strictly adhere to preventive measures for infection control. Taken together, these factors favored patient-to-patient spread of fungal infections, such as those caused by Candida auris, or environment-to-patient transmission, including nosocomial aspergillosis. As fungal infections were associated with increased morbidity and mortality, empirical treatment was overly used and abused in COVID-19-infected patients, potentially contributing to increased resistance in fungal pathogens. The aim of this paper was to focus on essential elements of antifungal stewardship in COVID-19 for three fungal infections, COVID-19-associated candidemia (CAC), -pulmonary aspergillosis (CAPA), and -mucormycosis (CAM).</p

    This chapter serves as an introduction to the edited collection of the same name, which includes chapters that explore digital well-being from a range of disciplinary perspectives, including philosophy, psychology, economics, health care, and education. The purpose of this introductory chapter is to provide a short primer on the different disciplinary approaches to the study of well-being. To supplement this primer, we also invited key experts from several disciplines—philosophy, psychology, public policy, and health care—to share their thoughts on what they believe are the most important open questions and ethical issues for the multi-disciplinary study of digital well-being. We also introduce and discuss several themes that we believe will be fundamental to the ongoing study of digital well-being: digital gratitude, automated interventions, and sustainable co-well-being

    Fragmentation processes of ionized 5-fluorouracil in the gas phase and within clusters

    We have measured mass spectra for positive ions produced from neutral 5-fluorouracil by electron impact at energies from 0 to 100 eV. Fragment ion appearance energies of this (radio-)chemotherapy agent have been determined for the first time and we have identified several new fragment ions of low abundance. The main fragmentations are similar to uracil, involving HNCO loss and subsequent HCN loss, CO loss, or FCCO loss. The features adjacent to these prominent peaks in the mass spectra are attributed to tautomerization preceding the fragmentation and/or the loss of one or two additional hydrogen atoms. A few fragmentions are distinct for 5-fluorouracil compared to uracil, most notably the production of the reactive moiety CF+. Finally, multiphoton ionization mass spectra are compared for 5-fluorouracil from a laser thermal desorption source and from a supersonic expansion source. The detection of a new fragment ion at 114 u in the supersonic expansion experiments provides the first evidence for a clustering effect on the radiation response of 5-fluorouracil. By analogy with previous experiments and calculations on protonated uracil, this is assigned to NH3 loss from protonated 5-fluorouracil

    In the sustainability IoT, the cybersecurity risks to things, sensors, and monitoring systems are distinct from the conventional networking systems in many aspects. The interaction of sustainability IoT with the physical world phenomena (e.g., weather, climate, water, and oceans) is mostly not found in the modern information technology systems. Accordingly, actuation, the ability of these devices to make changes in real world based on sensing and monitoring, requires special consideration in terms of privacy and security. Moreover, the energy efficiency, safety, power, performance requirements of these device distinguish them from conventional computers systems. In this chapter, the cybersecurity approaches towards sustainability IoT are discussed in detail. The sustainability IoT risk categorization, risk mitigation goals, and implementation aspects are analyzed. The openness paradox and data dichotomy between privacy and sharing is analyzed. Accordingly, the IoT technology and security standard developments activities are highlighted. The perspectives on opportunities and challenges in IoT for sustainability are given. Finally, the chapter concludes with a discussion of sustainability IoT cybersecurity case studies
