In the last years a great interest arises for the Early A ttention and for the precocious detection (from 0 to 6 years) of pathologies as the A utistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD), given the significant incident that has in the later development. The professionals of the kindergarten and primary education play a fundamental advantage in the above mentioned detection; for it, with this work one has tried to evaluate the degree of knowledge that these professionals possess to issue a suspicion before one possible TEA across his knowledge of the red flags. They have informed a total of 108 persons, of which 34 were educational in assets that they had to complete of form online a questionnaire that was designed by the purpose of valuing his degree of knowledge it brings over of the TEA and the red flags. Involving a total of 108 people, of which 34 were active teachers who had to fill in a questionnaire online so that was designed in order to assess their level of knowledge about A SD and the warning signs.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the risk premium evolution in sovereign debt markets of the euro area, in order to identify what are the main determinants of risk premium and to know if these determinants have remained constant over time. The analysis is performed for the period between 1993 and 2012, for eight economies of the Economic and Monetary Union: Austria, Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy and Portugal. To determine whether the impact of influential factors have changed throughout the period, sample was split into three sub-periods: EMU background (1993-1998), integration in the EMU (1999-2007) and debt crisis (2008-2012).Traballo fin de mestrado (UDC.ECO). Atendiendo a tales datos podríamos concluir el estudio afirmando que, efectivamente, la forma de vida de la sociedad condiciona la forma en la que las personas juegan y se relacionan con la naturalezaThe main purpose we intended by carrying out this document was to show up the practice of folkloric games in nature in Xove council and reveal this way the consequent loss and devaluation that the same ones and nature are suffering. For such an end, we dip into carrying out made personally questionnaires with a sample of 97 pupils of Primary Education. Obtained results allowed us to prove that, in fact, the progressive separation we talked about at first was real, not only regarding the folkloric games but regarding the nature, produced mainly by the fast industrialization of the municipality, the increasing development of the planning in the capital of the council and the recent appearance of new technologies, as well as other factors and matters derived from the previous ones. By paying attention to such information we could conclude our study stating that, in fact, the way of society life clearly determine the way in which people play and relate with natureS

Disorders of sex development; Next-generation sequencing; Primary ovarian insufficiencyTrastornos del desarrollo sexual; Secuenciación de próxima generación; Insuficiencia ovárica primariaTrastorns del desenvolupament sexual; Seqüenciació de nova generació; Insuficiència ovàrica primàriaDifferences of sex development and maturation (SDM) represent a heterogeneous puzzle of rare conditions with a large genetic component whose management and treatment could be improved by an accurate classification of underlying molecular conditions, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) should represent the most appropriate approach. Therefore, we conducted a survey dedicated to the use and potential outcomes of NGS for SDM disorders diagnosis among the 53 health care providers (HCP) of the European Reference Network for rare endocrine conditions. The response rate was 49% with a total of 26 HCPs from 13 countries. All HCPs, except 1, performed NGS investigations for SDM disorders on 6720 patients, 3764 (56%) with differences of sex development (DSD), including 811 unexplained primary ovarian insufficiency, and 2956 (44%) with congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (CHH). The approaches varied from targeted analysis of custom gene panels (range: 11–490 genes) in 81.5% of cases or whole exome sequencing with the extraction of a virtual panel in the remaining cases. These analyses were performed for diagnostic purposes in 21 HCPs, supported by the National Health Systems in 16 cases. The likelihood of finding a variant ranged between 7 and 60%, mainly depending upon the number of analysed genes or criteria used for reporting, most HCPs also reporting variants of uncertain significance. These data illustrate the status of genetic diagnosis of DSD and CHH across Europe. In most countries, these analyses are performed for diagnostic purposes, yielding highly variable results, thus suggesting the need for harmonization and general improvements of NGS approaches. This publication has been supported by Endo-ERN, which is co-funded by the European Union’s 3rd Health Programme (CHAFEA Framework Partnership Agreement No 739527)

Syringeable Self-Organizing Gels that Trigger Gold Nanoparticle Formation for Localized Thermal Ablation

Block copolymer dispersions that form gels at body temperature and that additionally are able to reduce a gold salt to nanoparticles (AuNPs) directly in the final formulation under mild conditions were designed as hybrid depots for photothermal therapy. The in situ gelling systems may retain AuNPs in the application zone for a long time so that localized elevations of temperature can be achieved each time the zone is irradiated. To carry out the work, dispersions were prepared covering a wide range of poloxamine Tetronic 1307:gold salt molar ratios in NaCl media (also varying from pure water to hypertonic solution). Even at copolymer concentrations well above the critical micelle concentration, the reducing power of the copolymer was maintained, and AuNPs were formed in few hours without extra additives. Varying the copolymer and NaCl concentrations allowed a fine tuning of nanoparticles’ shape from spherical to triangular nanoplates, which determined that the surface plasmon resonance showed a maximum intensity at 540 nm or at 1000 nm, respectively. The information gathered on the effects of (i) the poloxamine concentration on AuNPs’ size and shape under isotonic conditions, (ii) the AuNPs on the temperature-induced gelling transition, and (iii) the gel properties on the photothermal responsiveness of the AuNPs during successive irradiation cycles may help the rational design of one-pot gels with built-in temperature and light responsiveness. This research was funded by MINECO (SAF2017-83118-R; MAT2016-80266-R), Agencia Estatal de Investigación (AEI) Spain, Xunta de Galicia (Grupo de Referencia Competitiva ED431C 2016/008; Agrupación Estratégica en Materiales-AEMAT ED431E 2018/08), and FEDER (Spain). The aims were to determine the axial variation pattern for wood density of Populus deltoides clone ‘Australian 129-60’ and to develop a predictive model for whole tree density from density at one sample height. Eleven ten-year-old trees from three diametric classes were sampled in Buenos Aires Province, Argentine. Disks were taken at seven sampling heights (0.5 m; 0.7 m; 1.0 m; 2.2 m; 6.6 m; 11.0 m and 15.4 m). Density and weighted density were determined at 15% of moisture content. An analysis of variance was carried out for sampling heights and diametric classes. The relationship between whole tree density and predictive parameters, density at 1.0 m height and Diameter at breast height (DBH), was quantified using linear and non linear regression analyses. Clone mean density was 458 ± 35 kg m–3 and weighted density was 470 ± 14 kg m–3. Density axial variation shows significantly increasing values from the lower sampling height to the top. Density taken at breast height, approximately (1.0 m), underestimates (11%) the weighted density of whole tree. It is feasible to produce high diameters poplars and to obtain major wood density at the same time. It is possible to fit models to estimate the mean weighted density of whole tree based on density at breast height approximately, with linear regression analysis.

14 páginas, 4 tablas, 8 figurasKnowledge of water flows through mussel rafts and their controlling factors is required for an ecosystem approach to the sustainable management of this culture in the Galician rías. With this aim, 4 acoustic 2D-ACM current meters were hung from the bow of 4 rafts located in the mussel cultivation areas of the Ría de Ares-Betanzos (NW Spain) during autumn 2007. Simultaneously, an Aanderaa DCM12 Doppler profiler was moored in an area free of rafts in the middle ría. There were differences in the subtidal and tidal dynamics of the middle channel and mussel farm areas. The tide explained 51.5% of the total variance of the surface current in the middle ría. The explained variance in the seed collection areas of Redes (inner ría) and Miranda (outer ría), where only 2–3 rafts are anchored, were 64.1% and 16.8%, respectively. In the cultivation areas of Arnela (inner ría) and Lorbé (middle ría), where 101 and 40 rafts are anchored, 14.3% and 53.4% of the total variance was explained by the tide. These disparities in the contribution of the tide are likely due to a combination of topographic and bathymetric differences among sites and distortions of the natural flow by the rafts and their hanging ropes. Furthermore, there was a marked influence of winds on the subtidal currents within the rafts; contrasting correlation coefficients and lag times between wind speed and currents were observed for the outer and inner sides of the embayment. The filtration rate of the growing mussels and the number of mussels per raft allow an efficient clearing of the particles transported across the hanging ropes by the measured subtidal currents of 2–3 cm s–1 characteristic of the cultivation areas of Arnela and LorbéPROINSA Mussel Farm, codes CSIC20061089 and 0704101100001Xunta de Galicia PGIDIT06RMA018E and PGIDIT09MMA038EESSMA project Spain–Canada Grant of MICINNPeer reviewe
