    Nedokonale konkurenční trhy jsou důsledkem působení různých faktorů na trzích. Patří mezi ně zejména úspory z rozsahu, různá právní omezení, vysoké náklady vstupu, diferenciace produktu, územní rozptýlení a nedokonalá informovanost spotřebitelů o trhu. Hlavními druhy nedokonalých konkurentů jsou monopoly, oligopoly a monopolistická konkurence. Charakteristickou vlastností těchto nedokonalých konkurentů je jejich schopnost určovat cenu produktu. Jsou takzvanými price-makery. Nedokonalí konkurenti se setkávají s klesající poptávkovou křivkou, neboli je zde závislost ceny na objemu produkce. Této schopnosti využívají při maximalizaci zisku. Nejběžnější metodou maximalizace zisku u nedokonalého konkurenta je cenová diskriminace, díky níž je firma schopna rozčlenit své odběratele na několik skupin a pro každou skupinu určit jinou cenu stejného produktu. V praxi se setkáváme z převážné většiny pouze s nedokonalou konkurencí, vzhledem k již výše zmíněným faktorům. Dokonalá konkurence je tak spíše teoretickým stavem, kterému se v praxi nejvíce blíží obchodování na burzách.To sum up, Imperfect competitive markets are results of influence of various market factors. They consist of economies of scale, variety of legal restrictions, a high amount of production costs, a product differentiation, a territorial dispersion and an imperfect consumer awareness of the market. Firstly, the principal sorts of imperfect competitors are monopolies, oligopolies and monopolist competition. The ability to stipulate the price of a product is characteristic for these kinds of imperfect competitors. Thus they are called price-makers. These imperfect competitors deal with a diminishing demand curve, in other words there is a dependence of a price on the volume of production. Moreover, this ability is used to maximalize a profit. Referring to the imperfect competitor, the most common method of maximalizing the profit is price discrimination, therefore the company is able to divide its customers into several groups and stipulate a different price of a same product for each of them. Nevertheless, in practice due to above mentioned factors we run across the imperfect competition in most of the cases. In addiction, the imperfect competition might be considered as a theoretical state, which is very similar to share dealing in general.

    The Compatibility of Cryptocurrencies and Islamic Finance

    In this article, I shall examine the compatibility of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies within the context of Islamic law. I shall begin by an introduction of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. I will then discuss the history of money in Islamic history, with an emphasis on the importance ethical financial dealings. I will then argue that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are highly compatible within Islamic finance, and in many cases, actually provide solutions to problems of government institution controlled currencies, arguing that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies better address several problems that early Islamic finance scholars were concerned with. Unlike traditional fiat, the supply of Bitcoin and many other digital currencies are fixed, thereby eliminating potential for gharar (deception), and also inflation. In addition, unlike fiat and precious metal coins, digital currencies cannot be altered, forged, or manipulated. Moreover, cryptocurrencies’ peer-to-peer transactions remove the need for any banking institution, thereby eliminating any risk with a third party controlling one’s money. I shall then conclude with a summary of the main points of the article, and examine future possibilities with regards to the role of digital and cryptocurrencies

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini informan terdiri dari 12 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi langsung, wawancara langsung, adapun analisis data yang digunakan Reduksi Data, penyajian Data, Menarik Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 736/menkes/per/VI/2010 Tentang tata laksana pengawasan kualitas air minum (studi pada pengawasan kualitas depot air minum isi ulang) belum maksimal dan belum optimal serta masih banyak kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain adalah standar dan sasaran kebijakan belum jelas dan terukur, sehingga banyak menimbulkan multiinprestasi baik dari pihak agen pelaksana maupun dari pihak masyarakat, sumber daya sudah cukup memadai, hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya fasilitas laboratorium, namun masih kurang dalam hal pengawasan, komunikasi antar agen pelaksana dan penguatan aktifitas telah dikomunikasikan dengan baik oleh pihak terkait, kondisi sosial ekonomi dapat dilihat dari dukungan masyarakat, pihak swasta serta pengusaha yang menjadi sasaran kebijakan

    HEALTH SERVICES VIEWED FROM NETWORK GOVERNANCE PERSPECTIVE IN KOLAKA REGENCY, SOUTHEAST SULAWESI

    The complexity of problems in health services, especially the handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) requires government strategies and policies. Involving stakeholders through a network governance approach is a government policy in overcoming the spread of COVID-19. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of local government policies and an explanation of network governance in health services, especially in the handling of COVID-19. The research was conducted in 2022 in Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive research method. Research data was obtained through observation, literature study, interviews and official government websites and the mass media regarding the handling of COVID-19. The results of the study show that the local government policy of Kolaka Regency in handling COVID-19 is by forming a Task Force which involves multi-stakeholders, namely elements of the local government, elements of universities, TNI/Polri, State-owned enterprises (PT Antam and BRI Kolaka), BUMD (Perusda Kolaka, Bank Bahteramas and BPD Kolaka) Private Companies (PT Vale and PT Ceria, and Bank Mandiri), Professional Organizations (IDI Kolaka Regency, Indonesian National Nurses Association of Kolaka Regency, Association of Indonesian Environmental Health Experts, Indonesian Pharmacists Association of Kolaka Regency, and PWI of Kolaka Regency), religion organizations (MUI Kolaka, Gepsultra Klasisi Kolaka), social organizations (RAPI Kolaka, Association of Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants (PHRI) and PMI. The elements involved in the Task Force describe the network governance model. The network governance approach is the right model in public service. This perspective assumes that the actors involved are interdependent, exchange resources and have a clear framework. The focus of the network governance approach which lies on the coordination mechanism is apparently not sufficient in unifying the vision and mission of the actors. However, it must be supported by strong leadership and commitment from each actor

    Sources of Motivation and Work Engagement: A Cross-Industry Analysis of Differentiated Profiles

    This cross-industry study tested four theoretical propositions derived from a meta-theory of motivation. Multidimensional assessment utilized to deconstruct five self-based sources of motivation predicted engagement among employees in two disparate industries. Significant differences emerged on four of five motivational sources, and predicted levels of engagement among educators and manufacturing employees. Covariate analysis explored the impact of gender, educational attainment and industry tenure as moderating factors. Dominant source analysis was introduced as an alternative approach to exploring workers’ dispositional sources of motivation. Results substantiate the predictive utility of differential motivational profiles and the stability of motivational sources over years of tenure

    The purpose of this study was to determine the Accountablity of Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Tikonu Village, Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. research location in Tikonu village, Wundulako sub-district, Kolaka regency. The informants in this study were the Village Head, the Head of the BPD, the Chair of the LPM, the Village Secretary, the Village Treasurer, the Head of Development, Members of the BPD, Members of the LPM, TPK, Community Leaders and the community of Tikonu Village, Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency. Types and sources of primary research data obtained directly from research informants through data collection techniques, and secondary data obtained through library research, namely by inventorying and analyzing literature in the form of books, magazines and newspapers related to the problems under study. The results show that the village government of Tikonu has not fully implemented the accountability model for managing village fund allocations, seen from the completion of monthly reports that have passed the deadline and the village community has not been fully involved in the implementation of village meetings on village fund allocation, so there has not been good cooperation between village government and village communities as mandated in Kolaka Regent Regulation Number 04 of 2017. Lack of village community involvement in the preparation of village development plans using village fund resulting in development in Tikonu village not running optimally for the benefit of all its residents. All the problems that occur indicate the need for Village Fund Allocation management to be carried out in a participatory, transparent and accountable manner based on the Kolaka Regent Regulation Number 04 concerning the use and implementation of Village Fund Allocation. The process of implementing development programs through the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) should involve youth organizations, youth leaders and the community.Rumusan penelitian ini bagaimana akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa (ADD) di Desa Tikonu Kecamatan Wundulako Kabupaten Kolaka? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Akuntabilits Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana (ADD) yang berada di Desa Tikonu Kecamatan Wundulako Kabupaten Kolaka. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di desa Tikonu Kecamatan Wundulako Kabupaten Kolaka. Informan dalam  penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Desa, Ketua BPD, Ketua LPM, Sekretaris Desa, Bendahara Desa, Kaur Pembangunan, Anggota BPD, Anggota LPM, TPK, Tokoh Masyarakat dan masyarakat Desa Tikonu Kecamatan Wundulako Kabupaten Kolaka. Jenis dan sumber data penelitian primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa belum sepenuhnya dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa Tikonu dalam penyelesaian laporan bulanan masih melewati batas waktu dan masyarakat belum sepenuhnya ikut terlibat dalam pelaksanaan rapat desa, sehingga belum terlihat kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah desa dengan masyarakat sebagaimana diamanahkan dalam Peraturan Bupati Kolaka Nomor 04 Tahun 2017. Kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat ini mengakibatkan pembangunan di desa Tikonu tidak berjalan maksimal untuk kepentingan seluruh warganya. Segala permasalahan yang terjadi menunjukkan perlunya pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa dilakukan secara partisipatif, transparan, dan akuntabel.
