PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN EXPLICIT INSTRUCTION PADA MATERI PENGELASAN PELAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran explicit instruction pada materi Pengelasan Pelat siswa kelas XI Teknik Pengelasan, SMK Negeri 1 Banama Tingang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Objek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Teknik Pengelasan, SMK Negeri 1 Banama Tingang berjumlah 16 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes yang terdiri dari pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh 88% siswa dengan kriteria baik. Model pembelajaran explicit instruction terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil posttest, 16 siswa memenuhi nilai minimum 70, dengan rerata nilai posttest adalah 78,5. Dibandingkan dengan hasil pretest, hanya 43% (7 siswa) dari 16 siswa yang memenuhi nilai minimum, dengan rerata nilai 59,1

Analisa Pengaruh Work-family Conflict Dan Job Stress Terhadap Job Performance Perawat Di Rumah Sakit “X”

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-family conflict dan job stress terhadap job performance perawat di RS “X”. Penelitian ini meng­gunakan analisis data kuantitatif bersifat causal. Sampel adalah seluruh perawat yang ada di Rumah Sakit “X” baik yang bekerja Full time. Teknik sampling menggunakan cara purposive sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan The Structural Equation Model (SEM). Berdasarkan analisis dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Work-Family Conflict tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun me­miliki arah hubungan yang negatif terhadap job performance Perawat di RS “X”; Work-Family Conflict berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap job stress perawat di RS “X”; serta job stress berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap job perfor­man­ce pe­rawat di RS “X”

PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP MALPRAKTEK DOKTER YANG MELAKUKAN ABORSI (STUDI PUTUSAN NO.288/PID.SUS/2018/PN. NJK)

AbstractMedical actions by doctors who act not in accordance with the rules and applicable moral ethics are now beginning to emerge frequently. At this time, the problem of malpractice in health services began to be discussed by various groups in the community. This can be seen from the many indictments of malpractice cases submitted by the public about the profession of doctors who in carrying out their duties have committed wrong actions that result in losses resulting in death or disability. Medical malpractice, this is related to the task of the doctor or medical personnel under his command intentionally or negligence to do something (active or passive). The problem that the writer takes here is that the malpractice case which the writer carefully sourced from the decision of Nganjuk District Court No.288 / Pid.sus / 2018 / PN NJK, The theory used in this research is the theory of law enforcement. While the method used is empirical juridical legal research, where in analyzing the problem carried out by the method of combining legal materials (Decisions) with primary data obtained in the field. The output of this paper is that the handling of malpractice cases by doctors without the need for procedures according to medical regulations needs to be considered.Keywords: Abortion, Doctors, Law Enforcement, Malpractice.AbstrakTindakan medis oleh dokter  yang bertindak tidak sesuai dengan aturan dan etika moral yang berlaku ini kini mulai sering muncul. Pada saat ini, masalah malpraktik pelayanan kesehatan mulai dibicarakan oleh berbagai kalangan dalam masyarakat. Hal itu terlihat dari banyaknya dakwaan kasus malpraktik yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat tentang profesi dokter yang dalam melakukan tugasnya telah melakukan tindakan yang salah yang menimbulkan kerugian yang berujung pada kematian atau cacat. Malpraktik medik, hal ini berkaitan tugas dokter atau tenaga medis yang ada di bawah perintahnya dengan sengaja atau kelalaian melakukan perbuatan (aktif atau pasif). Permasalahan yang penulis ambil disini dimana Kasus malpraktek yang penulis teliti bersumber pada putusan Pengadilan Negeri Nganjuk No.288/Pid.sus/2018/PN NJK, Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori penegakan hukum. Sementara metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum yuridis empiris, dimana dalam menganalisis permasalahan dilakukan dengan metode memadukan bahan-bahan hukum (Putusan) dengan data primer yang diperoleh di lapangan. Adapun output dari tulisan ini, bahwa penanganan perkara malpraktek dokter yang diilakukan dokter tanpa danya prosedur sesuai aturan medis perlu di perhatikan.Kata kunci : Aborsi, Dokter, Malpraktek,Penegakan Hukum

PERANCANGAN MODEL BISNIS VAGA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS

Vaga merupakan sebuah UKM yang berkecimpung dalam produk pendukung fesyen yang memproduksi jam tangan. Vaga mengusung konsep aksesoris pendukung fesyen bukan hanya sekedar pelengkap saja, melainkan juga merupakan bagian dari gaya hidup atau lifestyle. Saat ini Vaga masih dalam tahap pendirian sebuah UKM dan membutuhkan strategi guna menemukan target pasar yang sesuai dengan produk yang ditawarkan. Perancangan model bisnis Vaga pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas. Business Model Canvas merupakan alat bantu yang digunakan dalam memetakan sembilan blok elemen yang terhubung dengan UKM baik pada masa produksi maupun masa penjualan. Sembilan blok elemen yang ada pada Business Model Canvas ialah Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Partnerships, Key Resources dan Cost Structure. Sembilan blok elemen tersebut didapat setelah mengolah data yang diambil dari data pendukung dan UKM kompetitor yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini sembilan komponen model bisnis Vaga yaitu, customer segment berusia 18-35 tahun, penggemar fesyen, dan bergaya hidup perkotaan. Value propositions yang tawarkan ialah kualitas produk yang kuat, nyaman, serta detail yang rapi. Channel yang digunakan ialah media online. Key Resources yang harus dimiliki ialah sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya fisik. Key partner yang bekerja sama ialah penyedia bahan baku, vendor produksi, vendor packaging, dan perusahaan pengiriman barang. Beberapa key activities UKM ialah pengadaan bahan baku, proses produksi, proses produk jadi, pemasaran, dan penjualan yang didapat melalui pendekatan rantai nilai Porter. Cost structure berupa rincian biaya aktivitas utama dan sumber daya utama. Analisis SWOT dilakukan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang ada pada sembilan blok elemen Vaga Kata kunci : UKM, Bussiness Model Canvas, Fesyen, Rantai Nilai, SWO

Pengaruh E-Service Quality Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Netflix

This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Service Quality and price on customer satisfaction at Netflix. The data used in this research are primary data. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased and used Netflix. The sampling selection method used was purposive sampling and 100 samples was obtained. The analytical tool used in this study was the multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed that E-Service Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, E-Service Quality and Price have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction

MANFAAT PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN DALAM RANGKA PENINGKATAN KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMK TEKNIK BANGUNAN DI KABUPATEN BANTUL

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) kualitas persiapan PKL siswa SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan di Kabupaten Bantul dalam rangka peningkatan kesiapan kerja, 2) kualitas pelaksanaan PKL yang dilakukan siswa dalam rangka peningkatan kesiapan kerja, dan 3) kualitas manfaat pelaksanaan PKL bagi peningkatan kesiapan kerja siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif evaluatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bantul. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan model simple random sampling berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael sebanyak 37 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian: (1) persiapan PKL siswa SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan di Kabupaten Bantul dalam rangka peningkatan kesiapan kerja termasuk dalam kategori “terlaksana sangat baik” dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 88,25%, (2) pelaksanaan PKL siswa SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan di Kabupaten Bantul dalam rangka peningkatan kesiapan kerja termasuk dalam kategori “terlaksana sangat baik” dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 82,89%, dan (3) manfaat pelaksanaan PKL siswa SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan di Kabupaten Bantul dalam rangka peningkatan kesiapan kerja termasuk dalam kategori “sangat tinggi” dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 87,29%

Country-of-Origin Image and Its Effect on Purchase Intention: A Study on a Chinese Smartphone Brand

Previous research examining the influence of country-of-origin image on purchase intention have indicated inconsistent results. China, as the largest global business players in the world have secured a lot of its brands as the world’s market leaders. This research aims to examine how China, as the country of origin of Huawei smartphone, has been perceived by the Indonesian consumers. This study also aims to examine whether its country-of-origin image could influence Huawei’s perceived quality, brand image, which in turn, affecting consumers’ intention to purchase the product. Online survey was completed to 226 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The collected primary data was analysed using PLS-SEM technique. The findings of the study showed that, directly, country-of-origin image variable had no significant effect on purchase intention. In other words, country-of-origin image alone was not strong enough to stimulate consumers to buy the smartphone product. Research result also revealed that the role of brand image was stronger that perceived quality in mediating the effect of country of origin image on purchase intention. In fact, brand image, appeared as the significant mediating variable of how country of origin image influenced purchase intention

Pengaruh Minat Belajar Dan Perhatian Orang Tua Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas Tinggi SD Negeri 01 Wonolopo Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015

he purpose of this study (1) To determine whether there is influence student interest on student achievement Elementary School high grade Wonolopo 01. (2) To determine whether there is parental influence on student achievement high grade SDN 01 Wonolopo. (3) To determine whether there is influence students' interest and attention of parents on student achievement high grade SDN 01 Wonolopo .. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a conclusion through analysis stasistik. The entire study population of students of high grade (IV, V, VI) SDN 01 Wonolopo totaling 87 students. The study sample consisted of 12 students kels IV, 12 fifth grade students and 12 sixth grade students of SD Negeri 01 Wonolopo. The sampling technique using a stratified random sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination, SR and SE are preceded by analysis prerequisite test is a test of normality and linearity test. Based on the analysis of multiple linear regression equation: Y = 40,127+ 0,266X1 + 0,220X2. Results of the data analysis significance level of 5% was obtained: (1) Interest in learning affects the learning achievement. This is based on test results t is known that t count> t table, namely 0.266> 2.032 and the significance value t table, namely 2.328> 2.032 and the significance value Ftable is 5,858> 3.28 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.002
