The main focus of this paper is on Integrated Discussion Analysis in Publication&nbsp; Concerning Suspection of religious defamation of Daud Rafles in West Bangka. Religious communities in Bangka Belitung definitely need integration in order to create religious harmony. However, in the intensity of interaction and certain situations, friction will occur even though it is on a small scale and can still be minimized. Conflict control in Bangka Belitung can be carried out because of the large potential for integration in society. This potency&nbsp; has been growing and developing&nbsp; for a long time together with the&nbsp; patterns&nbsp; of dynamic society. Starting from the reflection on the publication of bangka.tribunnews.com concerning the case of religious defamation in West Bangka, it can be concluded, First, according to media perspective, the integrated discussion in the news framing of &nbsp;bangka.tribunnews.com is preferred, although it must cover the point of view with facts that have higher news value. Second, the discourse is crystallized in several certain points of view (angle). Third, it is not enough, the point of view referred to is detailed in the title, lead, news, conclusion or closing statement , and other related matters. This is a partial part of our results in studying generalization of Hilbert-Schmidt and Carleman operators in Banach spaces. This problem can be done if we preserve some intrinsic properties of Hilbert spaces involved; for examples, reflexivity and separability. The result of the generalization of Hilbert-Schmidt operator will be called SM-operator. Infact, almost all of properties of the SM-operator preserve almost all of properties of the Hilbert-Schmidt operators. Facing the digital revolution era nowadays, where all the information can be easily obtained through our personal mobile phones that can be accessed personally via social electronic media it should be noted whether the contents of the information are inappropriate to be broadcasted and published through electronic media. With the rise of inappropriate information obtained by the public such hoaxes, KPID (Indonesian Broadcasting Commission) as a state institution that regulates all matters related to broadcast ethics must pay attention to the broadcasting and publishing regulations whether they have already been implemented by the media in order to provide good information. This commission can cooperate with other institution to say war against hoaxes. A firm reaction must be taken by KPID to the media that violates broadcast materials regulation.&nbsp; They can be given a warning or revoked their right to broadcast or publish as an action of supervision of the broadcasting media.&nbsp; So, the news given by the media can be justified and also be useful to educate Indonesian society

Influence of Compensation and Working Condition on Job Satisfaction and Commitment of Lecturers at the College

This study aims to investigated about the influence of compensation and working conditions on job satisfaction and commitment of lecturers at the college. Job satisfaction and commitment of lecturers at the college so need to be considered in carrying out any activities undertaken by the lecturer, without job satisfaction and commitment of the lecturers at the college will lower spirit of lecturers. Respondents in this study is a lecturer of accounting and management, there are 156 lecturers were taken as samples. Techniques determination of the sample using the slovin formula. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the compensation effect on job satisfaction, compensation effect on commitment of lecturers at the college, working condition effect on job satisfaction, and working conditions has no effect the commitment of lecturers at the college
