Decision Aids for Airborne Intercept Operations in Advanced Aircrafts

A tactical decision aid (TDA) for the F-14 aircrew, i.e., the naval flight officer and pilot, in conducting a multitarget attack during the performance of a Combat Air Patrol (CAP) role is presented. The TDA employs hierarchical multiattribute utility models for characterizing mission objectives in operationally measurable terms, rule based AI-models for tactical posture selection, and fast time simulation for maneuver consequence prediction. The TDA makes aspect maneuver recommendations, selects and displays the optimum mission posture, evaluates attackable and potentially attackable subsets, and recommends the 'best' attackable subset along with the required course perturbation

Evaluasi Kesesuaian Jadwal Pemeliharaan Runway dengan Pertumbuhan Pergerakan Pesawat di Bandar Udara Juanda

Bandar udara Juanda menempati urutan kedua sebagai bandar udara tersibuk di Indonesia dengan data statistic jumlah penumpang yang mampu ditampung adalah 18 juta penumpang pada tahun 2015. Berdasarkan data kondisi saat ini dari PT Angkasa Pura I, pertumbuhan jumlah penumpang di bandar udara (bandara) Juanda pada triwulan I 2016 tercatat lebih besar 23.4% dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama tahun lalu. Pertumbuhan ini mengakibatkan kerusakan yang terjadi pada runway semakin sering terjadi. Kerusakan yang terjadi biasanya hanya bersifat fungsional sehingga perbaikan yang dilakukan cukup dengan dilakukan pelapisan ulang (overlay) dan pemeliharaan lainnya. Permasalahan utama yang terjadi yaitu kesesuaian jadwal pemeliharaan dan pelapisan ulang terhadap pertumbuhan pergerakan pesawat.Pada studi ini dilakukan evaluasi kesesuaian antara jadwal pemeliharaan dengan pertumbuhan pergerakan pesawat. Tahap evaluasi dimulai dengan penyesuaian pola pertumbuhan pergerakan pesawat dengan kondisi perkerasan runway. Selanjutnya dilakukan jadwal pemeliharaan sesuai pola yang diterapkan oleh pihak bandara Juanda. Di samping itu, dilakukan perencanaan kebutuhan tebal pelapisan ulang yang dibutuhkan runway agar dapat melayani pertumbuhan pergerakan pesawat yang terjadi. Dalam evaluasi ini juga dibahas tentang pemeliharaan runway terhadap kontaminasi rubber deposit serta kesesuaian jadwal pemeliharaannya.Evaluasi dalam studi ini memberikan hasil untuk pertumbuhan pergerakan pesawat rata-rata total dalam 8 tahun terakhir (2009-2016) adalah 6.93%, 7.33% untuk penerbangan domestik dan 4.14% untuk penerbangan internasional. Peratingan kondisi perkerasan runway berdasarkan pengecekan visual maka dikategorikan rating 3 (fair) dimana dalam rating ini diperlukan tindakan pemeliharaan berupa overlay. Pemeliharaan kerusakan-kerusakan kecil masih mempertahankan pemeliharaan langsung seperti yang dilakukan pihak bandara Juanda.Adapun untuk kegiatan overlay yaitu dilakukan perataan dengan ketebalan menyesuaikan dengan tebal perkerasan tertinggi sebesar 1299 mm terhadap semua segmen. Untuk mencapai usia perencanaan hingga 20 tahun, perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan setiap 5 tahun dan pengawalan intensif agar usia pemeliharaan minimum dan usia rencana maksimum dapat terlaksana dengan baik.

Lightweight Concrete With Mixed Foam Agent, Polymer and Bonding to Reach 300 Kg/Cm²

Lightweight concrete is very much developed because of its benefits that can reduce the weight of the building itself, so that the earthquake effect on buildings can be minimized. By using Foam Agent Technology, it will add air pores which can reduce the specific gravity of normal concrete. To achieve the K 300 Concrete Quality with Light Weight, the researchers added Polymer and Polymer and Bonding mixture to the Concrete mixture using Foam Agent technology. From the research conducted by researchers, it was found that Foam Agent is able to help concrete become lighter by 13%. This research was also able to obtain the optimum compressive strength results with a light weight, the Light Concrete study with the addition of Foam Agent, Polymer and Bonding with a quality of 267 kg / cm² or equivalent to Fc 22 with a weight of 1877 Kg / cm³ and an efficiency coefficient of 14% which is higher than normal Concrete K 300 with a magnitude of 13%

Addressing Traumatic Stress in the Acute Traumatically Injured Patient

Psychological injuries after an acute traumatic event are commonly overlooked. Currently within United States, there is no consistently utilized screening process that addresses traumatic stress within the acute trauma population. Roy\u27s Adaptation Model guided this project, focusing on the idea that bedside nurses are at the frontline of providing early identification through nursing assessment. The purpose of this pilot study was to evaluate whether the implementation of the Primary Care-Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PC-PTSD) screening tool by bedside nurses would result in identifying more patients at risk for traumatic stress after an acute trauma as compared with the use of no screening method. This descriptive survey study took place over a 6-week period at a Midwest Level 1 trauma hospital. The results revealed that the tool did not increase the number of health psychology consults when compared with the same 6-week period a year prior when no tool was used. Nonetheless, use of the PC-PTSD tool did trigger 28% of the patients to receive a health psychology consult. Forty-five percent of patients who received a health psychology consult were recommended outpatient therapy. Utilization of this tool by bedside nurses did not adversely increase a number of inappropriate health psychology consults. These results agree with the literature and further suggest that there are a clinically significant number of acute trauma patients who are at risk for traumatic stress. With this screening tool, nurses accurately assessed patients and connected them with timely psychological treatment

Berdasarkan perhitungan akumulasi rubber deposit terhadap pertumbuhan pergerakan pesawat dan distribusi penggunaan runway, maka rubber deposit removal dapat dilakukan setiap 1 bulan sekali pada area touchdown runway R10 dan 6 bulan sekali pada area touchdown R28 sebagai ganti pemeliharaan rutin bandara Juanda yang dilakukan setiap 2 bulan sekali. Adapun untuk kegiatan overlay yaitu dilakukan perataan dengan ketebalan menyesuaikan dengan tebal perkerasan tertinggi sebesar 1299 mm terhadap semua segmen. Untuk mencapai usia perencanaan hingga 20 tahun, perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan setiap 5 tahun dan pengawalan intensif agar usia pemeliharaan minimum dan usia rencana maksimum dapat terlaksana dengan baik. ============================================================================================== Juanda Airport is placed on second rank in the busiest airport in Indonesia’s list with passenger amount capacity statistic data around 18 million passengers in 2015. Due to existing condition data from PT. Angkasa Pura I, passenger amount growth in Juanda Airport on first quarterly 2016 is 23.4% bigger than the last year period. The growth cause enhancement on runway failure. Common failures occurs functionally so that it is only take overlay or the general refinement to fix it. The main problem is maintenance schedule suitability and overlay towards aircraft movement growth. This final project is evaluating suitability of maintenance schedule towards aircraft movement growth. Moreover, the maintenance schedule was applied according to the pattern that has been previously used by Juanda Airport maintenance keeper. Furthermore, designing overlay runway thickness in order to provide aircraft movement growth enhancement. In addition, this project examine runway mainten ance towards rubber deposit contamination and its maintenance schedule suitability. The evaluation result in average total aircraft movement growth in the last 8 years (2009-2016) is 6.93%, 7.33% for domestic flight and 4.14% on international flight. Runway pavement condition was rated by visual check and generate 3 (fair) rate where in this rate maintenance using overlay. Minor damage can be taken care by direct maintenance used by Juanda maintenance keeper. Based on accumulate calculation of rubber deposit towards aircraft movement growth and runway utilize distribution, rubber deposit removal could be applied every month on touchdown runway R10 area and twice a year on touchdown R28 area as a replacement of Juanda routine maintenance every 2 months. First step to do overlay is pavement quality refinement with thickening layer according to the thickest pavement layer in amount 1299 mm into whole segment. For 20 years planning age, it is needed intensive preservation every 5 years during application to reach the plan of minimum maintenance age and maximum planning age

PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOBA PADA KALANGAN REMAJA (Studi kasus: Remaja di Wilayah Pluit, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengapa terjadi penyalahgunaan narkoba pada kalangan remaja di wilayah Pluit, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif agar mendapatkan sebuah data yang lebih mendalam dengan menggali kepada informan penelitian. Sumber data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan hasil observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan metode studi kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul dari bulan Januari 2016 sampai dengan Juli 2016. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam mengolah data terdiri dari perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, pengecekan teman sejawat, pengecekan anggota, dan kecukupan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Informan inti yang telah diamati, diteliti, dan diwawancarai oleh peneliti seluruhnya menggunakan Narkoba jenis ganja. Ada beberapa penyebab yang menjadi alasan kalangan remaja di wilayah Pluit, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara menyalahgunakan Narkoba yaitu individu, keluarga, keterbatasan ekonomi, pendidikan yang rendah, dan pergaulan (lingkungan tempat tinggal). This research purpose to know why drugs abuse happened in Pluit, Penjaringan, North Jakarta. The method that used in this research is qualitative method to get the extensive data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, documentations, and study literature. data collected from Januari 2016 to July 2016. Data analysis used in processing the data consisting from the enlargement of their participation, perseverance observation, triangulation, checking friend peers, checking a member, and sufficiency reference. The results of this research shows the essence of informan that has been observed, investigated and interviewed with reseacher they all using drugs type marijuana. There are some reasons why teenagers in Pluit, Penjaringan, North Jakarta abuse the drugs. Los derechos laborales de los directivos con aula a cargo por sobrecarga laboral en instituciones educativas polidocentes de Calca, 2022

El trabajo de investigación titulado “Los derechos laborales de los directivos con aula a cargo por sobrecarga laboral en instituciones educativas polidocentes de Calca, 2022”, tuvo como objetivo general evaluar si se vulneran los derechos laborales de los directivos con aula a cargo por sobrecarga laboral en las instituciones polidocentes de Calca, 2022. En el aspecto metodológico de la investigación, se trató de un estudio de tipo básico, con enfoque cualitativo y de diseño fenomenológico. En cuanto a las técnicas de investigación, se hizo uso de las entrevistas, teniendo como instrumentos de recolección de datos la guía de cuestionario. Se tuvo como población a Instituciones Educativas de la Provincia de Calca, se trabajó con una muestra de 8 directivos con la finalidad de conocer la vulneración de los derechos laborales debido a la presencia de sobrecarga laboral. Se tuvo como resultado la existencia de sobrecarga laboral que vulneran los derechos laborales de los directivos con aula a cargo. Se concluyó refiriendo que los derechos laborales de los directivos con aula a cargo se vulneran por sobrecarga laboral en las instituciones educativas polidocentes de Calca, debido a las labores que desempeñan en el área docente, área técnica pedagógica y gestión administrativa

La desintegración familiar y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del V Ciclo de la Red 01 Sol Mar y Arena, UGEL 04-Comas, 2012

La presente investigación trató sobre la relación entre la desintegración familiar y el rendimiento académico en el área de comunicación integral en los estudiantes del V ciclo Red Nº 01 “Sol, Mar y Arena”-UGEL 04-Comas, El objetivo general fue establecer la relación entre la desintegración familiar y el rendimiento académico. El diseño de investigación es no experimental, transeccional y correlacional; la muestra estuvo conformada por 288 estudiantes del V, ciclo a quien se les aplicó un cuestionario con alternativas en la escala de Likert. También sus notas del área de comunicación integral del año 2012. Los resultados indican que existe relación entre la desintegración familiar y el rendimiento académico en el área de comunicación la cual se puede evidenciar en los resultados obtenidos al aplicarse la prueba no paramétrica de spearmen donde los valores obtenidos muestran una correlación significativa y el p: valor o nivel de significancia es menor a 0,05 por lo tanto se demuestra en cada una de ellas que sí existe relación significativa

A comprehensive methodology for assessing human-robot team performance for use in training and simulation

New methodologies and quantitative measurements for evaluating human-robot team performance must be developed to achieve effective coordination between teams of humans and unmanned vehicles. The Mixed Initiative Team Performance Assessment System (MITPAS) provides such a comprehensive measurement methodology. MITPAS consists of a methodology, tools and procedures to measure the performance of mixed manned and unmanned teams in both training and real world operational environments. This paper describes MITPAS and the results of an initial experiment conducted to validate the measures and gain insight into the effect of robot competence on operator trust as well as on human-robot team performance
