Saat ini banyak orang yang sudah menggunakan email sebagai media komunikasi, dan Email bukan sekedar pengganti surat menyurat konvensional saja, namun banyak sekali manfaat yang dihasilkannya. Electronic Mail atau popular disebut email adalah perangkat lunak system korespondensi antara satu komputer dengan komputer lain dengan menggunakan system jaringan komputer atau internet. Anda dapat mengirim pesan teks, memo, dan laporan ke satu atau banyak orang hanya dalam waktu dua atau tiga menit. Saat  berkomunikasi atau berbagi informasi melalui email, tidak jarang kita menyertakan data-data seperti email, username, password atau informasi sensitif lainnya. Dengan menggunakan metode ini maka proses pertukaran informasi membutuhkan persetujuan sebelumnya antara pihak pengirim dan pihak penerima dengan melakukan pertukaran "public key" sehingga isi pesan jauh lebih terjamin kerahasiaannya

This study aims to determine the relationship between interest (X1) with the ability to think critically (Y) class X Social Sciences (SS) on the biology study program moving class based on interests. Hubungan Pembelajaran Daring Terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Siswa SDN 003 Sorek Satu Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras

ABSTRAK Ewi Safitri (2021) : Hubungan Pembelajaran Daring Terhadap Keaktifan Siswa SDN 003 Sorek Satu Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras Penelitian tentang Hubungan Pembelajaran Daring Terhadap Keaktifan Siswa SDN 003 Sorek Satu Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras, dilatar belakangi oleh Keaktifan siswa dalam proses belajar dapat dilihat dari aktivitas yang dilakukannya, sebab pada prinsipnya belajar itu adalah berbuat “learning by doing”. Learning by doing. Keaktifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sangat beraneka ragam, mulai dari kegiatan fisik yang mudah untuk diamati oleh guru sampai kegiatan psikis yang susah untuk diamati oleh siapapun. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghitung dan meneliti korelasi suatu hubungan. Untuk mengetahui Apakah ada hubungan pembelajaran Daring terhadap keaktifan siswa SDN 003 Sorek Satu Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras. Untuk mengetahui Apakah ada hubungan timbal balik (kausal) pembelajaran Daring terhadap keaktifan siswa SDN 003 Sorek Satu Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras. Pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dapat diartikan sebagai suatu sitem pembelajaran dimana guru dan murid tidak saling bertatap muka secara langsung. Menurut Munir Pembelajaran jarak jauh Dengan demikian pengajar harus mengetahui media terbaik. Adapun hasil penelitian ini Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan pembelajaran daring terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa di SDN 003 Sorek satu Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras sebesar 0,118 hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,05 maka ia lebih kecil (0,118 > 0,005) sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikaan antara antara pembelajaran daring terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa di SDN 003 Sorek satu Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras. hal ini diperoleh nilai signifikan untuk keaktifan belajar sebesar 0,000 hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,05 maka ia lebih kecil (0,000 > 0,005) sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh hubungan yang signifikan pembelajaran daring terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa di SDN 003 Sorek satu Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras. The Implementation of HOTS-Based PPKn Learning at SMAN 1 Solok Selatan

Abstract. This article aims to analyze the implementation of HOTS-based PPKn learning at SMAN 1 Solok Selatan and identify supporting and inhibiting factors for HOTS-based PPKn learning at SMAN 1 Solok Selatan and describe the HOTS-based PPKn learning design at SMAN 1 Solok Selatan. The study of the problem and the focus of this research is about Learning Guidance by Pancasila and Citizenship Education Teachers at SMAN 1 Solok Selatan. To Improve Students' High Level Thinking Ability, the research was conducted through a qualitative approach, to obtain in-depth and holistic research results. Qualitative research in this case intends to explore the meaning of the behavior behind human action, in qualitative research the researcher is the main instrument of data collection. The qualitative method is used because it reveals how the teacher's coaching in HOTS-based PPKn learning. The findings in the study revealed that HOTS-based PPKn learning had been implemented which had previously been designed in the learning implementation plan. The HOTS learning implementation learning design had been systematically compiled in the Learning Implementation Plan. HOTS-based PPKn learning is strongly supported by school policies in giving freedom to teachers in determining learning strategies / methods that are in accordance with the learning facilities used in competency attainment as measured through HOTS-based learning evaluations.Keywords: Development, Learning, Pancasila and Citizenship Education, HOTSAbstrak.  Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Pembelajaran PPKn Berbasis HOTS di SMAN 1 Solok Selatan dan mengidentifikasi Faktor pendukung dan penghambat Pembelajaran PPKn Berbasis HOTS di SMAN 1 Solok Selatan serta mendeskripsikan desain pembelajaran PPKn berbasis HOTS di SMAN 1 Solok Selatan. Kajian masalah dan fokus penelitian ini tentang Pembinaan Pembelajaran Oleh Guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di SMAN 1 Solok Selatan Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berfikir Tingkat Tinggi Siswa maka penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif, untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian secara mendalam dan holistik. Penelitian kualitatif dalam hal ini bermaksud menggali makna perilaku yang berada dibalik tindakan manusia, dalam penelitian kualitatif peneliti sebagai instrument utama pengumpulan data. Metode kualitatif digunakan karena mengungkapkan bagaimana pembinaan yang dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran PPKn berbasis HOTS. Temuan dalam penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran PPKn berbasis HOTS telah diterapkan yang sebelumnya telah di rancang dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, Desain pembelajaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran HOTS telah disusun secara sistematis dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran. Pembelajaran PPKn berbasis HOTS sangat didukung oleh kebijakan sekolah dalam memberikan kebebasan terhadap guru dalam menentukan strategi/metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan fasilitas belajar yang digunakan dalam ketercapaian kompetensi yang diukur melalui evaluasi belajar yang berbasis HOTS.Kata Kunci: Pembinaan, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, HOT

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat

The purpose of this research was to determine theeffect of Leadership style and leadership style democratic paternalistis to Work Discipline Civil Service Personnel Agency West Kutai District.Formulation of the problem as posed in this study is : “Is there a positive and significant effect between leadership style paternalistis (X1) and the democratic leadership style (X2) on employee discipline (Y), both partially and simultaneously”. Based on the analysis of the hypothesis that the first and second hypothesis presumed that paternalistic leadership style and leadership democratic equally positive and significant effect on the discipline of employees working at the Office of the Regional Employment Board of West Kutai Regency and the third hypothesis that paternalistic leadership style and leadership style equally democratic influence on the discipline of employees working in the Office of Regional Employment Board received as West Kutai together paternalistic leadership style variables and democratic leadership style has an influence on the discipline of employees working in the Office of the Regional Employment Agency West Kutai. The influence of these variables Analyses of test F, of F is equal to the value of 21,528 with a significance level of 0.000 (95% confidence level) and 3.29 F table then the hypothesis can be accepted because it fits the criteria of F >F. So, when seen from the significant value of 0.000 is less than α level of 5%. It can be concluded that the variables paternalistic leadership style and democratic leadership style significantly influence employee discipline employees in the Office of the Regional Employment Agency West Kutai. The contribution of the variables X1, X2 to Y, ie R = 0.757 (75.7%) and R Square of 0.574 (57.4%). This means that there are other factors beyond the study that also affect employee discipline employees in the Office of the Regional Employment Board of West Kutai Regency.T results for each variable are as follows : paternalistic leadership style variable was 3.374 with a significance value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05, then the hypothesis is accepted, which means t count > t table so evident that paternalistic leadership style significantly influence employee discipline. Democratic leadership style variable was 6.527 with a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and t table 1.690, 6.527 which means that t > t table 1.690, then the hypothesis is accepted because according to criteria t count > t table, so it is evident that the style democratorships significant effect on employee discipline

TECHNIQUES TO INTERPRET SPEECH ACTS FROM AGHEM INTO ENGLISH FOR PEACE-BUILDING

This paper argues that there are ways of combatting hate speech through interpreting. It proposes techniques that community interpreters should use to re-express Aghem local speech acts that contain derogatory connotations into English so that the target language receptor is not hurt by the offensive elements of the source language. Reciprocity will thus depend on the choice of words of the interlocutors and their mindsets at a particular time. The data for this study was drawn from interviews, questionnaires, participant observations and focus group discussions. 10 excerpts were taken from real life situations and have been analyzed. The collection and analysis were guided by the politeness, the communication, the interpretive, the speech acts, the sociolinguistic, and the pragmatic theories respectively. The findings demonstrate that interpreting offensive speech acts for peace-building is far from being an act of faithfulness to the source text. It requires positive manipulation by the interpreter while making sure that the essence of the source message is maintained and not completely obliterated. Techniques such as modulation, explicitation and omission were found suitable within the study. This work thus posits that interpreting should henceforth be equally viewed from and African standpoint and not only from the Western definition of the profession

TEST ITEM ANALYSIS PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT WITH RASCH MODEL ONE PARAMETER FOR TESTING THE ITEM DIFFICULTY LEVEL OF MULTIPLE-CHOICE TEST USING BLOODSHED DEV C ++ APPLICATIONS

This article was made in Item Response Theory lecture to improve the ability of students to learn the application of the theory of grain analyst using the model of Rasch model. This article is aimed to get a test item analysis program with Rasch model one parameter for testing the item difficulty level of multiple-choice test and to determine the distribution of the item difficulty level of the test which is analyzed using the result program of the development. The development of test item analysis program were performed using 4D models which is consist of define, design, develop and disseminate. The results of program development named RASCHAM. RASCHAM using Item Response Theory (IRT) which adapt the Rasch model one parameter. Based on the result of validation from four validators, the test item analysis program judged worthy used for test item analysis. Based on testing performed by comparing the analysis results of the QUEST can be concluded that the accuracy of RASCHAMprogram reached 92.80%. The analysis results of the item difficulty level with RASCHAM on the odd semester of final examination test items of the physics subjects from XI class of 2th Wonosari State Senior High School academic year 2013/2014 in Gunungkidul for code A is about 7.5% with a very easy category, 12.5% easy, 25% moderate, 47.5% difficult, 2.5% very difficult and 5% not good. While for code B is about 12.5% with a very easy category, 32.5% easy, 45% moderate, 45% difficult, 2.5% very difficult and 2.5% not good

Permohonan Talak karena Meninggalkan Kewajiban (Tinjauan Yuridis Putusan Pengadilan Agama Pemalang Nomor: 2112/Pdt.G/2018/PA.PML)

Menurut Pasal 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan menyebutkan bahwa “Perkawinan ialah ikatan lahir batin antara seorang pria dengan seorang wanita sebagai suami isteri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga (rumah tangga) yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa”, namun kenyataannya tujuan perkawinan terkadang tidak tercapai sehingga suatu perkawinan akan berujung pada perceraian. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai pertimbangan hukum Hakim dalam memutus permohonan talak karena meninggalkan kewajiban dalam Putusan Pengadilan Agama Pemalang Nomor: 2112/Pdt.G/2018/PA.PML. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normaif, spesifikasi penelitian preskriptif analisis, teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan dengan inventarisasi, data yang terkumpul kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk teks naratif dan analisis normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai permohonan talak karena meninggalkan kewajiban pada Putusan Pengadilan Agama Pemalang Nomor: 2112/Pdt.G/2018/PA.PML menunjukan bahwa pertimbangan hukum Hakim hanya mendasarkan pada Pasal 39 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 dan Pasal 19 huruf (f) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 9 Tahun 1975 jo. Pasal 116 huruf (f) Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Menurut peneliti pertimbangan hukum Hakim dalam memutus perkara cerai talak sebaiknya dilengkapi dengan Pasal 33 dan Pasal 6 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974
