Methodological Proposal to Evaluate the Alternative of Outsourcing the Transportation Fleet of a Company

Abstract The companies have different solutions to transport their merchandise to the customer: have their own fleet, outsource the excess when the transport capacity is exceeded by the demand (mixed system) and the complete subcontracting of all the transport operations. Outsourcing is one of the solutions, in different areas of administration and especially in transportation. Then, being a strategic decision, it is pertinent to ask the questions: should it be externalized? and when?. The answer depends on factors that must be evaluated in each case. To make the decision, it is necessary first to evaluate if transport is a "key success factor" and it is a "basic competence" for the company. It is essential before defining what type of solution to give to the transport and depending on it, when it should be taken to make the business gain a competitive advantage. The proposed methodology distinguishes the relevant factors that allow a successful outsourcing, which are: people, infrastructure, ICTs, logistics management and business strategy, which will allow the development and growth of the business. Likewise, tools for business analysis, management, project evaluation and decision making, play a fundamental role in the qualitative and quantitative study of the proposed methodology, a decision model that allows the evaluation of the fleet's externalization, through the possible transport management solutions. Finally, a map of the evaluation process is proposed, integrating the tools defined for the diagnosis, evaluation and definition of the decision

Evidencia de la didáctica como resultado de un programa de formación docente en psicomotricidad fina

Este artículo es el resultado de la convergencia de tres visiones científicas, didáctica, formación docente y psicomotricidad tras analizar los resultados de una Investigación Acción Participativa (IAP) realizada en el estado CaraboboVenezuela, a través de una muestra de 12 docentes. Se diseñaron 16 actividades de psicomotricidad fina para varios niveles de educación infantil después de recibir capacitación en esta área, en particular. El diseño de estas actividades incluye aspectos cognitivos, sensoriales y motores, así como el uso de materiales estimulantes y sensibles. Además, atiende las necesidades de los niños teniendo en cuenta el programa y los proyectos de cada aula. La formación docente no solo brinda aprendizajes al docente sino que también brinda un sentido de reflexión y empatía con los procesos globales que favorecen el desarrollo integral de los niños, siendo la didáctica de la formación de los docentes un eje fundamental a transmitir y evidenciar en el presente trabajo. Las 16 actividades fueron validadas mediante la técnica de juicio de expertos. Los expertos especializados en el campo de la educación infantil tienen diferentes perfiles de desempeño y años de experiencia. La confiabilidad del juicio de expertos se determinó por el grado de acuerdo entre ellos, aplicando el coeficiente de correlación de rango de Kendall.This article is the result of the convergence of three scientific visions, didactics, teacher training, and psychomotricity after analyzing the outcomes of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) carried out in the state of Carabobo-Venezuela, by using a sample formed by 12 teachers who designed 16 fine psychomotricity activities for various levels of early childhood education after being trained on this particular area. The design of these activities includes cognitive, sensory, and motor aspects, as well as the usage of stimulating and sensitive materials. Also, it attends children’s needs taking into consideration the syllabus and projects of each classroom. Teacher training not only provides learning to the teacher but also provides a sense of reflection and empathy with the global processes that favor the integral development of children being the didactic of training the trainers fundamental axis to be transmitted and evidenced in the present work. Psychiatric Symptoms due to Thyroid Disease in a Female Adolescent

The hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis is involved in the production of thyroid hormone which is needed to maintain the normal functioning of various organs and systems, including the central nervous system. This study reports a case of hypothyroidism in a fifteen-year-old female adolescent who was attended for psychiatric symptoms. This case reveals the importance of evaluating thyroid function in children and adolescents with neuropsychiatric symptoms

Androcentrism in the critical multimodal discursive co-building of appraisal meanings in history teaching

El artículo analiza el androcentrismo en la co-construcción discursiva multimodal crítica de significados generados en una clase de Historia en la Región de La Araucanía en Chile. El análisis se enmarca en la Lingüística Sistémico-Funcional, e integra el Modelo de Valoración, el Análisis Discursivo Multimodal y los Estudios Críticos del Discurso. El corpus lo constituye el registro audiovisual de un segmento de clase donde se analiza la incorporación de las mujeres a la sociedad de mediados del siglo XX. Los resultados muestran combinaciones intersemióticas de recursos verbales y visuales que legitiman o deslegitiman actores sociales, procesos y eventos históricos, por medio de diferentes estrategias, así como a través de macroestrategias de perpetuación y transformación.The article analyzes the androcentrism in the critical multimodal discursive co-construction of meanings, which have emerged in History class in La Araucanía Region, Chile. The analysis is based on an intersubjective and critical perspective, which is framed the paradigm of the Systemic-Functional Linguistics, and integrates the Appraisal Model, Multimodal Discourse Analysis and Critical Discourse Studies. Te corpus analyzed is composed of the videotaped class in which the incorporation of women to different fields of society during the middle of the twentieth century is analyzed. The results show the intersemiotic discursive co-construction of evaluative prosodies. They work to legitimize or delegitimize social actors, historical processes and events by means of different strategies as well as macrostrategies of perpetuation and transformation

Respuesta del frejol (Phaseolus Vulgaris L.) a la aplicacion de nitrogeno en prefloracion

Resumen (Spanish, English)37 p.El frejol (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) es una leguminosa que frecuentemente responde a la fertilización nitrogenada, esto sugiere que ambos: la simbiosis y el suministro de nitrógeno (N) del suelo no proveen el N total requerido por la planta. En Chile existen pocos trabajos que estudien la respuesta del frejol a la fertilización con N. En el presente estudio se plantea que la restricción de N desde antésis en adelante no solo afecta a la cantidad de estructuras reproductivas (botones, flores y vainas) y la pérdida o abscisión de dichas estructuras, sino también el área foliar por planta y la duración del área foliar por planta. La fertilización nitrogenada permitiría superar el déficit entre la demanda de N generada en floración y el aporte por la fijación simbiótica y el suministro de N por el suelo. El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar el efecto de cuatro dosis de nitrógeno 0, 45, 90 y 135 kg de N/ha en prefloración sobre el rendimiento en el cultivar Blanco INIA. Se evaluaron además los componentes del rendimiento, la evolución del número de estructuras reproductivas (botones, flores y vainas), abscisión de vainas, área foliar y duración del área foliar por planta. El ensayo se estableció el 15 de noviembre de 1997, en la Estación Experimental Panguilemo, Universidad de Talca, Talca. La dosis de 90 kg de N/ha provocó un aumentó del rendimiento. El número de vainas por planta fue el único componente del rendimiento que aumentó por efecto del nitrógeno. La evolución del número de estructuras reproductivas y el resto de los componentes de rendimiento (granos por vaina y peso de granos), no variaron. El aumento en el número de vainas por planta se debió a una disminución del de la abscisión de vainas, coincidiendo con una mayor área foliar por planta y duración del área foliar por planta. El rendimiento de grano tendió a aumentar junto al aumento de la duración del área foliar por planta

Expresión corporal en niños y niñas de nivel preescolar a través de la pedagogía teatral

Tesis (Educación Parvularia, Licenciado en Educación)Para entender el objetivo de este estudio, se dará a conocer una revisión literaria general sobre pedagogía teatral, como funciona la metodología y cuáles son sus propuestas didácticas como herramienta en el ámbito de educación, específicamente inserta en el currículum de algunos establecimientos educacionales. Para comenzar, se presentará el planteamiento del problema a partir de una pregunta de investigación, la cual pretende a través de su justificación teórica, dar a conocer el por qué decidimos trabajar el tema escogido. Los objetivos generales y específicos servirán de guía para el desarrollo de cada tema a tratar; además se informará cuál es la población que se investigará y cuáles son los lugares físicos donde se llevará a cabo la investigación. La técnica de recolección de datos que se utilizará, será la entrevista semiestructurada y la observación participante, desarrollada en dos establecimientos que aplican en aula la Pedagogía Teatral, específicamente situados en la Región Metropolitana. Luego se presentará el marco referencial donde se destacan los temas fundamentales para poder entender nuestro objetivo. Se describe en profundidad qué es la pedagogía teatral y sus beneficios en el desarrollo de los niños y niñas en nivel preescolar, el cómo se desarrolla la expresión corporal, qué rol debe tener el docente dentro de ésta y la importancia que tiene como herramienta en el desarrollo de la persona, finalizando con el juego dramático, mencionando sus objetivos, características e influencias en los alumnos. Por último, se dará a conocer el análisis de los resultados obtenidos a partir de la información recopilada a lo largo de esta investigación, por medio de las observaciones participantes a establecimientos educacionales pertenecientes a las comunas de Conchalí y Peñalolén, y las entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas a pedagogos teatrales, haciendo posible el cumplimiento de los objetivos presentados al comienzo de este estudio

La Recaudación Del Impuesto Predial En El Municipio De Chihuahua: Un Análisis De Las Causas Del Rezago

In order to determine the main reasons for the lag in the payment of the Property Tax of the Municipality of Chihuahua and to ascertain if there is a culture of nonpayment in the taxpayers, an investigation was carried out in this regard. The hypothesis proposed was that the main reason for the lag in the payment of the property tax was the lack of economic resources. The nature of the research was quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, and transectional. The macro variable to be analyzed was lagged in the payment of taxes. The sampling frame was confirmed by the list of taxpayer debtors of the property tax. A confidence level of 95% and margin of error of 5% was used in the study. This, however, was drawn from a sample of 375 contributors to whom the survey designed by the researchers was applied. These were applied randomly in a shopping center in the city. The stated objectives were met and it was found that 6% of respondents have a culture of non-payment, while 94% plan to pay. The major reason the taxpayer debtors could not pay the tax was attributed to the lack of economic resources. As a result, the hypothesis was not rejected
