Los manuscritos de <i>El yo y el ello</i>: una relectura del Icc
Indagamos, a partir de los manuscritos inéditos de Das Ich und das Es, los puntos eminentes instaurados por la lectura de sus tres versiones: borrador, copia en limpio y texto publicado, en el momento en que surge una disimetrÃa entre lo reprimido-icc y un Icc no-todo reprimido. Estos documentos revelan una transcripción 'casi' directa de las formulaciones freudianas en un estado naciente que llevan la marca de pensamientos urgidos por lo real del psicoanálisis, cuando todavÃa no está presente el tiempo de hacerse comprender en el contexto de su obra. Y es, justamente, en esta condición de inicial que el texto manuscrito ofrece una novedosa redefinición del Icc. Tal como señala en la Introducción las cuestiones que interroga en El yo y el ello retoman los pensamientos iniciados en su escrito de 1920 pero sin seguir la elaboración teórica que llama 'especulación analÃtica', aunque a último momento incluya sus conclusiones. Esta relectura interroga el encuentro de la pulsión de muerte con la segunda tópica, es decir, con ese material Icc que permanece no-reconocido. Y, a partir de 1924, establece de que manera el supuesto de la pulsión de muerte ilumina la discontinuidad existente ente icc e Icc . El cruce entre la hipótesis especulativa y un masoquismo erógeno primario produce un giro y da entrada a la cura misma como satisfacción sustitutiva. En sÃntesis, la lectura de los textos de El yo y el ello contando, por primera vez, con las tres versiones y sus dos anexos, introducen, con la disimilitud icc e Icc, un cambio de pregunta; anticipan la hendidura o Spaltung del sujeto, con ese objeto que Freud no termina de construir; y anuncian que el Icc es lo que se funda de la huella de lo no-reconocido, que clama por ese mismo campo heterogéneo que obligaba en 1920 a tomar en consideración un más allá del principio de placer que divide el espacio euclidiano dejando asomar también su carácter disÃmil, asimétrico. AsÃ, en ciertos momentos privilegiados de un análisis, vÃa trabajo del sueño, se produce la activación de los restos de lo visto y de lo oÃdo, es decir, de un saber hecho de sedimentos, de los excedentes traumáticos del tesoro de palabras, para cada cual, de su lengua materna, cuando dicha lengua se separa del lenguaje produciendo un Icc no-todo reprimido que bordea el agujero de lo no-reconocido, es decir, de su punto de fracaso mismo: la imposibilidad con que el sexo se inscribe en el inconsciente.Facultad de PsicologÃ

Bilateral Hypertrophic Olivary Degeneration and Holmes Tremor without Palatal Tremor: An Unusual Association
Background: Lesions in the Guillain–Mollaret triangle or dentate-rubro-olivary pathway may lead to hypertrophic olivary degeneration (HOD), a secondary trans-synaptic degeneration of the inferior olivary nucleus. HOD is usually associated with palatal tremor and rarely with Holmes tremor. Bilateral HOD is a very unusual condition and very few cases are reported.
Case Report: We report here two cases of bilateral HOD after two different vascular lesions located at the decussation of superior cerebellar peduncles, thus impairing both central tegmental tracts and interrupting bilaterally the dentate-rubral-olivary pathway. Interestingly, both developed bilateral Holmes tremor but not palatal tremor.
Discussion: Lesions in some of the components in the Guillain–Mollaret triangle may develop Holmes tremor with HOD and without palatal tremor. Magnetic resonance imaging is an invaluable tool in these cases. Better understanding of the pathways in this loop is needed
Transitional Care for Young People with Movement Disorders: Consensus-Based Recommendations from the MDS Task Force on Pediatrics

The International Parkinson and Movement Disorders Society (MDS) set up a working group on pediatric movement disorders (MDS Task Force on Pediatrics) to generate recommendations to guide the transition process from pediatrics to adult health care systems in patients with childhood-onset movement disorders.
Methods
To develop recommendations for transitional care for childhood onset movement disorders, we used a formal consensus development process, using a multi-round, web-based Delphi survey. The Delphi survey was based on the results of the scoping review of the literature and the results of a survey of MDS members on transition practices. Through iterative discussions, we generated the recommendations included in the survey. The MDS Task Force on Pediatrics were the voting members for the Delphi survey. The task force members comprise 23 child and adult neurologists with expertise in the field of movement disorders and from all regions of the world.
Results
Fifteen recommendations divided across four different areas were made pertaining to: (1) team composition and structure, (2) planning and readiness, (3) goals of care, and (4) administration and research. All recommendations achieved consensus with a median score of 7 or greater.
Conclusion
Recommendations on providing transitional care for patients with childhood onset movement disorders are provided. Nevertheless several challenges remain in the implementation of these recommendations, related to health infrastructure and the distribution of health resources, and the availability of knowledgeable and interested practitioners. Research on the influence of transitional care programs on outcomes in childhood onset movement disorders is much needed.This study was funded by the International Parkinson's and Movement Disorders Society. Efficient glucose metabolism is critical for maintaining cel-lular viability. Under normal nutrient and oxygen condi-tions, glucose is converted to pyruvate, entering the mitochondria for oxidative phosphorylation and ATP pro-duction. On the basic computational structure of gene regulatory networks
Gene regulatory networks constitute the first layer of the cellular
computation for cell adaptation and surveillance. In these webs, a set of
causal relations is built up from thousands of interactions between
transcription factors and their target genes. The large size of these webs and
their entangled nature make difficult to achieve a global view of their
internal organisation. Here, this problem has been addressed through a
comparative study for {\em Escherichia coli}, {\em Bacillus subtilis} and {\em
Saccharomyces cerevisiae} gene regulatory networks. We extract the minimal core
of causal relations, uncovering the hierarchical and modular organisation from
a novel dynamical/causal perspective. Our results reveal a marked top-down
hierarchy containing several small dynamical modules for \textit{E. coli} and
\textit{B. subtilis}. Conversely, the yeast network displays a single but large
dynamical module in the middle of a bow-tie structure. We found that these
dynamical modules capture the relevant wiring among both common and
organism-specific biological functions such as transcription initiation,
metabolic control, signal transduction, response to stress, sporulation and
cell cycle. Functional and topological results suggest that two fundamentally

La cooperación internacional en salud I: Tunupa o la arquitectura de los caminos de la solidaridad y el desarrollo
En los últimos años la cooperación internacional o ayuda internacional en salud, ha tomado un rol relevante en la reforma de los servicios de salud, en las polÃticas de equidad y disminución de la pobreza y en general en nuestro desarrollo social.
Sin embargo, tanto su conocimiento como su gestión son aún limitados; por lo que el presente artÃculo es un aporte para su conocimiento, focalizando en su arquitectura y filosofÃa, los elementos que la constituyen; asà como los hilos conductores de su desenvolvimiento. A través del proceso de repensamiento, se plantea su probable origen, se detallan los conceptos básicos que la nutren y que recorren su concepción y evolución, analizándolos a través de siete paradigmas, que en la actualidad distorsionan su aproximación, dificultan su adecuada evolución y su mejor gestión.
Se concluye en la elaboración de un marco conceptual de la cooperación internacional en salud
The ADA*2 allele of the adenosine deaminase gene (20q13.11) and recurrent spontaneous abortions: an age-dependent association
OBJECTIVE: Adenosine deaminase acts on adenosine and deoxyadenosine metabolism and modulates the immune response. The adenosine deaminase G22A polymorphism (20q.11.33) influences the level of adenosine deaminase enzyme expression, which seems to play a key role in maintaining pregnancy. The adenosine deaminase 2 phenotype has been associated with a protective effect against recurrent spontaneous abortions in European Caucasian women. The aim of this study was to investigate whether the G22A polymorphism of the adenosine deaminase gene is associated with recurrent spontaneous abortions in Brazilian women. METHODS: A total of 311 women were recruited to form two groups: G1, with a history of recurrent spontaneous abortions (N = 129), and G2, without a history of abortions (N = 182). Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood with a commercial kit and PCR-RFLP analysis was used to identify the G22A genetic polymorphism. Fisher's exact test and odds ratio values were used to compare the proportions of adenosine deaminase genotypes and alleles between women with and without a history of recurrent spontaneous abortion (p<0.05). The differences between mean values for categorical data were calculated using unpaired t tests. The Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was assessed with a chi-square test. RESULTS: Statistically significant differences were identified for the frequencies of adenosine deaminase genotypes and alleles between the G1 and G2 groups when adjusted for maternal age. CONCLUSIONS:The results suggest that the adenosine deaminase *2 allele is associated with a low risk for recurrent spontaneous abortions, but this association is dependent on older age
Experimental setup and procedure for the measurement of the 7Be(n,α)α reaction at n_TOF
The newly built second experimental area EAR2 of the n_TOF spallation neutron source at CERN allows to
perform (n, charged particles) experiments on short-lived highly radioactive targets. This paper describes
a detection apparatus and the experimental procedure for the determination of the cross-section of the
7Be(n,α)α reaction, which represents one of the focal points toward the solution of the cosmological
Lithium abundance problem, and whose only measurement, at thermal energy, dates back to 1963.
The apparently unsurmountable experimental difficulties stemming from the huge 7Be γ-activity,
along with the lack of a suitable neutron beam facility, had so far prevented further measurements. The
detection system is subject to considerable radiation damage, but is capable of disentangling the rare
reaction signals from the very high background. This newly developed setup could likely be useful also to
