V práci je řešen tepelný prostup formou, pevnostní analýza a dimenzování formy, spolu s jejím konstrukčním řešením.     Çok partili süreç, Cumhuriyet Tarihi’nin demokrasi bazında en önemli dönemini oluşturur. Terakkiperver Cumhuriyet Fırkası ile başlayan bu dönem, Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırka ile devam etmiş ve bu partiler devrimleri etkilemesi sebebiyle çok uzun soluklu olmamıştır. Ancak Demokrat Parti’nin kuruluşu ile tam anlamıyla çok partili yaşama geçilmiş ve günümüze kadar siyasi partiler kendilerini göstermiştir. Siyasi partilerin merkez ve taşra örgütlenmeleri, partilerin ne kadar yankı yaptığı ile ilgili bilgileri bize vermektedir. Bu bilgilerden yola çıkılarak oluşturulan tez çalışmamızda, Aydın’da siyasetin nasıl şekillendiği, partilerin il, ilçe ve köy örgütlenmeleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan ocak kongreleri, tek parti dönemi örgütlenmesi ve kurulan siyasi partilerin Aydın’da oluşturduğu konum aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Tez toplam 3 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkası’nın Aydın’daki siyasi durumu, etkisi, örgütlenmesi incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise, Cumhuriyet Halk Fırkası’nın ocak kongreleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde de, Cumhuriyet Halk Fırkası ve Seçimler, Demokrat Parti’nin örgütlenmesi, 1946’dan sonra çok partili yapılan seçimler incelenmiştir.Summary: Multy party process is the most important stage of Republican history, considering the the democratic evolvement. This stage started with Terakkiperver Republican Party but didn't last long, in order not to let the revolutions be effected. Multi partied life was attained merely with the foundation of Democratic party and many political parties have shown up since then. Central and country organisations of the parties gives us the idea about how much influence a party made. In our study that we prepared, along with those information, how the life in Aydin was shaped; city, country and village organisations of the parties are studied. January congresses, single party era organisation and the position of Aydin in newly established parties are also mentioned. This thesis consists of 3 parts: In the first part political position, influence and organisation of Liberal Republican Party in Aydin is examined. In the second, january congresses of Republican Folk's Party are handled. Third section is about Republican Folk's party and elections; organisation of Democratic Party and multi partied elections after 1946

    Diurnal Temperature-Related Dynamics of Glutathione Reductase Activity in Wheat Genotypes Under Drought

    The strategically important wheat plant is the most cultivated of cereals. Drought is one of the main factors adversely affecting its productivity and quality of grain. Components of the ascorbate-glutathione cycle play an important role in the antioxidant defence system. The diurnal dynamics of temperature-related glutathione reductase activity (GR), one of the main components of the antioxidant defence system, were studied in durum (Barakatli 95, Garagylchyg 2) and bread (Gobustan, Tale 38) wheat genotypes of contrasting tolerance, when exposed to sustained soil drought. Glutathione reductase is highly sensitive to glutathione. Leaf samples were taken at the end of the wax ripening phase at three-hourly intervals (800, 1100, 1400, 1700), frozen in liquid N2, and kept at -800C. The experiments indicated that GR activity increased in stressed, tolerant, (Barakatli 95, Gobustan) and decreased in stressed sensitive varieties (Garagylchyg 2, Tale 38) compared with watered variants. In the samples taken at 1100, enzyme activity increased in all the genotypes, compared with the control. However, in the Gobustan genotype the activity of the enzyme remained almost constant. At the highest temperatures (1400) GR activity decreased by almost 50% both in durum and bread wheat varieties compared with the control. At 1700 GR activity increased in durum wheat genotypes and remained at a low level in bread wheat genotypes. Thus, durum wheat genotypes have a stronger defence system against unfavourable environmental conditions compared with bread wheat genotypes

    Research and development of laser engraving and material cutting machine from 3D printer

    This article deals with the adjustment of a 3D printer for laser engraving and material cutting. The print head can be fitted with a solid laser diode module, which achieves a compact size while retaining its useful power. Two paths lead to the use of such a concept. It is possible to equip the existing print head with a module, which also brings a number of disadvantages such as, for example, the reduction of the printing space or the need for a suitable mounting design. A more elegant solution is to consider this in the design of a 3D printer and design a system to exchange the print heads for 3D printing and laser engraving. Such a solution allows full utilization of the workspace and simple installation of the effector for the required type of work. According to the installed power of the laser diode, it is possible not only to engrave but also cut material such as thin wood, veneer or acrylic glass. The use of such a machine is not only for graphic elements but for the creation of various stencils, boxes or simple models, which can be made up of plastic-burning pieces. The laser module is controlled by a driver, which is designed for the device. This is connected to a 3D printer control board. It is, therefore, necessary for the control board to have at least two pins, which can be controlled after adjusting the control firmware. Most laser modules are normally equipped with an adjustable lens, which is used to concentrate the focus of a laser for the given distance against the worktop. Thus, the modified 3D printer can perform its function as a multi-purpose CNC machine, while a basic platform similar for both devices is used.Web of Science281524

    Strengthening Pupils’ Physical Activity through Outdoor Education

    The time pupils spend at school provides a very small benefit to pupils’ movement activity. At a time when many school-age children lack physical activity, it is necessary to think about how to integrate more movement into the period that the child spends at school. This paper is based on the assumption that outdoor education can contribute to the development of movement activities of pupils. The paper also aims to determine to what extent. To obtain data, calorie count and metabolic discharge, including sedentary analysis, were recorded through an ActiGraph accelerometer during 4-hour lessons of different types of education days. The result is that outdoor education can serve as an appropriate complement to learning that contributes to the development of pupils’ knowledge and skills while working in a real environment but also acts as a means of increasing the possibilities for movement of pupils during their schooling

Hem örgütler hem de çalışanlar açısından önemli yararları bulunan örgütsel bağlılığın, duygusal (affective), sürekli (continuance) ve normatif (normative) olmak üzere üç türü bulunmaktadır. Bu araştırma, Niğde İlinde eğitim ve sağlık alanında çalışanların örgütsel bağlılıklarını çeşitli demografik faktörlerle karşılaştırarak belirlemeyi amaçlamıştır. Araştırma bulguları, demografik özelliklerden bağlı bulunulan kurum, yaş, medeni hal ve kıdem ile çalışanların örgütsel, duygusal ve normatif bağlılıkları arasında ilişkinin bulunduğunu; ancak süreklilik bağlılığı ile bu değişkenlerin hiç biri arasında herhangi bir ilişki bulunamadığını ortaya koymuştur.Organisational commitment for an individual is to accept the goals and values of an organisation, to spend afford to reach these goals and to wish to continue to be a member of the organisation. There exists three different dimensions of organisational commitment, that provide important benefits for both organisations and employees, namely affective, continuance and normative commitment. The main aim of this study is to determine organisational commitment of employees in education and health sectors in Nigde province in terms of various demografic factors. Findings of the study show that organisational, affective and normative commitments of employees are closely related to such demografic attributes as age, marital status and the employees' institution and the length of service; but none of these attributes seems to be related to the continuance commitment

    Suppression factor as evaluation criterion for wide-frequency filtering equipment

    Here, a novel harmonic suppression performance criterion, namely suppression factor (SF), is suggested for the wide-frequency power filtering equipment. Performances of single-tuned passive filter, combination of passive filters tuned to various frequencies, shunt active power filter (APF), and a shunt hybrid active power filter (HAPF) topologies have been evaluated considering their SF values over a defined frequency range. Moreover, effect of the control method for the active filtering equipment on SF values is also analysed by comparing both theoretical and the experimental results. The frequency range of harmonics to be suppressed is chosen using the field measurements of Induction melting furnace (IMF) load, one of the most problematic loads in terms of interharmonics, and a field implemented HAPF system is used for the experimental verifications
