795-800Expansion of forests and forest species is impossible without considering the relevant standards and criteria. Therefore, plant species suited with and adaptable to natural conditions of any area should be used. In this paper, Lille Basin was selected using multi-criteria evaluation method (MCE) as a study area as it was suitable in zoning and evaluating ecological capability for Buxus hyrcana Pojark plantations, and the ecosystem did not fall out of the classification. For this purpose, GIS and AHP models were used. Eight selection criteria were: Elevation, soil type, canopy cover, wind direction, temperature, humidity, rainfall levels, and the gradient. Weights of the criteria were: 0.384, 0.2081, 0.1438, 0.0977, 0.658, 0.0444, 0.0353, and 0.0209, respectively. On this basis, elevation and gradient had the highest and the lowest values. The results suggested that Buxus hyrcana Pojark showed sensitivity to variations of the criteria and their distribution is directly correlated to ecological factors particularly climatic and physiographic ones. The layer of important zones and reserves of this species highly overlap the final layer resulting from MCE. Evaluation criteria and sub-criteria and their weights with an acceptable accuracy was 0.0467 (<0.1) that exhibited usefulness of GIS in site selection, composition and overlaying various criteria of this research

Considering the important role of banks in the economy, it is necessary to study the effect of internal and external factors on the performance of banks. In this regard, this paper examines the impact of bank profit rates of the exchange contracts on the performance of banks during the time period of 2008-2013. For this purpose, econometrics analysis and estimation of panel data is used. The results show that there is a significant relationship between profit rate and other selected variables with the bank’s profitability. This study showed that the profit rate of the exchange contracts has a positive relationship with the return on assets ratio of banks. Hence, while selected banks considered in this study have increased their assets using different methods due to the inflationary conditions, they do not welcome the reduction in profit rates of the exchange contracts. This issue may be true in all other banks due to their role in corporates ownership. Accordingly, finding no solution to leave corporate ownership by the banks, the conditions for high rates of loans in the country is paved. Also, the results show that the other banking variables such as, interest-free income to assets ratio and loan to asset ratio, has a significant and positive correlation with the profitability of banks

ABSTRACT In this research, Tafeh Kochkineh is monitored and evaluated which is one of the Kermanshah north Promenade with 31 hectares area that constructed by Grassroots Preservation and restoration of mountain environments Organization (Parow population) with financial support of small donations facilities Office of United Nations Global Environment, by using remote sensing technology, ground control (30 number of samples in 1000 square meters in area), Relative density testing of Access way soil (The Green Mile). Biometric tests results shows that the studied area have been in better condition compared to previous years in terms of vegetation, the vegetation was increased in this area and this had been done due to create access project in this place. Results of field and laboratory testing of soil shows that the soil of this area is classified in AASHTO and grouped in A-7 and considered as the worst type of soil after organic soils to construct a way. But on another hand it is the most appropriate soil for the renewing the Soil and vegetation the blocked routes. So that17% of the soil density reduced within about eight years and vegetation will be deployed to cover in this area soon
