Os jogos eletrônicos como instrumento pedagógico nas aulas de educação física escolar

This article aims to analyze how electronic games can be used as a pedagogical instrument in school physical education classes. This is a bibliographic research. It is concluded that electronic games can be used to address various contents of school physical education, such as technical-tactical knowledge of certain sports.Este artículo tiene cómo objetivo analizar de qué forma lós juegos electrónicos pueden ser utilizados como instrumento pedagógico en las clases de educación física escolar. Se trata de una investigación bibliográfica. Se concluye que los juegos electrónicos pueden ser utilizados para abordar varios contenidos de la educación física escolar, cómo por ejemplo, conocimientos técnico-tácticos de determinadas modalidades deportivas.Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar de que forma os jogos eletrônicos podem ser utilizados como instrumento pedagógico nas aulas de educação física escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Political Polarization in the Brazilian Election Campaign for the Presidency of Brazil in 2018: An Analysis of the Social Network Instagram

The 2018 elections in Brazil were marked by major changes in the country's political and social scenario. The present work focuses on the study of the campaigns of Fernando Haddad (PT) and Jair Bolsonaro (PSL) on Instagram during the second round. Thus, through Content Analysis (Bardin, 2011) and theoretical discussion regarding political polarization and electoral communication, the work proposes to understand how the campaigns of both candidates took place and which strategies were recurrent in a scenario of political crisis and reorganization, not only in a communicational field, but also in a political field

The last PT’s partisan advertising: emphasizing lulism and historical memory (PFA)

The Workers’ Party (PT) is one of the main political parties in Brazil and was at the epicenter of the political crisis, especially with the impeachment process of president Dilma Rousseff, which took place in 2016. Affected by denunciations and disbelief with the whole political system, PT used the space of Partisan Free Advertising (PFA) to rebuild its narrative, connecting to originating aspects in its history. Future projections and ecological modeling for the distribution of non-conventional food plants

The importance of non-conventional food plants has been evidenced due to their great potential for phenotypic plasticity, resilience and resistance to permanence in inhospitable places. This study aimed to evaluate the natural distribution of two of these species (Eryngium foetidum and Fridericia chica) in the present period (2009-2019) and the projection for two future climate scenarios (RCP 4.5 - “less pessimistic” and RCP 8.5 - “more pessimistic”) in two-time intervals (2020-2050 and 2051-2070), in the six Brazilian phytogeographic domains. Nineteen bioclimatic variables obtained from the WorldClim database and four algorithm models were tested: Climate Space Model, Envelope Score, Niche Mosaic and Environmental Distance. The Environmental Distance algorithm presented the best discrimination of the models adjusted for the two species. From the projections, it is possible to perceive that the species are severely affected in the phytogeographic domains of the Amazon, Pantanal and Pampa, becoming practically extinct in the RCP 8.5 scenario, for the period of 2051-2070

A crescente pressão de custos nos sistemas de saúde vem direcionando a introdução de inovações de melhor custo-efetividade. Ao mesmo tempo, a ampla utilização de tecnologias da informação e comunicação e a maior importância dos mercados emergentes contribuíram para a criação de novos modelos de negócio e de oportunidades para o reposicionamento dos países nas cadeias globais de valor. Esse contexto condiciona a evolução da indústria brasileira de equipamentos médicos, cuja estrutura produtiva e tecnológica é bastante heterogênea. Discute-se a relação simbiótica entre mídia e política e o impacto das mídias digitais nas disputas eleitorais. Foi realizada análise de conteúdo, a partir do recorte do primeiro turno de campanha, acionando as categorias conteúdo das fanpages e formatos utilizados

ASPECTOS CULTURAIS E AMBIENTAIS NO PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE RAPADURA NA COMUNIDADE DE BONSUCESSO EM VÁRZEA GRANDE-MT

Objetivou-se pesquisar os aspectos culturais e ambientais no processo de produção de rapadura de cana-de-açúcar na comunidade ribeirinha de Bonsucesso, em Várzea Grande-MT, que possui canaviais e engenhos centenários ainda em atividade. Para isso, foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com questões abertas e o acompanhamento in loco das atividades dos rapadureiros. Nos canaviais dos cinco engenhos ainda existentes, o manejo, o transporte e a produção de rapadura segue a tradição dos antepassados, porém esta atividade está fadada a acabar pela falta de interesse da nova geração

Screening of six medicinal plant species for antileishmanial activity

This study is aimed to investigate the in vitro antileishmanial activity of ethanolic, aqueous or dichloromethane extracts of leaves, flowers, fruits or roots, of six medicinal plant species, namely, Nectandra megapotamica, Brunfelsia uniflora, Myrcianthes pungens, Anona muricata, Hymenaea stigonocarpa and Piper corcovandesis. After isolation and analysis of chemical components by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS/MS), the extracts were also tested for toxicity in J774.A1 macrophages and human erythrocytes. Phenolic acids, flavonoids, acetogenins, alkaloids and lignans were identified in these extracts. Grow inhibition of promastigotes forms of Leishmania amazonensis and Leishmania braziliensis and the cytotoxicity in J774.A1 macrophages were estimated by the XTT method. The most promising results for L. amazonensis and L. braziliensis were shown by the ethanolic extract of the fruits of Hymenaea stigonocarpa and dichloromethane extract of the roots of Piper corcovadensis, with IC50 of 160 and 150 µg mL–1, resp. Ethanolic extracts of A. muricata (leaf), B. uniflora (flower and leaf), M. pungens (fruit and leaf), N. megapotamica (leaf), and aqueous extract of H. stigonocarpa (fruit) showed IC50 > 170 µg mL–1 for L. amazonensis and > 200 µg mL–1 for L. braziliensis. The extracts exhibited low cytotoxicity towards J774.A1 macrophages with CC50 > 1000 µg mL–1 and hemolytic activity from 0 to 46.1 %
