artikel ini dibuat berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas reading 3 JPBS FKIP UNS, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan IBT dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa untuk menganalisis teks berbahasa inggris, khususnya explanation dan exposition, serta mengetahui keuntungan dan kerugian penerapan IBT di kelas reading 3. metode yang dipakai penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas yang berupa data kualitatif yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan model interaktif dan atau data kualitatif. hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik deskripsi . hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa IBT dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompeteni mahasiswa untuk menganalisis teks bahasa inggris, khususnya teks explanation. disisi lain, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa sesuai dan tepat dengan melihat berbagai aspek diantaranya karakteristik peserta didik, pengetahuan latar peserta didik, jumlah peserta didik dan fasilitas dalam ruang pembelajara

English Needs of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH): The Multinational and National Companies’ Voice in Indonesia

The vast growths of multinational and national companies to world-class companies in Indonesia result in the advanced demand for English mastery in every working sector including Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). This article aims at investigating the needs and actual use of English in a working environment specifically at OSH. This research adopted mix method which use questionnaire and open-ended interview to obtain the data on the needs of English in OSH field matching to the prerequisite test in recruitment as well as the use of English from fifteen multinational and national companies. The result of the investigation revealed that English certification positioned as a prerequisite test and getting a high priority in job recruitment. When recruiting, companies expect at least an intermediate level for English. Recruits at least have to be able to manage communicative competence for daily conversation and perform a solid knowledge and skills of general OSH vocabulary. Productive skills are more required for communicating to expatriates, leading the meeting, doing a presentation, writing a report and designing Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). This research implies that in spite of position as the foreign language in Indonesia, English has a vital role in the working environment

STRATEGI PEMASARAN PEMBIAYAAN USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH PADA BANK MUAMALAT KANTOR CABANG PEMBANTU SUMBER CIREBON Dalam dunia bisnis tentu banyak sekali persaingan, terutama dalam dunia perbankan. Produk pembiayaan, di perbankan syariah sangatlah sulit dibandingkan dengan perbankan konvensional. Di Kabupaten Cirebon, tepatnya di Sumber, banyak sekali lembaga keuangan yang memberikan layanan pembiayaan. Namun, pembiayaan yang diberikan Bank Muamalat tidak semudah pembiayaan di bank konvensional, Bank Muamalat dalam memberikan pembiayaan sangatlah hati-hati untuk menghindari terjadinya risiko pembiayaan macet. Setiaplembaga keuangan pasti mempunyai strategi pemasaran masing-masing untuk menarik nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami strategi pemasaran Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Pembantu Sumber Cirebon dalam meningkatkan pembiayaan pada usaha kecil dan menengah, serta memahami perkembangan pembiayaan mikro syariah yang dilakukan Bank Muamalat KantorCabang Pembantu Sumber Cirebon pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam hal ini peneliti mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan pembiayaan usaha kecil menengah pada Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Pembantu Sumber Cirebon. Oleh karena itu peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil analisis tersebut diperoleh gambaran bahwa Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Pembantu Sumber Cirebon, sejak diluncurkan pada bulan Januari 2014 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2016 pencapaian target produk pembiayaan UMKM mengalami naik turun yang tidak beraturan sehingga PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Pembantu Sumber Cirebon menetapkan strategi-strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar dapat diterima oleh masyarakat luas dan dapat bersaing dengan bank lain yang memiliki produk sejenis. INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MENGGUNAKAN GOOGLE CLASSROOM : A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

The purpose of this study is to conduct systematic literature on mathematics learning innovation using google classroom. The research method is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data collection is done by documenting and reviewing all articles related to Mathematics Learning and Google Classroom published in brackets in 2019-2020. Based on a search of various articles on the Google Scholar database, twelve (12) articles were obtained. The results of this study are a discussion of the findings that occur in the article. Based on the research conducted, the results of this study indicate that (1) learning mathematics using google classroom has a significant effect on learning so that learning is effective, characterized by high student participation and various positive attitudes that exist in students. (2) learning mathematics using google classroom is very good for learning outcomes and learning motivation of an educator. But it still has to be improved considering that there are still many learning facilities and infrastructure that do not support it, as well as abstract mathematical objectsneeded to click the link and watch the videos in YouTub

PENGARUH KONSUMSI JUS KACANG HIJAU (PHASEOLUS RADIATUS) TERHADAP HEMOGLOBIN IBU HAMIL ANEMIA DI PUSKESMAS TJ. PASIR KEC.KUALUH SELATAN KAB. LABUHAN BATU UTARA TAHUN 2020

Anemia is the biggest public health problem in the world, especially for women of childbearing age and is a major nutritional problem in Indonesia. One of the risks of iron deficiency anemia can lead to increased body weight of low pregnant women and premature birth of babies. This study aims to determine the effect of giving mung beans to hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with mild anemia in trimester III at May Resti, Amd. Keb Maternity Clinic Dangung-Dangung. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with a one-group pre-test post-test design. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique as many as 16 pregnant women with mild anemia. Each respondent was given treatment by giving green bean juice as much as 250 cc, 2 times a day for 7 days. Measurement of hemoglobin levels was carried out 2 times, namely 1 day before and on the 9th day after consumption of green bean juice. There is an effect of green beans on the increase in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women but it is not too significant. For preventive efforts in preventing anemia, pregnant women should consume this green bean juice. MINAT BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK

The a low interest in student learning in learning media courses, so it is necessary to apply project-based learning. To describe student interest in learning media courses through project-based learning, descriptive research is used. The learning interest scale is given to mathematics education students for the 2022–2023 academic year of Alkhairaat University. Furthermore, 4 students who have an interest in learning in the high and medium categories were selected as research subjects through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and structured interviews. Data analysis refers to the Miles & Huberman model and data triangulation techniques to see the validity. The findings describe five indicators of student interest in learning in the high and medium categories. The findings also provide an overview, namely (1) project-based learning can develop and increase student interest in learning media courses, (2) problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and communication skills related to student interest in learning can be improved through project-based learning. Rendahnya minat belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah media pembelajaran, sehingga perlu untuk menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek.Untuk mendeskripsikan minat mahasiswa pada mata kuliah media pembelajaran melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, maka digunakan penelitian deskriptif. Skala minat belajar diberikan kepada mahasiswa pendidikan matematika tahun akademik 2022–2023 Universitas Alkhairaat. Selanjutnya dipilih 4 mahasiswa yang memiliki minat belajar dengan kategori tinggi dan sedang sebagai subjek penelitian melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan wawancara terstruktur. Analisis data mengacu pada model Miles & Huberman dan teknik triangulasi data untuk melihat keabsahan. Hasil temuan menggambarkan tentang lima indikator minat belajar mahasiswa pada kategori tinggi dan sedang. Temuan juga memberikan gambaran yaitu (1) pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat mengembangkan dan meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah media pembelajaran, (2) kemampuan pemecahan masalah, berpikir kreatif, dan kemampuan komunikasi yang berkaitan dengan minat belajar mahasiswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek

Consumer Finance is one of the activities of a finance company that can provide goods / capital by installment payment. This activity is usually accompanied by an agreement. In the agreement to bring legal consequences for the parties who make it, it is no exception if there is third party who intervene in the agreement on the basis of not achieving the principle of consensualism. Noting the civil cases that occurred in Bengkalis Regency District Court No.2/Pdt.G 2017/PN.Bls, the main problem that will be examined in this Thesis is what is the position of the case in the lawsuit case No.2/Pdt.G/2017/PN.Bls and what is the legal effect of the lawsuit for cancellation of the Finance Agreement accompanied Fiduciary Transfer of Ownership by a third-party. This study uses a method, based on its type this research is included in normative legal research in the form of case studies with library research. When viewed from its nature, this research is analytical descriptive, that is research that draws / explains / describes as well as analyzes with theories and rules related to the agreement regarding a situation, event, object, person, or anything related to variables can be explained as referred to in the subject matter. Data will be analyzed qualitatively. The conclusions drawn in this study are carried out in a deductive way, namely a way of thinking that draws a conclusion from a general statement or argument into a statement or case that is specific. The legal consequences arising from the lawsuit for cancellation of the Finance Agreement accompanied by a registered Fiduciary Transfer of Ownership by a third party are : the birth, change and disappearance of legal relations between the parties that entered into agreements with third parties; the birth, change and disappearance of the legal situation between the parties who entered into agreements with third parties; and acceptance of sanctions for third parties because the lawsuit cannot be accepted by the Panel of Judges

PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI, CARA BELAJAR, PERSEPSI SISWA TENTANG KOMUNIKASI GURU DAN PERSEPSI SISWA TENTANG PERHATIAN ORANGTUA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI MAN DI KOTA PALU

This research is motivated by factors that influence students’ learning outcomes, namely internal factors and external factors. This research aims to identify the description and influence of self-efficacy, learning method, students’ perceptions of teachers’ communication and parents’ attention toward students’ learning outcomes of class XI students at MAN in Palu. This research is an ex post facto with causality in nature. The samples of the research were 122 students selected from Class XI at MAN in Palu using a proportional stratified random sampling. The instruments used: (1) self-efficacy scale, (2) learning method scale, (3) the scale of students’ perceptions on teachers’ communication, (4) the scale of students’ perception on parents’ attention, (5) test of mathematics learning outcomes of class XI. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with SEM method (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of the research indicate that: Self efficacy of class XI students at MAN in Palu is in moderate category, which can be interpreted that self efficacy gives good influence to class XI students at MAN in Palu. Students’ perception on teachers’ communication is in very high category, which can be interpreted that the students’ perception on the teachers’ communication gives a very good impact to class XI students at MAN in Palu. Students’ perception on parents’ attention is in low category, which can be interpreted that the perceptions of students’ on parents’ attention has an adverse effect in class XI at MAN in Palu. Learning method of students is in moderate category, and cognitive learning outcomes of students is at a very low category. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL CURRICULUM IN TEACHING ENGLISH

This research is aimed to describe the implementation of KTSP in teachingEnglish at the second year of SMA N 1 Banyudonowhich is viewed from thelearning activity in English lessons, the evaluation system the schoolused and theteaching materials. In addition, the other aim is to identify the strengths and theweaknesses in the KTSP implementation in teaching English at the second year ofSMA N 1 Banyudono. This study was conducted at SMA N 1 Banyudonoin May2012. In this study, the researcher applied a descriptive qualitative method todescribe  the  KTSP  implementation  in  teaching  English.  The  techniques  ofcollecting the data in this study were observation, interview and documentanalysis. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied interactive analysis method;data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing.
