The gesture of silent insubordination, kept out of sight, was quite present in the Brazilian film production carried out in the 2010s. Based on a methodological approach inspired by the Warburguian boards from the Atlas Mnemosyne, this article gathers sequences from eight films where it is possible to feel the pathos of a muffled scream manifested at the moment it can no longer bottle itself up. Coleta Certa: Modern board game about radioactive waste

THE GAME AND TEACHING With the objective of promoting teaching with greater participation of students in the teaching and learning process, associating school content with daily events of students, the modern board game Coleta Certa – like a correct waste collection - was created (Almeida & Vianna, 2022). This game simulates a deposit of radioactive rejects from different locations that use sources of nuclear radiation. The theme of the game provides knowledge about the various places that use radioactive elements and shows how waste that is contaminated in these places by radioisotopes must be treated so as not to contaminate the environment. Regarding the Physics content, the game aims to provide knowledge about the half-life for radioactive decay. The game aims to simulate reality by creating its own rules that are valid for the magic circle created to experience the game (Huizinga, 2019). According to this, it can be said that the game is an excellent tool to simulate a real problem and test possible solutions, developed by the students. In addition, when the Physics content is taught in a way linked to social problems, the content ends up helping not only in the students’ professional training, but also in their critical training, as they will relate the content to the world in which they live. This way of approaching the content is in line with teaching with a focus on Science, Technology and Society (STS) (Aikenhead, 2003). In 2019, this game was applied with a higher education class at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and, because the participants' speeches were recorded, it was possible to make an analysis and conclude that the students learned about radioisotope applications and about the half-life concept for radioactive decay (Almeida, 2021). OBJECTIVES GAME AND MAIN RULES The game Coleta Certa represents a radioactive rejects warehouse in a fictional city. Over time, the warehouse became very crowded and it was necessary to hire professionals who could monitor these tailings and verify which ones are no longer emitting radiation at a harmful level to the environment. From there, the players represent these professionals responsible for monitoring the deposit. The winner is the one who accumulates the most points at the end of competition, and these points are related to the right time to collect each waste. For the tailings classified by the players as ready to be collected before or after the right time, in the first case they lose a point, as the tailings still pose a danger, and in the second they gain nothing, as the tailings are taking up unnecessary space. The game allows participants to study the correct time through the half-life of radioisotopes, the initial activity and the exemption level for each waste. Therefore, during the game, everyone must find out the time required for the tailings to decrease the initial activity by an order of magnitude value of the exemption level, as a function of the half-life of the element (Almeida & Vianna, 2022). “Deve ou não deve o football invadir os domínios das saias?”: histórias do futebol de mulheres no Brasil

Este artigo aborda algumas histórias de pessoas que compuseram a trajetória do Futebol Feminino no Brasil, desde a sua introdução até 1979 - ano em que foi revogado o Decreto-Lei nº 3.199. Parte dessa história já foi relatada por diferentes autoras/es em trabalhos de grande qualidade publicados, sobretudo nos últimos vinte anos. Nesse sentido, este texto tem o objetivo de somar na construção dessa narrativa, a partir de informações encontradas em jornais pesquisados na Hemeroteca Digital da Biblioteca Nacional. Embora as mulheres estejam há mais de cem anos protagonizando jogos de futebol nos gramados brasileiros, ainda há pouca visibilidade. Essa história é composta não somente por rupturas e injustiças baseada na ideia de gênero a partir do saber biomédico da época que o dividia em masculino "viril" e feminino "frágil" (e que serviram como argumento à proibição do Futebol Feminino em 1941), mas também por lutas de mulheres que propunham uma nova perspectiva sobre o corpo

Manutenção corretiva em instalações de baixa tensão da Universidade de Brasília em conformidade com a NR10

Monografia (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade de Tecnologia, Curso de Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica, 2016.A proposta do trabalho é a adequação das atividades de manutenção corretiva em instalações de baixa tensão aos requisitos mínimos estabelecidos pela Norma Regulamentadora 10. Pelo controle dos riscos, busca-se proporcionador ao trabalhador saúde e integridade física como consequência de um ambiente de trabalho mais seguro. Como um dos resultados do cumprimento normativo, o trabalho apresenta os Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão – documentos de detalhamento das atividades de manutenção citando os riscos e as respectivas medidas de controle para cada passo. Este trabalho foi realizado concomitantemente com o trabalho referente às atividades de manutenção em subestação intitulado “Manutenção em Subestações da Universidade de Brasília em Conformidade com a NR10” de forma a se complementarem.The intent of this work is to ensure that corrective maintenance routines for low voltage electrical systems be in accordance with the minimum requirements prescribed by the Brazilian work standards - the Norma Regulamentadora 10 (NR10). By means of risk control, the aim is to provide workers with adequate health and safety conditions as a consequence of a safer work environment. Following requisites established by the norm, this work presents the Standard Operational Procedures - a set of documents itemising all maintenance activities undertaken with the risks involved, and the proper control methods in each step. The present work was written along with the work on the maintenance activities for electrical substations entitled "Maintenance of Electrical Substations of the University of Brasília in Conformity with the NR10", the two being complementary works

Jornalismo policial na televisão generalista em Portugal: o horário nobre em análise

Ao longo dos últimos anos, muito se foi falado na comunicação social portuguesa sobre o caráter mais sensacionalista das televisões generalistas do país, incrementado pela disputa de audiência com a CMTV. Este trabalho analisa o atual cenário das coberturas policiais nos telejornais do horário nobre dos três principais canais generalistas de Portugal: RTP 1, SIC e TVI, com o objetivo de compreender se houve um aumento deste tipo de abordagem. Partindo da discussão de conceitos como gatekeeping, valores-notícia, audiência, sensacionalismo e jornalismo policial, recorre-se às vertentes quantitativa e qualitativa da análise de conteúdo para proceder à investigação. São analisadas sete variáveis, que traçam um panorama estabilizado. Em números absolutos, não se observa um aumento de cobertura policial nos alinhamentos dos jornais, mas nota-se um conjunto de estratégias para atrair o telespectador. A RTP 1 aposta em formatos mais aprofundados de notícias, a SIC investe em destaques das pautas na abertura e ao longo da edição do Jornal da Noite, e a TVI utiliza os discursos cheios de sentimentos de testemunhas como principal fonte de informação para a construção das narrativas.Over the past few years, much has been said in the Portuguese media about the sensationalist character of the national generalist television channels, which has been compounded by the audience dispute with CMTV. This work analyzes the current scenario of police coverage in the prime time television news programs of the three main generalist channels in Portugal: RTP 1, SIC and TVI, trying to understanding whether there was an increase of this type of approach. Starting from the discussion of concepts such as gatekeeping, news-values, audience, sensationalism and police journalism, the work uses the quantitative and qualitative aspects of content analysis to proceed with the investigation. Seven variables are analyzed, which outline a stabilized panorama. In absolute numbers, there is no increase in police coverage in newspaper alignments, but a set of strategies to attract the viewer is noted. RTP 1 bets on more in-depth news formats, SIC invests in the highlights at the opening and throughout the edition of Jornal da Noite, and TVI uses speeches full of feelings of witnesses as the main source of information for the construction of narratives

O papel da função de base e dos efeitos relativísticos no estudo da estrutura, frequências vibracionais e constantes de força intramolecular da cisplatina

No presente trabalho o papel da função de base do átomo de platina e dos efeitos relativísticos na previsão da estrutura, frequências vibracionais e constantes de força intramolecular da cisplatina é apresentado. Foram construídos protocolos computacionais não relativísticos e relativísticos nos níveis B3LYP/PTBS/jorge-DZP/C-PCM e B3LYP-DKH2/PTBS/jorge-DZP-DKH/C-PCM, respectivamente, onde para PTBS foram consideradas 19 distintas funções de base para o átomo de platina. Os resultados para estrutura mostram que apesar da estrutura não ser muito sensível a função de base da platina, a inclusão dos efeitos relativísticos melhora a descrição da estrutura da cisplatina. Além disso, uma função de base de valência de qualidade triplo-zeta e a adição de funções de polarização f resulta numa melhor estrutura. Para as frequências vibracionais, os resultados mostram que a função de base da platina e, principalmente, os efeitos relativísticos, têm um papel importante. Considerando os resultados obtidos para a estrutura e as frequências vibracionais, os protocolos computacionais B3LYP/jorge-DZP/jorge-DZP/C-PCM e B3LYP-DKH2/Sapporo-DKH3-DZP-2012/jorge-DZP-DKH/C-PCM, que obtiveram desvios relativos médios (DRM) de 2,4% na descrição estrutural e de 4,8% e 5,5%, respectivamente, para as frequências vibracionais, são excelentes alternativas para o estudo dessas propriedades em complexos de Pt

Valores pessoais e consumo de softwares piratas: análise do comportamento de consumo de estudantes da UFPB

TRABALHO NÃO POSSUI ABSTRACTNesta pesquisa pretendeu-se demonstrar como os valores pessoais se relacionam com o consumo de softwares piratas por meio da análise do comportamento de consumo de estudantes da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB). Esta intenção representa a preocupação que surgiu durante o curso de Bacharelado em Administração, pois observou-se que a maioria dos acadêmicos praticam com naturalidade a pirataria de software. Para atingir este objetivo, foi realizada uma pesquisa por meio da aplicação de um questionário estruturado a 80 estudantes de cursos de Administração de ensino superior da UFPB. Um dos aspectos relevantes reside na tentativa de verificar os reais motivos que levam os usuários a consumirem softwares piratas, ou seja, sua pré disposição para adquirirem estes produtos, bem como se essas pessoas têm plena consciência de suas atitudes e das consequências geradas pela pirataria. Em outras palavras, pretendeu-se averiguar se os valores éticos são evidenciados quando o consumidor compra e utiliza softwares piratas. O principal motivo pelos quais os respondentes afirmaram o consumo de softwares piratas é a facilidade que os mesmos são encontrados no mercado ilegal e o preço é o fator decisivo no ato da compra . Os resultados foram que 78% dos respondentes possuem comportamento de consumo anti ético, mesmo sabendo das consequências causadas pelo consumo destes produtos, enquanto 22% possui valores éticos e consumo consciente

Cidades Sustentáveis: Cenas etnográficas sobre experiências autônomas de economia circular

Resumo: O artigo caracteriza-se pela análise de modelos de gestão autônomas de resíduos sólidos orgânicos que envolvam atividades de reaproveitamento/reciclagem de despejos domésticos no Brasil, nos Países Baixos e em Portugal: Revolução dos Baldinhos (Florianópolis); Taste Before You Waste (Utrecht) e Lixo Zero (Portugal). O cenário global que compreende este trabalho é representado pela contraposição entre o avanço das políticas neoliberais adotadas pelos Estados e a emergência na adoção de um pacto com Objetivos para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, proposto pela ONU (Agenda 2030). Intenta-se discutir de que forma as pessoas, em contextos diversos, têm se organizado para minimizar os efeitos causados pela crise ambiental, dentro de diferentes projetos governamentais neoliberais – e como essas ações de resistências que convergem para as metas assinaladas na Agenda 2030.Palavras-chave: Neoliberalismo. O Clube da Rua Mascarenhas de Morais: Memórias do Futebol de Mulheres em Copacabana

O futebol, como prática esportiva, permaneceu quase que totalmente na esfera masculina até 1979, quando foi revogada a proibição imposta às mulheres logo no início da ditadura militar. Já na década seguinte, clubes de futebol de mulheres pipocaram por todo país, entre eles, o Esporte Clube Radar fundado em 1981 no Rio de Janeiro. Com sede no bairro de Copacabana, o Radar representou durante a década de 1980 o principal clube do país: foi hexacampeão da Taça Brasil de Futebol Feminino, campeão do Torneio Brasileiro de Clubes em 1989, além de representar a Seleção Brasileira no mesmo ano em Campeonato Mundial. Este ensaio abeira sobre a questão urbana de Copacabana no intuito de pensar como esse clube se fez presente na vida do bairro e como o bairro se fez presente na vida do clube.Football, as a sport, remained almost entirely in the male sphere until 1979 when the prohibition imposed to women was abolished at the beginning of military dictatorship. During the following decade, women’s football clubs sprung up across the country, among them, the Radar Sports Club, founded in 1981 in Rio de Janeiro. Based in Copacabana, Radar represented during the 1980s the main country club: it was six times champion of the Taça Brasil de Futebol Feminino, champion of Torneio Brasileiro de Clubes in 1989, besides representing the Brazilian National Team in the World Cup in the same year. This essay addresses the urban issue of Copacabana in order to think how that club was present in the neighborhood and how the neighborhood was present in the life of the club
