In this article, a benchmark of algorithms for training of piecewise-linear artificial neural networks is introduced. At first, motivation of this article is described for a special topology of the neural network is used. This topology can be advantageously used in system control design, but it is difficult problem to train it. In this article, there is described a set of possible training algorithms, these algorithms are tested and evaluated. Benchmarking data are based on real problems.V článku je představen benchmark několika trénovacích algoritmů pro učení umělé neuronové sítě s po částech lineárními aktivačními funkcemi. V první části článku je představena použitá topologie neuronové sítě a její využití, dále jsou pak popsány možné algoritmy učení a tyto algoritmy jsou pak testovány a porovnány. K testování jsou použita data reálných procesů

V teoretické části, která je nazvána teorie logistiky a distribuce, je definována teorie logistiky a dále jednotlivé složky distribuční logistiky firmy, odborné metody. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny základní informace o firmě CIDEMAT Hranice, s. r. o. a její podnikatelské činnosti, její historii, ekonomické výsledky. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou teoretická východiska aplikovány na situaci podniku CIDEMAT Hranice, s. r. o. V této kapitole byl zjišťován vliv dopravních nákladů na konkurenceschopnost výrobků, analyzovány distribuční náklady firmy za pomocí Paretovy analýzy a pomocí SWOT analýzy zhodnoceny silné, slabé stránky, příležitosti a ohrožení distribuční logistiky firmy CIDEMAT Hranice, s. r. o.This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of distribution logistics. The theoretical part, called Theory of Logistics and Distribution defines a theory of logistics and the individual parts of distribution logistics, professional methods. The third chapter provides basic information about company CIDEMAT Hranice, Ltd. and its business, its history and economic results. Application of Financial Analysis in a Company

Diplomová práce pojednává o analýze účetních výkazů, a to rozvahy, zisků a ztrát a cash-flow podniku za určité časové období, prostřednictvím finanční analýzy. Obsahuje jednak teoretická východiska finanční analýzy, jednak postupy potřebné k úspěšné analýze, ale také samotnou analýzu vybraných položek účetních výkazů, k naplnění cílů diplomové práce.This master work deals with analysis of financial statement and that’s balance sheet, profits and losses and cash-flow of company at specific period through the use of financial analysis. It’s includes in part theoretical background of financial analysis, in part directions needed to successful analysis and analysis of chosen financial statements items to fulfill objectives of master work.

Producing big rage shell

V bakalářské práci je uveden návrh technologického postupu výroby nábojnice velké ráže, jejímž polotovarem je kruhový rondel z nelegované oceli DD11. Na základě studijní části a následné technologické části je navrženo tažení bez ztenčení stěny a se ztenčením stěny. Tažení je uskutečněno na hydraulickém postupovém šesti operačním lise PO 400 P s tvářecí silou 4 000 kN. Vystřihování přístřihů je prováděno na výstředníkovém lisu LE 400 D. Součástí práce je návrh nástroje pro tažení bez ztenčení stěny a nástroje pro poslední operaci tažení se ztenčením stěny. Tyto nástroje jsou vyrobeny z oceli 19 436 podle výkresové dokumentace.The bachelor's thesis presents a proposal for the technological process of production of a big rage shell, the semi-finished product of which is a circular roundel made of non-alloy steel DD11. Based on the study part and the subsequent technological part, drawing without wall thinning and with wall thinning is proposed. The drawing is carried out on a hydraulic progressive six operating press PO 400 P with a forming force of 4,000 kN. Cutting of blanks is performed on an eccentric press LE 400 D. One part of this thesis is the design of a tool for drawing without thinning the wall and a tool for the last operation of drawing with thinning the wall. These tools are made of 19,436 steel according to the drawing documentation.

Nationwide increases in anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibodies between October 2020 and March 2021 in the unvaccinated Czech population

Background: The aim of the nationwide prospective seroconversion (PROSECO) study was to investigate the dynamics of anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibodies in the Czech population. Here we report on baseline prevalence from that study. Methods: The study included the first 30,054 persons who provided a blood sample between October 2020 and March 2021. Seroprevalence was compared between calendar periods, previous RT-PCR results and other factors. Results: The data show a large increase in seropositivity over time, from 28% in October/November 2020 to 43% in December 2020/January 2021 to 51% in February/March 2021. These trends were consistent with government data on cumulative viral antigenic prevalence in the population captured by PCR testing – although the seroprevalence rates established in this study were considerably higher. There were only minor differences in seropositivity between sexes, age groups and BMI categories, and results were similar between test providing laboratories. Seropositivity was substantially higher among persons with history of symptoms (76% vs. 34%). At least one third of all seropositive participants had no history of symptoms, and 28% of participants with antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 never underwent PCR testing. Conclusions: Our data confirm the rapidly increasing prevalence in the Czech population during the rising pandemic wave prior to the beginning of vaccination. The difference between our results on seroprevalence and PCR testing suggests that antibody response provides a better marker of past infection than the routine testing program

Instability of Alien Chromosome Introgressions in Wheat Associated with Improper Positioning in the Nucleus

Alien introgressions introduce beneficial alleles into existing crops and hence, are widely used in plant breeding. Generally, introgressed alien chromosomes show reduced meiotic pairing relative to the host genome, and may be eliminated over generations. Reduced pairing appears to result from a failure of some telomeres of alien chromosomes to incorporate into the leptotene bouquet at the onset of meiosis, thereby preventing chiasmate pairing. In this study, we analysed somatic nuclei of rye introgressions in wheat using 3D-FISH and found that while introgressed rye chromosomes or chromosome arms occupied discrete positions in the Rabl’s orientation similar to chromosomes of the wheat host, their telomeres frequently occupied positions away from the nuclear periphery. The frequencies of such abnormal telomere positioning were similar to the frequencies of out-of-bouquet telomere positioning at leptotene, and of pairing failure at metaphase I. This study indicates that improper positioning of alien chromosomes that leads to reduced pairing is not a strictly meiotic event but rather a consequence of a more systemic problem. Improper positioning in the nuclei probably impacts the ability of introgressed chromosomes to migrate into the telomere bouquet at the onset of meiosis, preventing synapsis and chiasma establishment, and leading to their gradual elimination over generations
