Destrucción, perturbación y recuperación psíquica de tres adolescentes abandonados e institucionalizados en hogares sustitutos de Casanare, Colombia

En este trabajo se llevó a cabo un proceso de psicoterapia con énfasis psicoanalítico con dos hombres y una mujer adolescentes institucionalizados. El objetivo fundamental de la investigación era explorar el estado psíquico y describir las maneras como se trasforma y acomoda el psiquismo de adolescentes que, tras haber vivido con su familia durante algún tiempo fueron apartados o expulsados de ésta y en la actualidad se encuentran bajo protección del Bienestar Familiar en proceso de adoptabilidad. A través de la investigación se encontró que: Cada uno de los adolescentes en situación de abandono tiene imágenes internas que les permiten vivir el abandono y la institucionalización de manera diferente. La construcción o la existencia de objetos buenos en sus mentes les permite recuperar su funcionamiento psíquico y tolerar sus dificultades. Por el contrario el abandono y la institucionalización desesperanzadoras por la ausencia de objetos buenos refuerzan el tropismo primitivo, la desmentalización y la bidimensionalidad. En las familias de origen, las sustitutas y en la institución aparecen personas que cumplen la función de objeto bueno, pero también las que contribuyen a la destrucción de sus mentes. El adecuado funcionamiento terapéutico permite reconstruir objetos buenos y generar cambios en los estados mentales de adolescentes abandonados."In this proyect was carried out a process of psychoanalytic psychotherapy with two men and a woman under 18 years institutionalized . The fundamental objective of the research was to explore the psychological state and describe the ways transforms and accommodates the psyche of teenagers that after living for a time with their family were removed or expelled from it, and are now protected by ""BIENESTAR FAMILIAR"" in the process of adoptability. Through the investigation it was found that: Each of the adolescents at abandonment has internal images that allow them to live abandonment and institutionalization differently. The construction or existence of good objects allows them to regain their mental functioning and tolerate their difficulties. Conversely the hopeless abandonment and institutionalization reinforce primitive tropism, dementalisation and dimensionality. In the families of origin, families substitutes and in the institution, there are people who play the role of good object, but also there are some that contributing to the distruction of their minds, the appropriate therapeutic performance allows rebuild good objects and generate changes in the mental states of abandoned adolescents."Magíster en Psicología ClínicaMaestrí

In this article is the diary written in Paris that will be focused, as it is the one that recovers most reflections about writing itself and about the literary doing. Exposing an interest of the writer by diaries of other writers, the investigation into mechanisms of narration of self and the relation of this self- -contemplation with the world was extended to chronicles and to one of the prefaces of his last book, which will also be explored in this article, when we will see the incorporation of the discussion about literature engaged from the intimate writing

Guimar?es Rosa mostrou-se desconfiado dos mecanismos de interpreta??o em jogo numa entrevista. ? o que concluiu em uma entrevista concedida a Pedro Bloch (1963): ?Quando voc? me faz uma pergunta ? como se estivesse alterando alguma coisa em mim, compreende??. Transexualidade e a dignidade da pessoa humana: a alteração no registro civil sem a prévia cirurgia de transgenitalização: analíse do Recurso Extraordinario n. 670.422 do Supremo Tribunal Federal

Monografia apresentada ao Curso de Graduação em Direito da Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense, como requisito parcial para obtenção do Grau de Bacharel em Direito.Este trabalho monográfico estudou a possibilidade da alteração do prenome da pessoa transexual, sem que ocorra a prévia cirurgia de transgenitalização, partindo do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana e o direito da personalidade. Estudando inclusive as características que definem a pessoa transexual, bem como demonstrando a diversidade sexual, para que assim se compreenda de forma clara e objetiva acerca da identidade de gênero. A relevância da abordagem do tema, não reflete apenas nas relações jurídicas, mas sim também perante a pessoa transexual e a sociedade, pois a inadequação do nome da pessoa transexual irá gerar certa humilhação para este, ferindo seus direitos básicos. O método utilizado foi o dedutivo, em pesquisa teórica, qualitativa com emprego de material bibliográfico e documental legal, além das análises da Ação Direita de Inconstitucionalidade no 4275; Provimento no 73 do Conselho Nacional de Justiça e do Recurso Extraordinário no 670.422 do Supremo Tribunal Federal. É de suma relevância o tema em questão, pois uma vez que ocorre a necessidade de se buscar a via judicial, para que possa fazer o reconhecimento de sua identidade, tais processos judiciais podem ser longos, burocráticos e desgastantes emocionalmente. Concluiu- se por tanto, de que a prévia cirurgia de transgenitalização, não pode ser tratada como requisito para a alteração do nome perante os registros civis, haja vista, a ocorrência do principio da dignidade humana

Magnésio e sua importância negligenciada para a saúde humana: um estudo revisional

The aim was to evaluate the importance of magnesium in the physiological processes of the human body and list the consequences of its deficiency. This is a literature review study, as it contributes to the process of systematization and analysis of results, aiming to understand a certain topic, based on other independent studies. It was demonstrated that in adults, magnesium improved mood, anxiety, and quality of life and, there was a significant improvement in baseline depression and anxiety scores. These clinical data support magnesium as a treatment to improve stress-related mental health in individuals with suboptimal magnesium. Several studies have discussed the neuroprotective effect of magnesium in different types of paresthesia and neurodegenerative diseases such as stroke, Alzheimer's disease, migraines, Parkinson's disease, and even psychiatric diseases such as ADHD in children. In short, magnesium must be considered as a real metabolite since its deficiency has a great impact on different physiological functions.Objetivou-se avaliar a importância do magnésio nos processos fisiológicos do corpo humano e listar as consequências de sua deficiência. Trata-se de um estudo de revisão da literatura, uma vez que ela contribui para o processo de sistematização e análise dos resultados, visando a compreensão de determinado tema, a partir de outros estudos independentes. Foi demonstrado que em adultos, o magnésio melhorou o humor, a ansiedade, a qualidade de vida e ainda, obteve-se significativa melhora dos escores basais de depressão e ansiedade. Esses dados clínicos apoiam o magnésio como um tratamento para melhorar a saúde mental relacionada ao estresse em indivíduos com magnésio abaixo do ideal. Diversos estudos têm discutido o efeito neuroprotetor do magnésio em diversos tipos de parestesias e doenças neurodegenerativas como o AVC, Doença de Alzheimer, enxaqueca, doença de Parkinson e ainda em doenças psiquiátricas como o TDAH em crianças. Em suma, o magnésio deve ser considerado como um metabólito real, visto que sua deficiência tem um grande impacto em diferentes funções fisiológicas

PHYSICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL ATTRIBUTES OF NATIVE FOREST SEEDS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON DIRECT SEEDING FOR RESTORATION OF CILIARY FOREST

Knowing the relationship between the physical and physiological characteristics of native forest seeds is essential for the successful recovery of riparian forests. Thus, the work was carried out to analyze the physical and physiological parameters of seeds of native forest species for use in the recovery of riparian forests by direct seeding. Were evaluated the physical quality (water content, mass, the weight of one thousand seeds, and the number of seeds per kilogram), morphometric characteristics (length, width, and thickness), and physiological quality in the laboratory (viability) of Cassia grandis L.f., Enterolobium contortisiliquum (Vell.) Morong., Guazuma ulmifolia Lam., and Libidibia ferrea var. leiostachya (Benth.) LPQueiroz. The experiment in the field was implanted in a randomized block design (RBD) with four blocks, testing seeds treated to overcome the four species dormancy. The direct sowing was in 10 planting lines, each composed of 10 pits (30 x 30 x 30 cm), spaced 2.0 x 1.0 m. E. contortisiliquum seeds, despite having the highest values for physical and morphometric characteristics, and having a high percentage of germination, was the species with the lowest percentage of emergence in the field, being below G. ulmifolia, which has seeds of smaller size and weight, and L. ferrea var. leiostachya which, despite having low germination, was the second with the highest percentage of emergence. The study allowed us to observe that there was no direct relationship between the physical and physiological attributes of forest seeds and their ability to emerge

Propuesta metodológica para la activación de la sensibilidad intercultural en la clase de ELE desde una pedagogía del posmétodo

El fin del presente proyecto de aplicación práctica (PAP) es diseñar una guía metodológica que proporcione cinco macro estrategias para que el profesor novel de ELE pueda orientar a sus estudiantes hacia la activación de la sensibilidad intercultural. Para tal propósito se tomó como base la pedagogía del posmétodo según la cual, en lugar de adoptar un método, se debe brindar al docente una serie de macro estrategias que sirvan de marco para que sea él mismo quien, a partir de su experiencia, pueda teorizar y diseñar las micro estrategias que sean más convenientes para el contexto específico de su aula de clase. El resultado de este proceso investigativo es la guía metodológica ¡Conozcámonos! la cual se fundamenta por un lado en el modelo de macro estrategias del profesor Kumaravadivelu, y por otro, en los principios de diseño de materiales de Jolly y Bolitho. La guía fue evaluada positivamente por los expertos y se proyecta como un material útil tanto para el profesor novel de ELE como para la comunidad académica en general que desee profundizar en el diseño de macro y/o micro estrategias para la activación de la sensibilidad intercultural, así como en el desarrollo de las demás dimensiones de la competencia comunicativa intercultural.The purpose of this Practical Applied Project (PAP) is to design a methodological guide that provides the novice SFL teacher with five macro strategies to for him/her to be able to lead students towards the activation of their own intercultural sensitivity. To accomplish the aforementioned goal, we based our proposal on the Postmethod pedagogy. According to this alternative, instead of adopting a well-known method, it is better to supply the teacher with a set of macro strategies, working as a frame from which the teacher can theorize and design more suitable micro strategies for his/her specific classroom context. The outcome of the current research process is the methodological guide ¡Conozcámonos! Which is based on two main constructs: The macro strategies model proposed by professor Kumaravadivelu (2003) and Jolly and Bolitho’s material design principles (2011). This guide was positively evaluated by experts and it is viewed as an useful material, not only for the novice SFL teacher, but also for the academic community in general. For those who want to go in-depth on macro and/or micro strategies design in order to get students activate their intercultural sensitivity or develop other communicative intercultural competence dimensions, the present material could represent a valuable research resource.Magíster en Lingüística Aplicada del Español como Lengua ExtranjeraMaestrí
