    The Strategic Marketing of Islamic Banking Indonesia in Attracting Indonesia Consumer

    The main objective of this study is to examine the influenced component of marketing strategic in Islamic banking in attracting Indonesian consumer. In order to measure that, four types of component in Islamic banking marketing strategic which were about marketing mix influences (Product, Promotion, Place, and Price) to consumer's decision in choosing Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Based on the problem statement in this research, researcher found that Islamic Banking in Indonesia got less intention from Indonesian peoples. Distribution variable has the most important role to influenced the customer in choosing Islamic Banking in Indonesia. To achieve the goal, the researcher implements F-Test (whole analysis), T-Test (partial analysis) and partial determination coefficient. Through F-Test, it can be identified the influenced of each marketing mix variables to consumer's decision in choosing Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Then, partial determination coefficient used to identify marketing mix variables which minimally influence to consumer's decision in choosing Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Based on data analysis gathered from the respondent who use Islamic Banking products, it can be identified that all marketing mix variables positively and significantly influenced to consumer's decision altogether. Partially, product and place variable does not significantly influenced to consumer's decision.       Abstract Employee Performance is the level of success of employees in carrying out their duties. Factors affecting employee performance are training, work discipline, and communication. Training is a process to maintain or improve employee skills to produce effective work. The method of the research uses a quantitative approach, the research type is descriptive quantitative. Data collected by interviews, questionnaires, and study documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The population is all employees of the company that totaling 186 people. Sample determined by the Slovin formula, with 127 samples and for the validity test, 30 respondents were taken outside of the sample. The results showed that training, discipline, and communication simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a determinant coefficient of 92.9% and the remaining 7.1% was influenced by other factors.     THE IMPACT OF ATTRACTIVENESS OF ADS AND CUSTOMER COMMENTS AGAINST TO PURCHASE DECISION OF CUSTOMER PRODUCTS ON THE USER OF ONLINE SHOP APPLICATIONS IN THE CITY OF MEDAN

    The increasingly fierce competition of online shop products spurred online shop application providers to undertake business development strategy steps by strengthening digital business services and various service innovations to meet customer needs. This can be seen from the public interest in shopping at online stores because prices are more competitive, there is no need to bother coming directly to the store, and the goods purchased will be delivered to the buyers’ place. The population in this study that used mobile shop online application services was 105,551 respondents with the formula Slovin obtained a sample size of 100 respondents. The research data analysis method is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is that the attractiveness of advertisements and customer comments together have a positive and significant effect in increasing customer product purchasing decisions for users of online shop applications in Medan, while partially the attractiveness of advertising (X1) only has a positive and significant effect, but the variables customer comments (X2) have no positive effect in improving customer product purchasing decisions on users of online shop applications in the city of Medan.  Persaingan produk online shop yang semakin ketat memacu perusahaan penyedia aplikasi online shop untuk melakukan langkah strategi pengembangan usaha dengan perkuatan layanan bisnis digital serta beragam inovasi layanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari ketertarikan masyarakat berbelanja di toko online dikarenakan harga yang lebih kompetitif, tidak perlu ribet datang langsung ke toko, dan barang yang dibeli akan diantar ke tempat pembeli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yang menggunakan layanan mobile aplikasi online shop sebanyak 105.551 responden dengan rumus slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data penelitian adalah analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh daya tarik iklan dan komentar pelanggan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk pelanggan pada pengguna aplikasi online shop di Kota Medan, sedangkan secara parsial variabel daya tarik iklan (X1) saja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tetapi variabel komentar pelanggan (X2) tidak berpengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk pelanggan pada pengguna aplikasi online shop di Kota Medan

    This research was conducted at PT Valmatic, Indonesia, which is engaged in the distributor of valve products. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of promotion, distribution channels, and service quality on the purchase decision of valve products at PT Valmatic Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative, descriptive, and explanatory approach. The population of this study was 161 customers of PT. Valmatic Indonesia. To calculate the sample, the Slovin formula is used with a simple random sampling technique of 115 respondents and 30 respondents out of the sample for testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially promotion, distribution channels, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase valve products at PT Valmatic Indonesia. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it can be seen the effect of the studied variables is 37, and the remaining% is influenced by other variables not examined that is equal to 62.4%. Penelitian ini diadakan di PT Valmatic Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang distributor produk valve. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi, saluran distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk valve pada PT Valmatic Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif dan explanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 161 pelanggan PT. Valmatic Indonesia. Untuk menghitung sampel digunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 115 responden dan 30 responden diluar dari sampel untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial promosi, saluran distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk valve pada PT Valmatic Indonesia. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui besarnya pengaruh variabel yang diteliti adalah sebesar 37,% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti yaitu sebesar 62,4%

    This research aims to determine and test the influence of training, position promotion and competency on career development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan. The research method is a descriptive method through surveys. The results of the research show that training has an influence on career development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan with a value of tcount>ttable (2.280>1.994) and sig. of 0.026 (0.026<0.05). Position Promotion has an effect on Career Development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan with a value of tcount> ttable (5.266>1.994) and sig. of 0.000 (0.000<0.05). Competence influences career development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan with a value of tcount>ttable (7.176>1.994) and sig.of 0.000 (0.000<0.05). Training, Position Promotion and Competency influences Career Development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan with a value of Fcount> Ftable (76.452>2.74) andsig. 0.000<0.05. Career development was explained by independent variables by 75.9%, but the remaining 24.1% was explained by other variables not studied, such as transfers, education and work experience. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan rasio profitabilitas dengan menggunakan return on assets sebelum-dan saat pandemi Covid-19 pada laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor energi yang tercatat di BEI periode 2018-2019.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang memanfaatkan data sekunder yang didapat dari BEI.     Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi Penjualan Dan Personal Selling Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada PT Sunter Sumber Sinergi Medan

    The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality, sales promotion, and personal selling on customer satisfaction at PT Sunter Sumber Sinergi. Customers who are dissatisfied due to poor service delivery, promotions that do not attract the interest or enthusiasm of its customers, and personal selling that is rarely carried out by companies, the research approach used by researchers is a quantitative approach, in this study, researchers used company data, namely customers ( agent) who has joined PT. Sunter Sumber Sinergi amounted to 351 people as a population and a sample of 216 people. Results Hypothesis testing is carried out by the method of simultaneous testing (F test) that F arithmetic> F table (61,649> 2.26) and a significant probability of 0,000 t table, shows the quality of service (6,046> 1.65309) with a significant 0,000 1.65309) with a significant 0.026 1.65309) with a significant 0.000 F tabel (61,649 > 2,26 ) dan probabilitas signifikan 0,000 t tabel, menunjukan kualitas pelayanan (6,046 > 1,65309) dengan signifikan 0,000 1,65309) dengan signifikan 0,026 1,65309) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan PT Sunter Sumber Sinergi.Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil adjusted R Square sebesar 0,503 (50,3%) dari variasi variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel bebas yaitu kualitas pelayanan, promosi penjualan dan personal selling, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,497 (49,7%) berasal dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan, promosi penjualan dan personal selling, berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui&nbsp;pengaruh lingkungan&nbsp;kerja fisik, penilaian prestasi kerja, dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja&nbsp;karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sei Agul.Teknik pengambilan&nbsp;sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan yang terdiri dari karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak dengan kriteria sudah bekerja&nbsp;selama 2 tahun atau lebih, setelah observasi ternyata rata-rata karyawan sudah&nbsp;bekerja lebih dari 3 tahun sehingga yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan sebanyak 61 responden. Hasil penelitian&nbsp;menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan&nbsp;kerja fisik, penilaian prestasi kerja dan pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sei Agul dengan koefisien determinasi &nbsp;62,1% dan 37,9% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain. &nbsp; Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Penilaian Prestasi Kerja, Pemberian Insentif, Kinerja Karyawan &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;This study was conducted to determine the effect of the physical work environment, work performance appraisal, and the provision of incentives on employees working performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Sei Agul branch office. The sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to all employees consisting of permanent employees and contract employees with the criteria of having worked for 2 years or more, after observation it turns out that the average employee has worked more than 3 years so that the sample in this study were all employees as many as 61 respondents.     Mapping The Potential of Mangrove Planting in The Rehabilitation of Coastal Ecosystems Using Drone Technology

    Mangroves, as one of the vegetation types that is a natural stronghold from coastal disasters, also function as a shelter and find food for various biota in coastal ecosystems. Therefore, protecting the mangrove ecosystem from degradation is very important. One effort that needs is ecosystem rehabilitation through mangrove planting in coastal environments. To support it, a design was devised using drones and remote-sensing vehicles to assist in making mangrove planting designs. This research was conducted in Jenggalu Estuary, Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City. This research aims to study the use of drones in mapping potential mangrove planting areas and designing a mangrove planting plan to rehabilitate coastal ecosystems. In mapping using drones, the height used was 80 meters with 80% overlap, and 2.87 hectares of potential mangrove planting area was obtained. Based on the research results, drones in mapping are very useful in calculating the area of potential mangrove planting areas and designing effective planting plans. There are four scenarios for planting mangroves with a spacing of 0.5 m, 1 m, 2 m, and 3 m, respectively. For a planting area of 2.87 ha, the number of seeds needed is 114,800 planting points for a distance of 0.5 m, 28,700 planting points for a distance of 1 m, 7,175 planting points for a distance of 2 m, and 3,189 planting points for a distance of 3
