DETERMINANATES DE LA DIFERENCIACIÓN SALARIAL EN MEXICO

En este artículo se analizan los determinantes de la diferenciación salarial en México, para lo cual se incluyen características de los trabajadores, tales como: edad, sexo, años de escolaridad y estado conyugal; variables de la empresa en donde labora, tales como: tamaño de la empresa, prestaciones laborales, si existe sindicato y rama; y variables regionales, tales como la ciudad en la que vive el trabajador y el tamaño de la localidad. Dichas variables son obtenidas para el primer trimestre de 2015 de la ENOE (Encuesta Nacional de Ocupación y Empleo). Se aplica la técnica de modelos econométricos multinivel, las variables significativas que dan cuenta de la diferenciación salarial son la edad, el tamaño de la empresa, prestaciones laborales y la ciudad. Los resultados obtenidos son contrarios a los postulados de la teoría del capital humano, la cual asegura que la escolaridad es la causa principal de las diferencias en los ingresos de los trabajadores.UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL AUTONOMA DE MEXIC

The application from Excel allows you to generate reports for each item as well as reports of the projects to be undertaken. To develop this project with the criteria for the developer of contractors and other professionals related to the field of construction of such development projects, those who agree, moreover, the importance of obtaining accurate information materials and costs of each of the elements that make up the different activities of these projects. Geminiviral protein Rep interferes in PCNA sumoylation

Rep is a multifunctional protein essential for replication of geminivirus that interferes with the sumoylation of a key protein in the DNA replication, PCNA (Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen). It is known that Rep is capable of interacting with a plethora of plant proteins, including PCNA. Despite the biological significance remains unknown, it’s thought that this interaction should play a key role for generating new copies of the virus genome. Therefore, in order to characterize this interaction, we study which lysines are sumoylated in tomato PCNA (SlPCNA). Considering conservation, location and presence of sumoylation domain criteria, we have identified some candidate lysines and studied how its mutation affects this protein sumoylation in Escherichia coli assays. Finally, we plan to confirm and characterize the Rep interference on SlPCNA sumoylation and determine if this interference occurs in planta.Universidad de Málaga. Effect of mold temperature on the impact behavior and morphology of injection molded foams based on polypropylene polyethylene–octene copolymer blends

Producción CientíficaIn this work, an isotactic polypropylene (PP) and a polyethylene–octene copolymer (POE) have been blended and injection-molded, obtaining solids and foamed samples with a relative density of 0.76. Different mold temperature and injection temperature were used. The Izod impact strength was measured. For solids, higher mold temperature increased the impact resistance, whereas in foams, the opposite trend was observed. In order to understand the reasons of this behavior, the morphology of the elastomeric phase, the crystalline morphology and the cellular structure have been studied. The presence of the elastomer near the skin in the case of high mold temperature can explain the improvement produced with a high mold temperature in solids. For foams, aspects as the elastomer coarsening in the core of the sample or the presence of a thicker solid skin are the critical parameters that justify the improved behavior of the materials produced with a lower mold temperature.Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Competitividad (grant DI-15-07952

El análisis a través de modelos probit ordenados revela que la educación formal influye positivamente en el grado de satisfacción de los trabajadores con su empleo, incluso cuando se controla el efecto de las condiciones objetivas que determinan el estatus en el mercado laboral.
